BROOO that random “HOOORRAYYY” advertising his course scared the absolute shit outta me
2:13 lets be serious, that roundabout was a terrible choice to do a U-turn, even experienced drivers would struggle to make that in one, that is really harsh. Most drivers would just carry on and find a better and SAFER place to turn round. She actually did incredibly well, kept calm, followed instructions.

The mini roundabout u-turn is exactly why I used to debate with my instructor about how the whole shifting hands is beyond dangerous. Most people, especially learners, will never be able to do it quick and smooth enough to keep control of the car. It's nice to see that rule being removed from driving.
Really you should avoid doing u-turns on mini roundabouts
Agreed, I will not do it, I refuse and my instructor says that’s fine as long as I have control. I tried doing it and did not have the same amount of control of the car as I did before and after trying for about 10 mins stopped and have never done it since 😂

We all love a driving instructor who can be chill just like the clip when the guy knew he failed and throughout the video, although trying to stay professional is an aspect it’s always fun to have a laugh sometimes 😂😂

It wasn't really a good place to do a U-turn but it could have been executed if she went wide first. The only problem with that is cars thinking you are turning left might start to pull out.

I passed second time 16th December finally 🙌
First time I failed as my nerves went crazy couldn't control my legs, although at the time I was nearly 22 weeks pregnant 😅 but so glad I passed now. I had been watching your videos several weeks before my test to help me in-between my lessons but still watch your videos now they seem addicting to watch 🤣

I got pulled over for the first time the other day. Copper was a pretty nice guy but I had like 20 oz of cocaine in the boot. Sometimes I come to this channel to watch these videos to remember what driving’s like so I can easily go back when I get my license returned to me in 13 years

I don't think the instructor should have told the person in the second clip to attempt a U-turn at a mini-roundabout in the first place: in the official DVSA essential driving skills guide they clearly state you should 'avoid making a U-turn at a mini-roundabout' (p.242 in the 2022 edition), and should only use larger roundabouts for the manoeuvre.

I am Manoj from Reading and wanted to understand if I need to be acomplnied by someone like you or any other 21 years old driver with 3 year old UK DL. I am new in UK and my indian driving license is valid for one year- until 31st July 2023. My driving test appointment is in June 2023. Please answer this query or let me know if you have any video on this ?
You don't need to drive with anyone with you while your Indian licence is still valid, but I'd definitely recommend doing so anyway, it's very different driving over here. I'd also recommend taking a few driving lessons before your test, even if you can drive well already, so you'll be able to pass it. Make sure you've passed the theory test before taking the practical driving test.
If you fail your test, after those 12 months, you'll have to start the same way any learner would here, and get a provisional UK licence. Then, you would need to drive with someone over 21 with a 3+ year old full UK licence, or an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI). In this case, you couldn't drive on a motorway without an ADI. Any car you would drive would also have to display an L plate on the front and back. You'd need to pass a theory and practical test, and again I'd recommend taking some more lessons before the practical test.
Also, make sure you have insurance in any car you drive. If you have a lesson with an ADI this will be sorted for you, but only in their car.

Thanks for the detailed answer to my query. I have done my theory test a week back and luckily booked a practice slot within a week. Sadly I was not able to find any driving instructor in short notice and all are busy in this area. But I am practicing with help of RUclips and friends. I will update the results in 4 days. Hope for the best

I think they are giving licences to easy now. I would make it so everyone needs to pass at least 2 times in a row. Anyone can get lucky on a test.

You say people get licences too easily but statistics show only 50% of people in the UK pass first time
@@ahoam Exactly my point. So many people fail the test. I bet if you put 50% of people who passed back through their test, the very next day after passing, They would fail the 2nd time. Conditions change a test! 1 day may be blue sky and no traffic, The next day could be raining and heavy traffic. So many things can contribute to the drivers ability to negotiate difficult situations. Its to easy to fluke a result.
@@SinGames You can’t assess every driving situation a person will encounter their entire driving life in one or two 50 minute tests. But there are better ways to improve driving quality for sure, experienced drivers need them too.
