Here is a person i believe no one has mention and we are a month in on this and and I've heard all the reactions. I do not believe she is on the list because she is so underrated - Roberta Flack.
Though many great singers are included, the order in which they appear indicates the folks at Rolling Stone were rating something other than straight singing ability. Some on this list are there by virtue of their song writing abilities or their impact on music rather than their vocal abilities.
Celine Dion is a superior vocalist than at least 50% of these artist on the top 200 list. It is a shame that she didn't make this list.
Overrated but then again half of these nobodies are only known by their family and friends

Just fyi, Frank Sinatra does not only sing Christmas songs. I admire the effort putting this video together but some artists song featured in this does not reflect their best songs.
Man this list is so fallible you could give "Weird Al" Yankovich an EGOT. They left out MANY more influential singers AND TRANSPOSED MANY NUMBERS-not opinion, a fact!
I would be curious to know their selection criteria for a ranking that is impossible to do.

It’s nice to see Karen Carpenter on the list, but I would’ve placed her in the top ten. She was undoubtedly the best female pop vocalist of her generation. A voice like no other.

This list is totally absurd. Dylan is a poet, a songwriter never a great singer. Freddie Mercury and Sinatra were the best Singers by a lot. Lennon ahead of McCartney a joke. Billy Joel, Ian Gillan, Jon Anderson, Jacques Brel, David Coverdale where are they? We can guess that is an american output.

Well, the obvious choices were included, but a lot of them were seriously out of order if truly based on 'greatest singers of all-time. And, there are some glaring oversights of some incredible vocalists completed not included, ie: Dionne Warwick, Roberta Flack, etc. Albeit, a serious pool of artists to ponder inclusion to such a big list.
