Im attempting this recipe at the moment. We're in the cooling in the fridge part with the oat recipe. So far its been super easy. Hardest part was grinding up and sifting oat flour since I didnt have oats in flour form. I tasted the finished mix and yes, i can see how similar to truffles it is. Love the greek yogurt in the mix since I make my own and always have it on hand. The mix alone, I would prefer it a touch sweeter, but then its not finished yet and I'm thinking a roll in powdered sugar and cocoa should be sweet enough. Also toasted some walnuts to grind up and decorate the truffles with when cool. Ill add an update when everyones had a taste test.

I’ve also been trying to find recipes to use up my coconut flour and cocoa after giving up on making muffins out of them. So I’m a happy camper! Although normally when cutting down it is often recommended to go by the 5g per 100g rule; there is also the alternative way of basing it on your total calorie macros for the day or even week.
