Hey I know the master cylinder on these has to be bleed by itself Prior to rest of system, The push rod is too sort to expel the air in the cylinder when connected to pedal pushrod booster, Remove cylinder from the booster and manually depress pushrod and bleed air via pipes until no air, then connect to booster and bleed as you would Sure there are vids online of this issue hope it helps Just finished welding a new rear quarter on my red eg !!

What stiffness of the Hasport inserts was it, 62A Street or 70A Race?

Cheers mate the reference to 15/16 is the size. They come in three main sizes 13/15 15/16 and 1 inch it’s in American inch sizes who knows why haha
