People still stumble and keeping the atonement for sin commands would be pointless... According to Moses' writings, he had God's Spirit, yet sinned. Why did God's Spirit depart King Saul?... The key word is blameless, not sinless...

@@KoryGilesMusicGroup That's great to hear, keep it up! Lordship Salvation is the injection of worldly principles into the Gospel. It imparts anxiety and a spirit of performance on believers, causing them to doubt their salvation and to focus more on their own works than the finished work of the Cross. One of the most beautiful things in our faith is the assurance that we have through our faith. We know and believe that Christ paid it all, that He is good, that He knows us because his Holy Spirit dwells in us, that He is faithful to finish the work he began in us and that He will never leave nor forsake us. It is not like this in other religions, they are fatalistic with obscure goals & performance metrics before one is "good enough" to enter heaven.

I'm no way advocating for sin, or that you should sin, or continue to sin.
Here in Dallas Tx I listen to this guy, he's on the radio name is Mike Kestler and he just loves to beat you on the head with this scripture.
    He'll say....
....."Friends do not be deceived it says, " DO NOT BE DECEIVED "........ and goes on to rattle off the rest of the verse. And it's always really confusing because everything else the guy says he's right on. So yesterday it got me thinking, then worrying if I'm wrong! And I had a little freak out session with my self and then prayed asking God to reveal the truth. Because if the truth is that if I continue to do...this sin, or that sin, or whatever sin and can be saved, I want to know! But if the deal is that if I do this sin, and that sin, and this sin and can't be saved, I WANT TO KNOW!
I mean if you just think about it rationally you have to come to the conclusion that a man can sin their way to heaven ( most of us do anyways ). Sure we put down the big "SINS" the ones that easily come to mind, or piss of your girlfriend or wife. But what about those sins in the morning time before your brain is even awake and a horrible thought comes across it. Did you realize that thought alone regardless if you mean it, it came from you the devil or WHATEVER, is enough all by itself to send you to hell.
Salvation is a Gift. We know that. A Gift is "free"! So that means that you can act however you want and still be saved. Because it's not the "stopping of something" or the "starting of something" by YOU that determines if your saved. It's what Christ did on the cross that determines whether or not your saved. Your saved by God through Faith by the sacrifice Christ made on the cross being acceptable before God to make you righteous by your faith.
A "Gift" is something that is Free, like scripture says salvation is. So that means that there isn't anything I can do to get it. Not one thing. I can't even have the Faith to believe it unless God calls to my heart. If I give you a Gift than ask you to do "ANYTHING" in return it's no longer a gift, just payment for the work your going to do. That's not what scripture says salvation is. Scripture says it's a "free Gift" based off of God's Mercy towards us and Christ's work on the cross. So positionally the day you believed you never sinned again "in the spirit". God is keeping that party holy and separate (1 John 3:9) from the flesh that still surrounds us all.
You should have a desire to stop sinning. If your in a particular sin and you are having issues with stopping than before asking God to help you quit just acknowledge your love for it! Because if your truly saved and are continuing in a sin than you do LOVE IT! Just acknowledge that part first, and then ask God to help you quit. This is what it means to "Worship in Spirit and in Truth". Honestly opening up your heart no matter how dark before God and asking for help. Because the truth is he already knows it all anyways, he's just waiting on your to stop pretending He doesn't.

He needed to remind them of those things, because it was the start of the church age and it shouldnt stop after the first generation. They needed to spread correct doctrine, even know they themselves where saved, for the sake of all coming generations.
Today in the age of apostacy, we have a similar situation.

[7] Now therefore there is utterly a fault among you, because ye go to law one with another. Why do ye not rather take wrong? why do ye not rather suffer yourselves to be defrauded?

Does "shall not inherit the Kingdom of God" Its does not say you loose Heaven, But you will loose your inheritance that was waiting for you in the kingdom. If it said"Heaven" well all of us would be doomed... as we have all fallen short of the Glory of God as it is written in scriptures also explained in Col3:24(referring to our inheritance again)

When we come to God by the grace of God through faith he makes us alive spiritually who were once dead in trespasses and sin. That's just the beginning our conversion, our Ephesians2:8-9 salvation event. Everyone who has been converted has this salvation event in their past and cannot lose an event. When Jesus returns judgement our resurrection, that's also a salvation event and hasn't happened yet it's in our future. That's why it not only matters if we believe remain faithful to Christ. It also matters how we live our walk our righteousness now in this lifetime. Has nothing to do with keeping Torah laws or working for salvation. After our conversion event we maintain our present salvation by abiding in the doctrine of Christ.....and this is the testimony that God has given us eternal life. And this life is in his son. He who has the son has life, he who does not have the son of God does not have life....whoever transgresses and does not abide in the doctrine of Christ does not have God. He who abides in the doctrine of Christ has both the father and the son....eternal life is in Christ not in ourselves. When Christ returns judgement our resurrection, that's when we are resurrected unto life and have life in ourselves like Christ.....for as in Adam all die, even so in Christ all shall be made alive. But each one in his own order Christ the firstfruits afterwards those who are Christ at his coming....and as it is appointed for men to die once, but after this the judgement, so Christ was offered once to bear the sins of many. To those who eagerly wait for him he will appear a second time, apart from sin, for salvation.....marvel not at this for the hour is coming in which all who are in the Graves will hear his voice and come forth those who have done good to the resurrection of life and those who have done evil to the resurrection of condemnation.....many can see the beginning our conversion salvation event but cannot see the end when Christ returns judgement our resurrection, final salvation event. They believe they have already arrived but they haven't been resurrected unto life. We must interpret all scripture through the doctrine of Christ, then all scripture pertaining to salvation fits together with out ignoring or explaining anything away......we will be once saved always saved only after we are resurrected unto life and have life in ourselves like Christ.......

When any Christian person sins they are operating in the flesh (sinning). A believer's weakness or deliberate intent in sinning does not mean he was not saved in the first place nor that he is not free (a 'free' Christian is simply a truly saved person). Simply, if any true believers sin without repenting (repenting/stopping our sin is obviously not a 'work' - God demands this always of course), they will not enter heaven.

We will not be perfect until the resurrection. Then we will be like Him who saved us by grace.
Until then, we should walk in the Spirit and not in the flesh for rewards in heaven. First Corinthians 3:11-15, and to keep from the chastening of the Lord, Colossians 3:5-6. But a born again believer can never be lost. Ephesians 1:13-14. Our guarantee of eternal life. Ephesians 4:30. And grieve not the Holy Spirit in whom ye are sealed unto the day of redemption, the rapture of the church. If we keep the faith through trials and tribulations we will have a reward in heaven. How do you know when the blood of Jesus can no longer save you. Yes i mean that. For the record i have not committed the most horrendous sins i mentioned. About a week ago i asked a waitress if she believed that Jesus was who he claimed to be. She threw it back to me. I said people believe only killers rapists and child molesters deserve hell. In Greek it is in present tense which has a durative aspect to it. So the actual translation of this passage should be more like "Who constantly lives in these things" than "Who does all these things once or from time to time". Of course we sin as christians because of our flesh.
But a christian should be concerned living constantly in those things. When someone calls himself a christian and is pleased with these things and does not see it as big of a deal to, for example, live in adultery or drunkenness than it should be questioned if he really wants to follow christ or his own desires.
We shouldn't be concerned of losing our salvation by commiting these sins from time to time.
But these things should not describe our lifestyle.
That is how I understand it.

Galatians 5:21, “Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.”
Sin comes from the flesh and the flesh doesn’t inherit the Kingdom of God. Our new birth inherits the Kingdom of God. Born once die twice, born twice die once. A believers flesh has sin, which is why it must die, but a believers new spiritual birth has no sin, which is why it lives forever with God.
1 Corinthians 15:42-50, “So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption; it is raised in incorruption: It is sown in dishonour; it is raised in glory: it is sown in weakness; it is raised in power: It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body. And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit. Howbeit that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual. The first man is of the earth, earthy: the second man is the Lord from heaven. As is the earthy, such are they also that are earthy: and as is the heavenly, such are they also that are heavenly. And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly. Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.”

The easiest way to spot a false preacher is if they "prove" their doctrine by one single verse or passage of Scripture. Salvation by grace through faith is proven by over 200 verses in Scripture, so if you have a contrary doctrine based on one or maybe at best a few, then that should tell you something. "And if by grace, then is it no more of works: otherwise grace is no more grace. But if it be of works, then is it no more grace: otherwise work is no more work." (Rom 11:6 KJV) "Christ is become of no effect unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the law; ye are fallen from grace." (Gal 5:4 KJV) Trying not to sin for salvation is trying to be justified by the law. Because keeping the law is not to sin.

I'm thinking along the lines that, a believer has only one true, born-again Holy nature, living in a human body which has a nature all of it's own...( otherwise if WE, at death were duel natured, part of us goes to heaven and, the other part OF US goes to hell, not so in the scriptures, except Christ taking on our sin in exchange for giving us His Rightiousness by Law [ the Law of the Spirit of life, in Christ Jesus], explained below!!)
In Romans 7:18 Apostle Paul stating, in me [ then he hesitates and says ] (that is in my flesh) [ seperating his new creation in Christ with in himself from his old sinful nature], (that is in my flesh) dwelleth no good thing, and [ Galations 2:20] the life that I [ the new spiritual man of the heart] now lives in the flesh, I now live by the faith OF the Son of God [ the scrptures also state that Grace as well as faith comes from God and is not of our own, as in faith comes by hearing, hearing [ believing by ] the Word of God...[ the believer putting his/ her human faith into now believing what God says ( in other words, the Faith which comes by hearing [ believing] God's Word, (God's Faith the evidence of things not seen)...now,also, becomes our faith, His Faithfullness becomes our faith [ as in from faith to faith in the scriptures]...
For by Grace are we saved through Faith, and THAT NOT OUR OWN self, it [ Salvation ] is the gift of God, not of works ,lest any man[ kind] should boast...
For further consideration, believers are " in the Spirit of the Law [ or Jurisdiction of the Law ] of life in Christ Jesus" [ not under the Law [ Jurisdiction ] of sin and death, as in Romans 8: 1,2... talking about our flesh...
In Christ, the Jurisdiction of the Spirit of the Law is after a new Priesthood, after the order of Melchizidic ( as the book of Hebrews states) ,
Not after the Levitical Law [ Jurisdiction ] as in the B.C. times...
I see Paul explaining the believers one true nature fighting against Paul's nature of his flesh ( which does appear a two nature issue but, explained within the context of God's Word as one born- again believer, fighting between the flesh and the Spirit... of the Spirit is the new created believer...just my thoughts!!

THE BELIEVER DOES NOT HAVE 2 NATURES! WE ARE PARTAKERS OF DIVINE NATURE. THE OLD SIN NATURE IS DEAD. WE ARE NEW CREATIONS, THE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF GOD. WE CAN STILL FOLLOW DICTATES OF FLESH- BUT THAT IS NOT OUR NATURE.

...this flesh will not inherit the Kingdom of God.. so true, and to be a little more graphic about it consider circumcision. Spiritual circumcision that separates your two natures.
Gal 2:11 In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ:
12 Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead.
    13 And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you All trespasses;

Then Christianity is for NO ONE ! Because ALL people are flawed. And accepting someone else’s death in exchange for your own is JUST PLAIN SELFISH !!

Let's pretend it is, so what? If someone was prepared to pay such a huge price for the debt you racked up and it is "extra debt" to accept the settlement for a great outcome, shouldn't that motivate you to proceed?

Do not be deceived..... It's really straight forward. Doesn't need to have some sort of gnostic spin to explain it away.

And those are the things that the flesh does. Repenting of those things are called the deeds of the law and by the deeds of the law shall no flesh be justified that's why you needed a savior. It is a righteousness apart from works and apart from deeds of the law. This man really has the nerve to talk about law when he's obviously in love with carbohydrates? Give me a break
