The delta is definitely not an easy fishery to fish but if you put time out there and study the areas you frequent a lot, you’ll pick up on the fish routine/habits. This time of the year think deep(7-10 feet), use lures without to much erratic unnatural action, fish slower than usual, find areas that are slack but close to current, and look for the baitfish whether it’s small shad/minnows or crappie/bluegills. Bass bight is getting tough too. Having more luck in the small sloughs in my area
