Playing sample chops on a midi device is way more intuitive than trying to click them in. It takes more time to chop the samples and assign them to all the drum pads but it’s so worth it in the end

Whenever I try to put the melody into slicer it pops up 4 error messages about access violation
What do you do when you don’t know the BPM? Like you find a song to sample on RUclips an you find the part you want but don’t know the BMP? Will this still work?

My biggest grip about sampling from other kits is the fact you don't always get the scale or chord progression, but it's definitely worth it to get a catchy percussive melody
dope musicians know scales by ear!
@@ChuTheCreator That's true :) But I only say that because I'm borrowing notes from other scales for my chords as well as secondaries and leads for them spicy sounds
