what are your pros cons with x pipe? dont know if i want to go x or bigger H when removing 2nd cats. better low end/high end?
X pipe for top end/raspier sound, H pipe for low/mid torque, lower sound
What kind of xpipe did you put in? I'm in northern IL, with a SLIHM 15 SS. I put a MY17 mid pipe on mine (no resonator) but I wonder if a x pipe would be better than the little H pipe that comes stock

What about emission
angelabkr9 that's not an issue. The secondary cats are not monitored in any way so the computer can't tell if they are on the car or not.
U change mufflers as well?

did you just switch the tips to quads?
Griffin Stambaugh yes along with the other mods, added on 3.5" quad tips to the stock muffler.
any codes with the second cat being removed?
Griffin Stambaugh no codes, the secondary cats aren't monitored.
is their any drone with this setup?
Griffin Stambaugh Drone is basically the same as stock.
I too have an SS and G6
Sadly I sold the G6 last year. Can't say I miss it.
