Hi. I tried the insta stick with pocket 3 and the up and down movement is better controlled. Regarding dji mic 2, just yesterday I did some tests and if there is no car traffic around with the low cut filter off, audio noise reduction off and gain transmitter all the way up to 12 will give you amazing clear songs of birds even with the mic attached to your t-shirt/jacket. If there is no wind, even much clear sounds you'll get without the wind muff/dead cat. Just don't talk loud as the voice will go to red zone. Thank you for this review
Excellent video. I just got my OP3 a few days ago. And I saw in another creator's video of how close you can actually get to an object to film it in focus with the OP3. It's quite impressive. Why this isn't talked about more often is rather surprising.
What were the settings in the camera? D-log?
Was the vocals transmitted to the camera, or was the vocals recorded in the Mic2?
What’s the source of the music?
The settings were auto exposure and iso, in D-Log M with a DJI lut added afterwards. The audio was recorded with the DJI mic 2 directly into the camera.
Perhaps try using product showcase mode for close up shots.

Wow host I'm really planning to buy osmo dji because I really love this camera. More than 3 years ago, I bought gopro 9 and still working upto now but since I dropped it accidentally, I noticed my video is not stable anymore I'm so disappointed. So now in my list is DJI OSMO

Freewell have just released a macro lens for the Pocket 3 (and other lenses) but apparently the depth of field is extremely shallow and it's hard to use without a tripod - which can be awkward when the flower has unhelpfully not grown in a suitable spot... nice video with a new perspective on this over-reviewed camera. I've been trying to place the location - I'd be grateful for a clue! [Edit - of course, it is Winchester! I got engaged to my (first) wife there in 1972 approx when staying in one of the clergy houses in the Close where a good friend lived with his parents. It is indeed one of the loveliest places on the planet. Sadly too far from my present home in Melbourne Australia to visit any time soon...]

Why is your head cut off, is that a distance issue or a you issue or something else?
Bad filming and framing on my part. The one downside about the Osmo pocket 3 and its gimbal is that it can be sometimes tricky to frame yourself whilst vlogging.
