Man it'd test those batteries and pulse off some sulphur. 12.1v is empty and at the stage where it's potentially damaged. Hopefully you can replace that nasty cheap chinese controller with something mid range one day like victron. Also i hope youve cut a hole in the floor next to your gas bottle to allow heavy gases tomdrop out in case of leaks. Regs these days even require the bottle to be in an external sealed cupboard. Can the existing laptop display frame accommodate the larger screen without any of the display being cut off on both side? * Since the link for the cable you used cannot be accessed and many have asked for this question repeatedly, could you type the exact cable model name here in the comments, or update your video description so we could search for it online? Hello Noticed you removed your glove box to get to large engine bay grommet …. Have you got any tips as I can only see two screws inside box ??? Will I need to take this out to get. Access to leisure battery cable or would I be able to run cable behind without box removal.

I know you cant confirm anything with this info, just asking if the glowplugs could be the power issue as i originally thought they only were for starting the engine but been told they are involved in the running of these engines?? Hi Ash. In my opinion i don't think the Exhaust gas cooler is leaking its more just like condensation from being blocked and no flow through the EGR valve. Is the cooling system loosing coolant.? Also check the exhaust flap valve operated by the vacuum diaphragm arm that is located before the exhaust gas cooler, the flap valve seizes up. Gary

Do you idle and keep the AC on at night to keep cool? I'm curious because I'm thinking about the same thing but worried that I'll idle too much and it will be bad for the van.

Couldn't the EGR valve be cleaned instead of replacing? As far as I know, the EGR cooler is impossible to clean (and yours is also broken), but the valve itself should be fine after a thorough cleaning.

Try dry ice cooling, more efficient and quiet.

Hey mate, great video series and channel! I'm considering doing the same swap this summer also to an EG4. I'm just wondering about the vibration and harshness - for daily driving is there a lot of vibration (particularly at idle/low revs)? How does it compare in this regard to when it was stock? I read online reports of similar builds with the rearview mirror shaking on idle. Would appreciate and be interested to hear your thoughts. Thanks.

Yeah you go ahead do that, and almost halved the life your laptop. CPUs gonna heat faster than a matchstick when you play games and especailly if you upgrade the ssd, then you have gauranteed killed the numpad by 2nd year since that addition. So my suggestion dont go overboard just because you can have a 32 gig in one machine, keep in mind this is a laptop with a not so great cooling system, like trust me mobile phones have a better designed cooling solution these days than what we have in this machine.

this copper pipe will generate condesation, if you laptop has intake fans on the bottom it will suck all the water/humidity inside.

The water cooling pad with fans is good but what if u add a super cold ice on the water

I just got the Acer nitro 5 with 16GB ram, and the 4050 rtx and it was hitting 180fps to 220fps. I tweaked the setting, put it on epic and changed a few other setting I get like 144fps now. I like to see the quality just as much as the performance.

It is great job but not able to take it out side ok i build one you taking it any where you even have it on my lap working blow lot of cool air in my laptop
