I really look up to you. I just started to work in a bakery and at first I was like waking up at 3 am no way but I really love it. U really inspire me right now I am in the hotelschool for a 1 year cook and waitress program and after that I am going to do a baker course. U inspired me. Oh, that ovacado toast looked so yummy! Sure do wish I could eat more carbs. I was just getting halfway decent at making bread when my diabetes really kicked in.

hey Lily -- great to watch. Been wondering how you are going in the very cold temperatures in the UK at the moment. Have you noticed different fermentation times for your sourdough or have you adjusted water temp for it? Curious in Coventry.
Hey! Thank you! Yes definitely increasing water temp to around 30c at the moment & keeping bulk containers near a heater/ radiator ☺️
