  • I am STOKED to bring you this episode with Beka and Carly who are the masterminds behind my favourite meme page Girls Pull Up Not Out. Beka and Carly are both passionate mountain bikers and they’re on a mission to support and grow women in mountain biking while bringing a smile to everyone’s faces while doing so. We discussed their journey into mountain biking and starting their meme page, the importance of representation, what the term trail chads actually means and their physical and mental health journeys and how it’s affected their riding.
