The law demands perfection. Not a single person meets that requirement except for Jesus. The grace of God is for the entirety of the sinner. I really wish Don and others would get in touch with this.

Romans 10:3 For they being ignorant of God's righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God. For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth.

You guys quote anything but scripture in context. The Bible said that he that does righteousness *is* righteous even as he ( _Jesus_ ) is righteous

@@RCDS777 all sin is willful
@@Gregoman89 You do realize that since you say all sin is willful ( to an extent it is) you are willingly claiming that you purposely go against God
I think he should have said real Christians "shouldn't" do those things. The idea that real Christians don't intentionally sin is nuts.
I have known Christians who agree with the first speaker. When asked about their own lack of perfect obedience they come up with all sorts of excuses: That wasn't a sin, it was a mistake. That wasn't a sin, it was a lapse in judgment. That wasn't a sin, because it wasn't pre-meditated, etc., etc. Martin Luther once said that our greatest sin is presuming that we are righteous. Why? Because then we will think that we can stand in judgment before God based on our own presumed righteousness rather than Christ's imputed riighteousness, which we reject because we think that our own righteousness is good enough.
@@sarco64 Too many free gracers sleep on Martin Luther, some even condemn him as a legalist. (lol) He was a truly great theologian, and more people should read his teachings.
Meanwhile...The $10,000 everyone should be asking is, "Ready?" Meanwhile...Is there such a thing as an "unintentional sin"?
No thanks. Pass on man-plans. Will cheerfully follow the instructions in Scripture instead. Praying you do the same for your own sake! (Remember: You ultimately affect only you and forever’s a long time.) Feel free to take matters up with the Author if there’s some “problem” with how He writes His own book. Confidence on the Day of Judgment is critical and that day happens with 100% of everyone whether he or she “believes that way or not” (see Hebrews 9:27-28). That confidence lies in the form of the finished work of Jesus. But, then again, everyone has a forever as well as a prerogative. Tends to make one wonder why people gamble like that. One of the most loving things one person can do for another is to help that “another person” fly as high as possible in Jesus while giving thought to eternity at the same time.
According to Ephesians 5:11, instructions are to have nothing to do with the deeds of darkness but rather expose them and according to 1 John 4:1, instructions are to test the spirits. Everyone is growing. Whoever that person is, hopefully he or she is born again (or “born from above” - or “born anew” - John 3:1-6 - biblehub.com/greek/509.htm ) .
It’ll all be remembered in private but odds are that will never be publicly admitted, though. But, since an individual ultimately only affects that individual, not worried on this end. That’s actually tragic. Just give it time. Meanwhile, 100% of everything remains unaccounted for on your table and is still going to happen regardless.
Always state Biblical truth with the results being between the recipient and God the Father. It’s only the Holy Spirit Who can guide into all truth (John 4:34-38, John 14:16-17, 26, John 16:13).
There’s only one way to be saved, period (Mark 1:15, John 3:1-6).
(SIDE NOTE - 100% of everyone’s born of water. Just think of every mom - Odds are that it got expressed at one time or another - “We need to get to the hospital. My water just broke.”)
Jesus at Calvary is the only way anyone is ever forgiven, again, period (John 14:6, John 19:30, Galatians 2:19-21).
Because of Jesus and His substitute sacrifice at Calvary (Matthew 20:28, Mark 10:45), your forgiveness is justified and the wrath of God the Father is turned away from you. Logically, it’s followed by His resurrection which means you live because He lives (Matthew 28:6, John 14:19b, Hebrews 7:24-25). (Lest anyone forget that we are FORGIVEN through Calvary (John 19:30) but it’s His life which saves (Romans 5:10).)
(Also see Acts 4:12, Galatians 3:28-29, 1 John 3:23-24 and 1 John 5:6-12 for more information.)

The redemption that Christ offers is so profound.
Exactly. 1 Corinthians is filled with Paul's correction to their bad behaviors, e.g. division, suing another, disrespecting the Holy Communion, even sexual immoralities. Yet, Paul reminded them that they STILL were the temples of the Holy Spirit.
No. Those people that he got onto for sin were not saved. Didn't you read the part where he said that they should cast out that person from among them? If they should cast out the sinners from their congregation, then shouldn't they all have been kicked out, according to you? Also in the same book, Paul explained that those that sin will not inherit the kingdom.
0:37 - ”It is actually reported that there is sexual immorality among you, and such sexual immorality as is not even named among the Gentiles-that a man has his father’s wife!“

@@RCDS777 you sure ? Paul calls them brethren throughout, calls them sanctified saints, thanks God for them, says they call on Jesus both our Lord and theirs, says he doesn’t judge those outside the family of God, rather those in the family. Strange for paul to call unsaved people beloved saints.
”For what have I to do with judging those also who are outside? Do you not judge those who are inside?“

”To the church of God which is at Corinth, to those who are sanctified in Christ Jesus, called to be saints, with all who in every place call on the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, both theirs and ours:“

For those that believe Christian’s don’t willfully sin, I only have one question. Is love a choice? If love is a choice, then what can be said about Jesus’ first and greatest commandment? Even Paul said, I do the things I don’t want to do and don’t do the things I want/ought to do.
Lest anyone forget that the Apostle Paul, at the time of Romans 7, was referring to his days when he was still Saul of Tarsus and still living under law.
For anyone, praying this all helps. If there’s any “ammo” here that’s either wanted or needed, go for it. As Scripture implies, “Freely you have received, freely give”:
(The hope is everyone remembers that everything, including all of the Laws in the Old Testament point to the message of the cross in the New Testament. When Jesus fulfilled all 613 rules of the book of the Law, He rendered them obsolete. That includes the Ten Commandments brought down from Mount Sinai by Moses as well as everything mentioned by the O.T. prophets (Matthew 5:17-20 -- He didn’t ABOLISH any of it but rather FULFILLED all of it. That “Mosaic Law” stuff is all but a type and shadow of what Christianity is all about through Jesus.)
(If even more information/clarification is desired, see also John 1:17, John 3:1-6, John 5:24, Romans 5:18-21, Romans 10:4, 2 Corinthians 3:4-11, Galatians 2:19-21, Ephesians 2:14-18, Hebrews 7:18-19, Titus 3:9-11, Hebrews 7:22, Hebrews 8:6, Hebrews 8:13, Hebrews 10:8-14, Hebrews 13:9 and 1 Timothy 1:8.)
Apart from the Law, sin is dead (Romans 7:8). Gentiles never even had the Law in the first place, hence that “secret plan” of God the Father to predestine them to salvation - John 12:32.). If you’re in Jesus, He changes what you want which is why in Ezekiel 36:26 one who is born again (or “born from above” - or “born anew” - John 3:1-6 - biblehub.com/greek/509.htm ) has the stony heart removed and replaced with one that wants to honor the Holy Spirit.

That's what Paul said indeed. But he also said: "Now if I do that I would not, it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me. I find then a law, that, when I would do good, evil is present with me. For I delight in the law of God after the inward man: But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members." (Rom 7:20-23 KJV) It's the flesh that sins. Not the spirit or mind. When we sin, it's because the flesh has brought our mind/spirit into captivity, and of course captivity means against your will. The Bible is literally full of accounts of people who failed/sinned against God and yet God still many times uses them for His glory.
It's easy to say, "Jesus never sinned," but when we stop to really think about that, how difficult that truly must have been for His every moment, every thought, every choice, every word, every action, every emotion, every passion, every desire to be free of sin, His entire life. Yet when we reflect on our own life and if we're honest, how far we ourselves miss that mark, how many times we have failed God, how many times we have sinned, acting selfishly or in anger. How profound it becomes that Jesus is the only one who truly NEVER sinned. That we are ALL sinners so desperately in need of a savior. It magnifies the work Jesus truly did on the cross for us. To the point that it knocks us to our knees, humbling us in the realisation that without Him, by our own deeds, we are deserving of hell. And all that we can do on our own accord is to simply praise Him and thank Him for what He did for us and the free gift He gave us!

AMEN 🎉
Amen brother!
Very good to understand is what Paul says here in Romans 7:14-25 about his own struggle with the flesh and sin.
Romans 7:14-25 ESV
For we know that the law is spiritual, but I am of the flesh, sold under sin. For I do not understand my own actions. For I do not do what I want, but I do the very thing I hate. Now if I do what I do not want, I agree with the law, that it is good. So now it is no longer I who do it, but sin that dwells within me. For I know that nothing good dwells in me, that is, in my flesh. For I have the desire to do what is right, but not the ability to carry it out. For I do not do the good I want, but the evil I do not want is what I keep on doing. Now if I do what I do not want, it is no longer I who do it, but sin that dwells within me. So I find it to be a law that when I want to do right, evil lies close at hand. For I delight in the law of God, in my inner being, but I see in my members another law waging war against the law of my mind and making me captive to the law of sin that dwells in my members. Wretched man that I am! Who will deliver me from this body of death? Thanks be to God through Jesus Christ our Lord! So then, I myself serve the law of God with my mind, but with my flesh I serve the law of sin.
"If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us." 1 John 1:10
Amen!
John 3:6-8 ESV
[6] That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
[7] Do not marvel that I said to you, ‘YOU MUST BE BORN AGAIN.’ [
8] The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear its sound, but you do not know where it comes from or where it goes. So it is with everyone who is born of the Spirit.”
A good observation that believers can also do bad. Habitually is from unsaved and occasionally is for saved believers. 😮
Do believers sin everyday?
@@dokidokibibleclub If they are away from the Lord feeding the flesh a believer is falling into sin but not living in sin. A believer living like an unsaved is under the chastisement until he let go or death occurs for some casses. See Hebrews 12 for the chastisement of a believer. Yes! A believer can sin everyday but that is not normal state. That is why there is chastisement to bring him back
@@josephrobi6806 It sounds like you have slight LS leanings but I think we're mostly in agreement since chastisement is biblical
@@dokidokibibleclub ok 👌 and what is LS?
@@josephrobi6806 Lordship salvation. It’s over exaggerated in free grace circles as many of them see anything in slight disagreement as heretical or legalistic. Which ironically is legalistic itself. I love free gracers don’t get me wrong, but they can be quite condemning at times over secondary issues. At least the ones online.
Don will be one of those that will say "Lord, Lord did we not"...and he'll list off his works. Who else was Jesus talking about.
I can't add anything other than to pray for the first guy. He's leading people to a doctrine which no one can live up to and eventually leads to discouragement.
Amen 🙏 brother in our Lord Jesus Christ ✝️ God bless
People do not or don’t have to practice sin in order to send people to Hell for eternity, people just need to sin one ☝🏿 time during their whole lives to send people to Hell for eternity.
So then is he doing his sin of pride willfully? “He who says they have no sin is deceived.”
God Bless you Jesus loves you 😇
Thank you so much, Onorato.
Awesome video brother. Thank The Lord Jesus Christ for this ministry rightly dividing The Word of Truth.
@Onorato Diamante Excellent explantion of this verse. Also loved the humourous additions. Thanks Onorato. Each video I learn something I didn't know. I save each of them for the left behind. God bless you and yours.
Amen.
Has he not heard of king david?
I’m sure he’s familiar but he would probably say something like “he sinned before he became a true Christian” or that David actually went to Hell for not being a true Christian
Awesome message 👍
Jesus Loves You
Amen
Excellent sermon
A sinner realized he needs salvation and gave his life to Jesus. Not to be a better person. Which of course comes with the territory but isn't required for salvation.
Apparently my dude hasn’t read the story of David who was a man after God’s heart but still did all what he did. We are only saved by grace by putting our trust in Christ and not on how “good” we behave.
Just a quick question. What does it mean that david was a man after God's own heart?
Suffer as in put up with or remain silent.
Hi Oho, this is amazing, I have never heard it taught this way, God bless you brother. Love in Christ Marie
That's the beauty of the Bible, the word of God, and the Sacrifice of Jesus. It gives us the standards by way we should strive to live, but knowing that we will fail to live up to it, we are offered salvation through our faith in Jesus and his death and resurrection.
To be a follower is to strive to live a holy life, but even when we intellectually realize we will never truly be able to live up to God's standard and be free of sin, we need not fear damnation for through faith and by extension the works that COME from said faith (Faith without works born of said faith is dead faith after all), we will be saved by God's grace and mercy, and the sacred blood of Jesus.
Amazing grace HOW SWEET THE SOUND THAT SAVED A FILTHY SINNER LIKE ME..
Always on the button!
Amen! Hallelujah
God bless you 😇🙏🙏🙏 how are you feeling today
Amen!!!
Ive yet to hear ono insult someone i think he was fed up at this point cant say i blame him the mans lost in pride
Amen and Thank you !
Well said...it's so clear that Christians are being spoken too regarding their sins, Don needs to read his Bible correctly instead of telling us to do the same.
All sin is willful. Born out of our willful desires to please our flesh. As Paul so aptly states..."O wretched man that I am! Who will deliver me from this body of death? thank God-through Jesus Christ our Lord! So then, with the mind I myself serve the law of God, but with the flesh the law of sin."
Galatians 3:2-3
2 I would like to learn just one thing from you: Did you receive the Spirit by the works of the law, or by believing what you heard?
3 Are you so foolish? After beginning by means of the Spirit, are you now trying to finish by means of the flesh?
GREAT point its all by believing in the Lord Jesus ONLY
We can add James 5:17 to the list. Having passions = The nature of sin.
Mic drop right there. Good video :)
Couldn't find you on twitter, so I'm sharing your stuff there whenever I see it.
There could easily be a part 2 or 3 to this subject; there's plenty of examples in scripture.

Mercy: Gods kindness to the undeserving
No one's perfect but we all make mistakes we all listeners and also the only good person on here is Jesus Christ 🙏💕
Those movie bits you add in had me cackling 😂
Saved people who are trusting in Jesus for the Forgiveness of sins because he died for us and we believe and trust in him Christ's righteousness imputed onto US accepted into the Beloved,,,, we still sin we can still struggle with sin.
Well that's about strike 10 for King David...
There are no accidentally sinning! We sin and it is willful. Jesus Christ died for all of our sins. We who believes and trusts in him will never perish. We are bound to sin. We will risk losing our eternal rewards but our salvation is secure.
All sin is intentional. All sin separates us from God.
We're still in a corruptible body like fithy rags, and we don't sin because we Believe in Jesus......Huh😮.
Wow we're diffently in the Endtimes.
God Bless All.
False prophets want to start their own church and have their own word. False prophets are everywhere to include your television.
Test all spirits….
Repent, for the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand.
According to John 1 or 2 (I forget, but I read these recently) the disciples believed on him since his first miracles, thus they were saved. And yet Peter betrayed Jesus to death, denying him
I really wanna see you two have a live discussion
If one claim he has no sin he is a liar and deceive himself and the truth is not in him and he make god a liar
Lordshippers:
Well you see Ono, when you go back to the greek, it really means to an ongoing, and habitual practice.
When you see this is simply the greek verb for "to do": 😂
Translation matters a lot less than bad doctrine. Lordship salvation is bad doctrine. You can have bad doctrine with whatever subjective best translation, and good doctrine with whatever subjective worst translation. It really comes down to removing God's loving character from His law, which is essentially what legalism is.
@@ihiohoh2708 I personally disagree. I think it is the purpose of modern English translations to bring confusion to matters of salvation in Scripture.
@@wesleyoverton1145 That's fine, so long as you don't condemn others for using the NKJV for example. I have no problem with someone having a KJV only preference, but KJVonlyism or Ruckmanism is very legalistic. I've been condemned to Hell the most by KJVonlyists, which if you think about it, is essentially adding the KJV to the gospel. Which would be a work/law.
Everyone in the Bible From Adam to the apostle’s were screw ups . Jesus was the only one without sin
Yes, there are both good and bad Christians, although many Christian denominations claim that only good Christians will go to heaven.
Luke 18-10-14
Amen brother, self righteousness and arrogance is a blinding thing....
Galatians 3
1 O foolish Galatians, who hath bewitched you, that ye should not obey the truth, before whose eyes Jesus Christ hath been evidently set forth, crucified among you?
2 This only would I learn of you, Received ye the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?
3 Are ye so foolish? having begun in the Spirit, are ye now made perfect by the flesh?
I think it’s pretty simple. When born again the holy spirt makes his home with us. When we do sin we are convicted. One of his purposes is sanctify us. It’s a process. Growing in Christ. We will always fight against the flesh
This guy is smoking some good zaza. He does not know Christ! Thanks Ono for spitting more FACTS!!!!
Jesus Christ fulfilled all the messianic prophecies, suffered and died on the cross for the sins of the world, was buried, then rose from the dead on the 3rd day. Whoever believes in this will not perish but have everlasting life. God bless
If could could forego the self-righteous doctrine & give it up, the pool is nice in grace
Blessings fam
Shalom
😂 excellent video. God bless!
thoughts on the idea that "when believer's sin, they're giving 'legal rights' to the enemy, so that the enemy can attack them"?
Also you can rebuke him with 1 John 1:8-10. The letter is being written to a group of believers and it still makes it clear that believers sin, and that therefore we ought to be in a state of repentance. 1 John 3:9, in the original language, it means that those who keep sinning (the same sin) and even is un repentant is not a Christian.
Say I am rude to someone, if I repent and stop such sinful behavior, then I am a Christian. But if I do not repent and keep on engaging on such sin, then I am not a Christian. It's not about being perfect, it is about not repeating your offenses over and over and over again.
