Really like the movie watched the ending a few times. I think that maybe as a child Enid would sneak and watch these horrible films and it did effect her. Maybe she was acting out a scene in one of the movies she had watched and she killed her sister in the process and did indeed bury it deep inside because in here mind it was like watching a movie played out again. Near the end I feel Enid believes she has found her sister Nina and overjoyed. When they announce that they is no more crimes in England. Enid believes she has saved the world from this evil director and his video nasties and it will be a better world now. She has completely lost it mentally. Everything we are seeing is from Enid eyes like in a movie in edited form. In reality she has kidnapped Alice and is taking her back to reunited with her family. They know she is not Nina when they arrive and Alice is trying to tell Enid parents save me and telling them what has happen which when we see Enid's mother facial expression in horror. But in Enid's eyes everything is happy after all her family is whole again. But I wouldn't be surprise if she didn't kill them eventually. Another one that had my thinking huh?
Would you review Darkness Falls? Certainly not a good horror movie. But, certainly a highlight of 2000s horror movies. I feel like it made for a good break away from such teen horror flicks like Scream and Final Destination.
I like that aspect. She thinks she’s on some crusade to end world violence by having the world ignore violence when in reality people (including herself) are just like that and use horror movies as scapegoats. I really like the aspect she thinks she’s on this crusade alone and is the only person preventing it from happening since everyone else seems to enjoy it. The bitter sweet aspect is what we want to be reality vs what is reality. Where she wants it to be reality where horror movies cause violence and she put and end to it and she’s some do gooder who found her missing sister. But in reality she is a mentally disturbed person who just kidnapped a lady and (probably) murdered her real one. Either all that or it’s some cheesy metaphor for a person who thinks they can change the world when they just wanna change their own history.
It’s really up to you to decide because not quite enough is made clear about her relationship with her parents. Like they could either know the truth and are trying to move on as well as keep Enid under the impression that they weren’t aware of the truth or they do not actually know the truth and they genuinely think that her sister ran off or was kidnapped. However I believe that her parents do know because it seems that the story behind the film that triggers her memories was released onto the news and it explained that she cut up her sister in an old shack in the woods and returned to her house covered in blood. And possibly feeling bad about what she had done repressed the memory in that moment leaving her unable to tell them the truth.
I think she killed her sister & covered it up really well, I think she was always crazy because there were so many hints & the line "you'd be surprised what the brain can edit out when it can't handle the truth" sums it all up for me
My Wife and I love your videos. She thinks you look like Gary Oldmans younger wimpier Brother. That coming from my Wife is actually high praise. 😳 Your videos save us a lot of time.
I don’t know if you will see this, but I just watched a movie called “valley of the gods” and by the end of it I had no idea what to even think, I’m saying I couldn’t comprehend what was going on in this movie, so if you ever give it a watch I think you should do an ending explained on it!
Watching a movie is totally different to watching a review of it, they aren't mutually exclusive. Would you substitute eating food with eating already digested food?
Enid never killed her sister, and even if she did that's not what the movie is about: it's her guilt about losing her and blaming herself for it that she loses her mind after thinking a movie she censored inspired a crime (which also wasn't the case). It's the movies which inspire her to edito her own reality... As Scream said it: "movies do not create psychos, movies make psychos more creative" Awesome movie, best horror film of the year so far!!! Thanx!!!
How can we tell she ever got home with Alice ? Alice has already run away from Enid as Enid was on the floor in the woods and we never see her up on her feet but only in her imagination.
Because of the brief flashes of Alice screaming to be let out of the car and crying to her horrified parents. Also, this summary is so short on explaining things, but one of the videos on the shelf in the store looks like the final scene (rainbows over a bright house with a family of 4) and its title refers to the end. I forget if the title was: The Day the World Began. But I seem to recall that.
i am really not a fan of horror/jumpscare movies. But I love to watch your reviews/explanaitions of those .. because the story of them is often very good. Thanks for doing it!
I think this is the most ironic finally for a British film, due to the fact that British comedies and other films are known for having Sad/Depressing endings. To the point that having a "Happy ending" is considered a very Hollywood thing to do.
Big shout out to the director Prano Bailey Bond... a fantastic feature debut whilst also teaching part time at the Metfilm School in London! Always was a pleasure learning from her!
The ending really shows the problem with censorship. Censoring the events into a happy ending did not undo the horrors that happened. The fear and suffering is still there, it's just not allowed to be showed, acknowledged, or addressed, because of the censorship.
How awesome would it be that after the credits we hear "Cut, That is a wrap." Then the movie goes into a sort of behind the scenes segment and then the actors go over to the monitor to watch the scene and then we go into a quick gag reel and fade to black.
could it be that the beastmaster symbolizes a man that Enid lured Nina into meeting in the shed? and maybe he killed her could explain why he hugs her and tells her she's always been in his heart who knows
Those movies don't really have anything that's left confusing and in need of explanation, at least the first two. The third isn't out yet, so time will tell 🤷♀️ (that wasn't meant as a diss btw, I'm loving the Fear Street movies!)

The ending reminded me of the movie "Nocturne" the one with Madison Iseman and Sydney Sweeney. Anyone else ?
Sydney Sweeney im in!
@@TheSupervaan You should definitely watch it if you haven't. Very awesome and dark movie
So, did her parents know she killed her sister? Or maybe assumed she did?
Honestly it does begin to feel like that by the end ...but still a lot is left out up for interpretation
And possibly feeling bad about what she had done repressed the memory in that moment leaving her unable to tell them the truth.
yeah more like a killing instinct just out of nowhere makes her murder out of impulse when she just down right brutally murders just for some reason
I think she killed her sister & covered it up really well, I think she was always crazy because there were so many hints & the line "you'd be surprised what the brain can edit out when it can't handle the truth" sums it all up for me
Dude I actually love your channel I get to watch a new movie for free every week keep up the great work
Stop being so racist, white boy.
@@uselessmask3816 sorry I can't help it it's apart of my white nature
@@Bigstanky757 dude, seriously. You need stop making racist comments.
I loved this movie, although I didn’t expect to. Glad you did an episode, you always point out things I miss the first time around 😂
My Wife and I love your videos. She thinks you look like Gary Oldmans younger wimpier Brother. That coming from my Wife is actually high praise. 😳
Your videos save us a lot of time.
I love how much you appreciate and take care of your internet family Thankyou 💖
I don’t know if you will see this, but I just watched a movie called “valley of the gods” and by the end of it I had no idea what to even think, I’m saying I couldn’t comprehend what was going on in this movie, so if you ever give it a watch I think you should do an ending explained on it!
I look forward to these videos every week. Best channel on RUclips
Who here likes to watch these reviews because they explain the plot to you, so that you don't have to watch the movie yourself?
a lot
Yes, the FoundFlix cut©
i am simple minded, i watched foundflix to understand the movie before watching confused plot.
Yeah, listening to the summary, I'm so glad I don't have to watch this film.
Watching a movie is totally different to watching a review of it, they aren't mutually exclusive. Would you substitute eating food with eating already digested food?
Sweet! I sent this one to you on Twitter the other day!
I'm surprised you haven't done, "A Quiet Place 2" by now.
Probably because most people already saw it, I noticed he likes to explain the more unknown horror movies

@@DARTHNEWS Yeah, movies aint nobody ever heard of before.
Yay! Love your videos. Blessings from Scotland. 🙏🏴🌹
Thanx!!!
Sometimes even when I'm not into the story, I just keep watching for your commentary.
Hilarious.
Keep em' coming. 😁
Hey Man U should do like the darkest hour next I remember watching it and being confused ah
All my horror viewing is done through this channel. Love FoundFlix!!!
please do “we need to talk about kevin” !!! :)
It's sad that no matter what kids and teenagers will still watch, read and listen to stuff that isn't ment for them
How can we tell she ever got home with Alice ? Alice has already run away from Enid as Enid was on the floor in the woods and we never see her up on her feet but only in her imagination.
Because of the brief flashes of Alice screaming to be let out of the car and crying to her horrified parents.
Also, this summary is so short on explaining things, but one of the videos on the shelf in the store looks like the final scene (rainbows over a bright house with a family of 4) and its title refers to the end. I forget if the title was: The Day the World Began. But I seem to recall that.
Thank you for my Sunday night watch
What would I do without you guys??
Thanks for your hard work and time!!!
I can see why this is a horror film.
It's about media censoring.
i am really not a fan of horror/jumpscare movies. But I love to watch your reviews/explanaitions of those .. because the story of them is often very good.
Thanks for doing it!
Fun fact A Clockwork Orange was considered one of these video nasties
This is one of my favorite channels a whole movie in moments☺️
I think this is the most ironic finally for a British film, due to the fact that British comedies and other films are known for having Sad/Depressing endings. To the point that having a "Happy ending" is considered a very Hollywood thing to do.
Stop being so racist, white boy.
@@uselessmask3816 excuse me?
@@ichi6ix611 not sure if I can excuse racism. Just try to be better, I guess.
Watched this last night. So glad you did a ending explained.
Foundflix!!!! Do Gothika please 😭
Big shout out to the director Prano Bailey Bond... a fantastic feature debut whilst also teaching part time at the Metfilm School in London! Always was a pleasure learning from her!
Won't somebody PLEASE think of the children!!! RIP Maude 😂
Yep but Maude wasn't the only one who said it. Hellen Lovejoy Revrend Lovejoy's wife also said it a lot through out series.
yo i'm early to something??? love ur vids btw, only vid with scary stuff I can watch at any time of the day cause you make it interesting
I tried to watch this like 3 times , couldn’t sit through it. I’m glad this was posted cause I’d rather watch this anyways 😁
The ending really shows the problem with censorship. Censoring the events into a happy ending did not undo the horrors that happened. The fear and suffering is still there, it's just not allowed to be showed, acknowledged, or addressed, because of the censorship.
I love how foundflix introduces me to amazing old and new horror movies
And of course, let's not forget the entire point of censors: To enforce one's will upon the very thoughts of the people.
This really needed a skit of you becoming a crazed killer from all the movies you've watched lol
Stop being so racist, white boy.
@@uselessmask3816 where did that come from? Where's the racism?
@@beeboi3628 that's what I'd like to know lol
I wish there was a uncensored version of this

“Damn those horror movies always turning people into crazed killers!”..... well I haven’t seen Frank in awhile....
WAIT CAN YOU COVER THE SERIES SWEET HOME? It’s a kseries tho

Thank you for your content. This is the best way to watch movies. Short, sweet and to the point,!!🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗
Is this movie about what China does when someone says their leader looks like Winnie the Pooh. They Censor it.
How awesome would it be that after the credits we hear "Cut, That is a wrap." Then the movie goes into a sort of behind the scenes segment and then the actors go over to the monitor to watch the scene and then we go into a quick gag reel and fade to black.
Great way to start my morning
evening for me
It’s night time here
Haha & a Great way to start my night
Morning here. Watching this Ending Explained while enjoying some hot cup of hot chocolate
I love these review videos, trying to wait till next one
Guess I'm going to bed at 9pm today😎
Wow interesting. I'll purchase it later tonight. Thanx, Foundflix!!!
Haven't seen it yet but prediction is lady killed her sister and then goes crazy and kills other people
My prediction too lol
Glad to have you back.
Never clicked on a video so fast
could it be that the beastmaster symbolizes a man that Enid lured Nina into meeting in the shed? and maybe he killed her
could explain why he hugs her and tells her she's always been in his heart
who knows
Will you be doing the Fear Street movies?
Those movies don't really have anything that's left confusing and in need of explanation, at least the first two. The third isn't out yet, so time will tell 🤷♀️
(that wasn't meant as a diss btw, I'm loving the Fear Street movies!)
