YEEHAW I'm so glad you brought your net this time for your PB fish. What a monster toad! Congrats Gregg 👍👍👍 As always, thanks for showcasing the Delta. I continue taking notes on lures and techniques to he!p get fish into the boat. Continue to have fun and stay safe out there. 😊
@@GregBlanchardFishing honestly just GTA punch the heaviest nasty shit...or way back in tullies where no bass boat goes!! Throw where nobody else will and that's where GINA is!!! 😂
Greg I've looked at charts for the Delta and the different things that may affect the fishing! You have a spider web of waterways to deal with and i can see it will be a challenge at least at times. I think maintaining your focus is what has to be done, just as you found that female after sorting through those little fish. I hope your tournament goes well and you find those big females.
Do u ever go over the drop (the steep drops that are in the delta) and drop a jig? You gotta find a nice drop and jig somthing that will move up and down not side to side. You can bait the jig as well. I find it a nice switch when it's warm you never know what you'll pick up from bass, big catfish, even sturgeon. Have a blast.
Was just out there today, where I was at had so much debris! Wish it was cleaner water like where u fished at. Guess need to find a new launch. Great catch! Hoping I land on a biggin soon as well
Greg what a fish bro!! I thought it was another 13" fish, until it started to fight near the boat. That was awesome, good luck in the tournament. Love the Delta Tournaments. 💯 🎣 🛶 🌊
Greg ur videos have made me realize how similar the California delta and the Delaware river are I swear I been experiencing the exact same thing here it seems as if all the big fish just disappeared. I haven't seen a fish over 5lbs this year and not even other people have even yak fisherman I've ran into that have literally wondered same thing but. I think sooner or later they have to come by.
Damn, that one that broke you off looked like you swung on something serious! I could here your mind saying why TF did I not re-tie. Beautiful fish. Good luck on tournament day.
The potential for Giant Florida strain Largemouth, on the Delta is phenomenal. Caught a lot of big bass on blades, but my POB is an 11.4 oz. toady. Caught it fluttering a 5/8 oz. Rod Strainer spinnerbait, on a riprap bank at the back of a large marina, 3 miles north east of Buckley Cove. hint...
Not too sure of the tournament rules but if you can bring a casting net for the shad as baitfish maybe after the tournament so that you can get some lunkers, that would go crazy!! ❤❤
@GregBlanchardFishing me and my father in law love watching your videos, you inspired me to go out and get a kayak to do some delta and lake fishing too! Keep up the amazing work!
Hey Greg, would you mind sharing with me the exact drop-shot worm that you were using the color looks awesome! Thanks again for the vids keep them coming
Where did you launch at greg. I think I know where that at but not too sure if it’s true. When you went under the bridge we was just on the shore a week ago on shore. We couldn’t go over the bridge so we fish right by the bridge
Thanks for another banger Greg! Man the Delta has always been tough for me, everywhere looks good to cast! By the way, what knot do you tie? I notice there are two tag ends from you cutting through a loop.
Haha for sure. It's all relative. That Otisco fish is probably 1 in 10,000 where a fish like this on the Delta is 1 in 500 (well maybe more like 1000 this year atleast)
@@GregBlanchardFishing I’ve lived my entire life in the finger lakes area and I’ve never heard of a large mouth that big. We get big brown ones as you well know, but largies over 6 are exceptionally rare, and your reaction to that fish tells that same story.
Just curious, and I’m sure you’ve answered this many times. But what kind of trolling motor thrust does your kayak have? What battery are you using? And how much run time do you typically get from it? thanks
Greg did you re-tie after you caught that 7.5 lb bass. If you didn't and broke off on the next fish that would be bad tournament day. I felt the pain in practice.
Do all Native kayaks take in that much water? Might preorder the Titan X, thats why I am asking. Seems there is a good amount that your feet are sloshing around in. Nice action video!
This is my first time watchingi your video's. Great video but wow I'm surprised at the water you're carrying in that kayak. I fish an OldTown 120 so maybe it's just because that is a larger yak. I fish saltwater on the swFL coast.
I know you like throwing a Senko, and you should keep throwing it but, you really should through a 7 inch instead and you'll see more of those big bass.
If you keep the scuppers in it's a dry ride. I jam around with my motor which kicks up water so I just leave them out and its always draining although it looks like theres a lot more water in there than at least what I notice - maybe i'm used to it
Braided violin time ❤ love a punch bite.
7 on a blade!! Couldn’t ask for anything better!! Good job Greg!
Thank you sir! gotta love a blade bite😎
Never seen a small bass hit so hard that it makes the braid screech before you even set the hook lol
Fresh Coffee, fresh GB video, this morning is good indeed! Fun as always Greg!
I think this was the day i bumped in to you out there. Glad to see the big fish you caught. Awesome job! Hope to seeya again soon
yessir! good to meet you man, hope ya got on some fish
GREG,,,,YOU ROCK !!
ITS BEEN A WHILE SINCE I'VE BEEN ON THE DELTA...BUT SHE'S STILL BEAUTIFUL.
TIGHT LINES !!
I’ve never seen a bass that big 😱Great video as always, Greg!
Great opening. I loved that hookset montage.
Good morning Greg! When that toad welled up, I was helping from the couch lol. Congrats!
Friday's inspiration, LFG! Nothing like GB in the am.
Nice toad!!! Great video! Miss the Delta.
TOAD!!!!!!!! Hell yeah now I’m going fishing tomorrow

Cheers everyone! ☕ Good morning Greg. 😊
Lovei this video...your all around literally where I live...it's good to see you take care of the fish!!
Thank you sir! For sure, trying to improve in getting bigger class fish back in the water asap

Fishing personified!! One day bad the next great. You can never really predict the success you will have
Love you Greg keep giving NY anglers a BIG name! Up the Empire State!!!
Thanks for another great video Greg, just seeing you land that big one AWESOME.
In-N-Out is a treat for success not only for skunks. Come to think of it, anytime we're able to get on the water is a success!
yessir! fishing can be tough sometimes but always enjoy the time out there
Congrats on that big ole tank !!!!!!!!!!

G-g-g-Giant bass! Nice👏👏👏👏
That was a nice younder you got there. Hopefully you can get on those in the tournament. Good luck!
Fish almost broke the board HOLY SMOKES 🚬
Another Delta fishing tale in the book 👌
As always great video your commentary on your videos sets you apart from the rest love it
Omg beauty Greg!
YES!!!! So happy for you Greg! You are too good of a fisherman to NOT put that biggen in the yak 😆 nice job bro!
Another great fishing day Greg. That big fish was killer,,,
I'll get my chance, just gotta keep my eyes open.
Thanks for another great video.
Its good to see you throw more spinner baits. Looking to see some flukes in the late summer and fall
Gotta get on the fluke game for sure
Oh man delta giants!
Thanks Greg, nice fish!
Well done sir! That was a biggun!
Hell yeah dude, nice tank on the spinnerbait!
That big'em though! Sweet catch!
Great catch 🐟
From Georgia 😎
What a great day on the water. And a nice freaking toad!!!!
May your lines stay tight on tournament days, GB.
Great as always. That 7.5 was a hoss.

Haha thanks man, right there with ya - I thought it was like a 3-4 pounders until I went to grab it out of the net haha
Nice tank Greg!
Good morning guys.........coffee and donuts..
Great day pre fishing, Greg! It looks like you found my spot! 😂
haha funny thing is I've fish here probably half a dozen times and never really did good until now lol
Great day of work bud! Good luck in tourney
Nice one Greg.
WOW!!!
Let’s go GB!!!! Cheers Mate!!!

Good practice and video
Thank you for another great video! What a tank!🤙
Gregory, throw the swim jig around all those tule’s, it’ll slay!!
Coffee crew…. Assemble!
All I can picture is a very generic looking coffee mug made out of robots
Yisssss
Nothing better than having coffee with a greg video... and then immediately taking my morning shit on company time

😢 can't wait to own my own yak. I just sit and jealously admire all of the local yakkers.
Good stuff

Didn’t retie after that 7 Younder! And lost the magic Spinnerbait… dang it! Beautiful Delta monster bass!
That’s My favorite spot, I’ve caught my pb out in that area
Not too sure of the tournament rules but if you can bring a casting net for the shad as baitfish maybe after the tournament so that you can get some lunkers, that would go crazy!! ❤❤
Holy smokes... Geez Louise! Greg, beam me up.....
Nice fish.....Im still wondering what the holes in the bottom of the yak are for....seems to let a lot of water in.....Nicely done sir
The scupper holes?
Can you make a video of your current rod setups, your favorite lures/baits?
Coming on up! Did one recently and will go live on the channel 7/11 though I try to list/link all relative gear in the description
@GregBlanchardFishing me and my father in law love watching your videos, you inspired me to go out and get a kayak to do some delta and lake fishing too! Keep up the amazing work!
Gregs one of those guys that catches the winning fish on practice day.
Hey Greg, would you mind sharing with me the exact drop-shot worm that you were using the color looks awesome! Thanks again for the vids keep them coming
White spinnerbait it is!
Get that frog going when it gets shallow👍
Greg... where about did you launch 🤘
Do you have a blue gill colored spinner bait or bladed jig? I would try that this time of year.
Lmao "intrusive thoughts" " I wanna throw it at the camera" lmao * throws it at the camera 😂 26:06

Always retie after a big fish... Line stretch, and micro-abrasions of the line.
Thanks for another banger Greg! Man the Delta has always been tough for me, everywhere looks good to cast! By the way, what knot do you tie? I notice there are two tag ends from you cutting through a loop.
Giant for sure, and it does probably edge out your Otisco largemouth... barely. (The Otisco reaction was WAY better though!)
Haha for sure. It's all relative. That Otisco fish is probably 1 in 10,000 where a fish like this on the Delta is 1 in 500 (well maybe more like 1000 this year atleast)

Greg can you please make a video fishing Eastman Lake.
Beautiful bass!! Hey what tide app do you use?? Thx!
no app but like to browse willyweather.com and search tides

negative and you can bet I retied a whole ton during the tournament!
@GregBlanchardFishing Awesome and thank you for answering
Come to Minnesota
Is that Big Break in Oakley?
i have good luck when i let that spinner bait stall and fall sometimes...also mix up cadence..
I cant be the only one who saw the ginormous fish in the water at the left front of the kayak at 22:09???
Do all Native kayaks take in that much water? Might preorder the Titan X, thats why I am asking. Seems there is a good amount that your feet are sloshing around in. Nice action video!
Isn't it hot af there right now? How can you wear that rain gear and not sweat to death?
What size hook are you using for your dropshot setup, if you don’t mind me asking
Does that kayak regularly hold that much water in the bottom or is that because of how much equipment is on it?
If you keep the scuppers in it's a dry ride. I jam around with my motor which kicks up water so I just leave them out and its always draining although it looks like theres a lot more water in there than at least what I notice - maybe i'm used to it
How fast do you think you could go if you used your motor and pedals at the same time
