      Stretch would be awesome , but a whole body to include shoulders and glutes. Also how often do you recommend to workout abs a week?🥰thx for the amazing videos

    I love the fact that it's not so rushed and the exercises are not overly complicated and yet very effective. My favorite abs workout video so far! ❤

    This was a killer workout, you could actually feel your abs more because of the slower reps. Would definently recommend.

    i loved this! because the pace was slower, you could feel your abs more. i totally recommend it. the workouts weren't extremely hard to follow, and the fact that you didn't do some full voiceover made it so much easier to concentrate on how i position. thank you so much. and props to everyone trying to work on themselves. youre already a step closer.

    "NO PAIN NO GAIN"
    Doing this everyday till I get to my goal
    Day 1: drowning in sweat, was hard at the beginning but got alittle easier as I got to the end
    Day 2: still hard but a little easier than yesterday, also sweat a LOT
    Day 3: got slightly easier, I feel like it's faster now, also sweat
    Day 4: easier to do, instead of losing my breath at the last few moves, I lost it at the end of the star plank
    Day 5: break
    Day 6: tiring but easier than before
    Day 7: a bit hard and sweaty as well
    btw my waist got a little thinner, it's a bit hard now but gotta get rid of the fats then the abs will show so I'm also working on a diet
    Day 8: Neither very difficult nor too sweaty.

    This video was great. It was an excellent workout. The best part was that we didn’t have to listen to some dude grunt and tell us how hard the workout is. I must have had a prejudice against women led classes in the past because I have always selected male led classes. I’m definitely going to be checking out more women led classes now.

    ive done this workout for like a mont in 2021 summer and it really works. i definitely recommend it for anyone who wants to give this a try. i also had a diet and tried to walk everyday(not too much). in one or two weeks my abs showed up and had a very slim waist also lost weight. now im gonna start this routine again maybe write down results here someday :3 thanks for the workout keep doing whatever ure doing

    I started this work out
    Day 1-✅
    Day 2-✅
    Day 3-✅
    Day 4-✅ damn it's only 4th day and and I started seeing progress
    Day 5-✅ok so i wanna tell you guys I lost 2kg weight ..... Before doing this workout my weight was 64kg and now it's 62kg
    Day 6-✅
    Day 7-✅
    I will start my work out two or three days later bcz 😪i caught cold so I have fever
    I just got to know that I have TYPHOID so i can't able to do this exercise for at least one month.... But I hope i get well soon and do this exercise......

      You can add rounds of jumping or running between sets then you have cardio

    I love that we do pauses so ut helps to focus and each exercise!👏 but a little comment regarding name of exercise- would love to see it bigger as when I lay and don’t have a phone in my hand I cannot read clearly what’s coming up. Many many thanks, great job!🙌🏼

      @@chapletgymworkout yes Ive been on macros and a deficit for a bit. Even at my stats I still can't eat all my food! I hit protein but often low on carbs and fats. I'll check it out! Thanks

    0:10-10:10
    Side plank dips (instead of side crunches)
    Hunched leaning forward plank (instead of reach out plank)

    I want to be held accountable so I’m sharing this in the comments! I’ll do this for a month and let you guys know the results.
    Start date: 24/08/2022
    Weight: 59.4kg
    DAY 1 - felt good, not too hard for someone who dips in and out of workouts! Definitely felt my abs working!

      DAY 2 - could definitely feel my abs a little bit when I woke up. Workout felt sore because of this but I completed it all and enjoyed it!

      DAY 3 - struggled a bit today due to sore abs from the previous two days. Completed the workout still! Might take a rest day tomorrow and do some cardio instead…

      DAY 4 - REST DAY
      DAY 5 - felt better after resting my abs for a day. Completed the workout and was able to hold the plank at the end all the way through!

      DAY 6 - can’t believe I’ve done it for almost a week already! With one rest day… finding the plank enjoyable at the end. Update on weight changes tomorrow!

    I want to start over because I had a fever and I exercised only on days when I had strength, I'm still sick but I'm getting better, I didn't stick to the diet too, so I really want to start again (now it would be the 10th day of exercise) but im starting again!My only motivation is that I want to be a better version of myself and I also wanna take revenge on my ,,boyfriend"

    Hate it when people use songs with the F word in it. Many people have kids near by and it’s so unnecessary and offensive. Won’t be doing this workout again.
