I share some of the safety concerns with the subways in NYC. Look I get it. It's a lot to deal with. I think the best solution unfortunately (depending on how you look at it) is enforcement. in NYC people do what you allow them to.
Yes, but it gas taxes. Next if these Taxes were used for what they were intended for, not used elsewhere then one would have money to fix roads, bridges, and other infrastructure. Just saying.
