Oh Lily I am so so happy for you!! Going from doing the deliveries all by yourself to your dad helping out on his lunch break to having a solid delivery person in Harry and now a brick and mortar shop on the very near horizon, it's incredible!! i am in the middle of moving bits and pieces from home to my new bakery. everyday people keep asking me when are you opening? it is nerve wrecking. i keep telling them next year coz i don't want to stress myself. yess! it is stressful coz so many details need to be put in order. but honestly it is kind of a relief seing my home clear of all my baking machines 😅. anyway... Good Luck on yours. really it is just a do it situation and you we have been doing this for so many years... its just a move to another location.

I hadnt ever considered having a at-home bakery, it sounds like a fun (challenging Im sure 😂 even doing small scale baking takes its toll on me, but fun) career choice ❤ (definitely better than Walmart bakery-- my 2nd to last job)
Edit: Ive now ended up deciding to spend my day making artisan loaves 😂 thanks for keeping me occupied (currently between jobs due to car failure, not being able to do anything has been slowly driving me crazy)
So so happy for you Lily....all the hard work you put in....you deserve all the success in the world...will you live on the premises or will you need to commute from home every day...have been thinking about you,and wondering if you will need to commute 😊😊❤

My Mom made a vegan mincemeat and she used nuts she pulverized in a food processor and it tasted good, but I was crunching on nuts which was strange. Idk if the nuts will soften. I am super thrilled for you and some tears were shed from my eyes too because of the great news. Looking forward to seeing your brick and mortar shop.

HI, Lily, nice video. However, it's sort of difficult to hear you with the mixer running in the background.
On another note.. what shoes do you wear while baking all day? I’m disabled with chronic spinal pain. So when I bake just for a few hours it takes me out for the entire next day. I have decent cushioned supportive shoes but I’m not sure I have what’s best.. just curious on what you wear
hey! so sorry to hear this - I wear birkenstock clogs and also have started wearing compression socks (which make a MASSIVE difference to my fatigue, leg pain etc!) xx
