I had never heard of this fruit before. I just marvel at God's creation and how creative He was to make all of these amazing fruits and plants in our beautiful world! All that we need to live healthy lives ; )
I guessed the fruit before opening my inbox.. Yes we love this in Haiti. We make ice cream and juice from this. Creamy and sweet! May the orginial healthy seeds of this plant be grown in all optimal regions of the world. And may those who need access to this fruit recieve it! So it is. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you for being you.
This is lovely. We used to blend this, freeze this in ice cube holders as children, for soursop ice cubes and sit and eat them in the sun. This brings back memories!
Yes. I know persons who use it to help fight cancer. It's amazing. The leaves can be made as tea to help lower blood pressure. My mom uses it all the time.

Been eating that ever since I can remember. Picked fresh from our backyard in the Philippines. We call it there Guyabano. We boil the leaves as well as tea and has tons of nutrients as well.
Kristina, we John and Linda Lentini are so proud of you and all your love you have poured into helping people become healthy, happy and well😀. John ate guaynabanas in his Puerto Rico days. We are sooooo happy for you and Cash and your move to Hawaii. Love from us!!!
My nama juicer just arrived yesterday yaaaay! I can’t wait to start my juicing journey! Soursop is sooo yummy and I’m sure it’s even more yummy when it’s juiced. I wanna try!
Here in Indonesia, we called it "sirsak". You can find it easily here at the local market. It tastes sweet, bit sour at the same time, and very creamy.

I love soursop! I drink the tea and I take a high quality extract along with black seed oil and sea moss. Makes me feel amazing! Like I’m buzzing with energy
Aloha Kristina! So happy to have you in Hawaii now! I’m originally from Texas myself so it’s exciting to see how your content might transform from being here in the islands! Can’t wait to see your journey, mahalo nui loa for sharing!
OMG! I live in south Florida and I see this fruit all the time, I was intimidated... but now I am buying it! I have had my Nama for a few days and I LOVE it 😍 Thank you for this video!
I am of Ayiti descent and everyone in my household loved Soursopnuice. But, I prefer the cherimoya or apple Custard. They are sweeter and creamier. But, I still wanna try that juice soon. Blessed love.
My favorite is making this with two Ingredients. I like to add blueberries it’s my “Purple People Eater” I just got my Nama today and this was the first thing I made in it. Sooo good. Had to split some up for popsicles.
I absolutely love this fruit the juice alone is awesome once you make it so refreshing and taste so good but I love to just eat the fruit by itself and the texture to me is awesome
Ms overcomer click the link listed in the description. It’s 350.00 after the discount. One of my friends has one, they highly recommended it. Its worth the investment for me due to health issues. I’ve been using my Vitamix 5200 which is worth the investment too.
So much healing energy from you, especially as you're getting settled in your new + abundant island home! Sending love and good vibes your way. Xo's from Canada
This is my first time ever hearing about this this is my first time ever seeing you and I’m gonna love this I will find a way to get something from this fruit thank you immensely may God richly continue to bless you
Guanabana reminds me of my grandmother (qepd). She had a huge guanabana tree in her yard😍 she used to make "duros" with it (kind of like an ice pop mix but inside plastic bags😄)
hi Kristina, this video you upload is 3 days ago and I heared about the disaster that happened yesterday in Beirut Lebanon. and I thout about you, your family. your Mom. I want to hug you and support you
Can't we just blend it and drink a smoothie? All that pulp and fiber, where is it going? No idea this lady blends it but I buy a cup for $7. That looks so good!!! I need that juicer!!! BTW if you add some lime, it's so yummy.
Did you know the leaves are used in Indonesia to fight Cancer as a Tea. Unfortunately a friend of ours was Stage 3 and despite DHL in fresh leaves, he passed away. Try the leaves make Tea, it has a neutral taste. Find the Farms in Hawaii
We also have them in Colombia. My mom used to make them in juice form and its sooo delicious! Juguito de Guanabana! I see that some stores are bringing them in Los Angeles where we currently live now. Thanks for this video! ♥️😁
I only juice when I want to eat the mashed up bits after 🤣 I don’t even usually drink the juice immediately. It’s pointless because most of the nutrients are in the rinds/peels!!!
You are a wonderful person, Kristina and I wish you both every happiness...fine health ..and joy! Just got my Nama, thanks to your advice and can't wait to change my health...and my life! Much love from Ontario, Canada, M

I find that she has to consume so much more of an item, just because she's throwing away all the good stuff. I grew up eating this fruit and just a little bit is more than enough, too much is a waste. Did they have juicers in the early days, way back when, no they ate all the foods every bit of it.
