Glasses are vital for many people and yours are amazing. Plus, they are good protection. Mine have protected me while providing care as an RN prior to COVID.
Nice stitching progress, I like the rotation. It works for me too.
💜💜💜
As another Swiftie cross stitcher I would happily listen to you go on and on about TS! Jealous of your TTPD crew neck, it looks great ... and how good is that album! ;))) And your Garden Prelude design changes are amazing ideas... extending the flowers and removing the arches will be so beautiful!
Please do not get me started on Taylor Swift 🤣I can go on and on about her. TTPD is so good lyrically. I love the way that Taylor plays and uses her words.
You could use the fabric for a Mirabilia Mermaid if not for the deathly one. Love the glasses and you are doing great. 😊
Love the glasses!
oohhhhh the jelly fish fabric is gorgeous. I say use it!
That yellow pops on that blue, beautiful.
I enjoy your Mira conversion/plans, they make them feel a bit more modern.
I am in love with Jellyfish Fields. It's a beautiful fabric!
I'm happy that you are liking the conversions. I am finding that I love converting patterns. Possibilities are endless!
You've made significant progress on your projects thanks for sharing.
Thank you, I feel like I accomplished a lot for this month, especially with me being a "slow stitcher".
The jellyfish fabric is beautiful. It would be great for the Deadly Aquariam SAL. The contrast between the beautiful water and the deadly things hiding within is wonderul. Lily's red dress is gorgeous!
Cute glasses! They look great! Hymns of Christmas looks great! Those colors on the blue are perfect. great job! You made SO much progress on Lilly!! Congratulations it looks great in the red :)
I honestly cannot wait to pull her back out for this month! Heck, I might start on her today! 🤣
Yoshi, the glasses look great! Congrats on your first Mira - I hope you keep working on her during Mira May!!!
Most definitely, I already starting stitching on her!
Love your conversion of the Christmas Hymns! It looks beautiful! I'm not doing the deadly aquarium sal, I've seen the frame though, and I would agree with you, the blue is a little bright. I feel like you need something a little more muted, or a grey/green grey/blue. Happy stitching!
Thank you for the response. I'm happy you are liking the conversion. I am enjoying it as well!
For Deadly Aquarium SAL I was thinking about going with a muted green color, but I have yet to see one that calls out to me.
Your glasses look so good! I'm stitching Deadly Aquarium on a similar color fabric, and I had the same thoughts about it not being "deadly" enough, but one of the recommended fabrics was like an aqua/Caribbean blue (Lagoon by Fiber on a Whim is what I'm using), so I think it'll work out, but you do you - a green would also be great!
I think what makes me a bit nervous is not knowing what the complete pattern will look like.
I know I'll find a fabric that will call out to me eventually.
I like the fabric but not seeing the project I couldn't say if it works with the deadly sal.
Love the new glasses - they suit you! That blue fabric is nice and could be for the deadly aquarium, but to me it's calling for something more like a Mirabilia mermaid. Which other Miras are you looking for? I know I have a few tucked away that I will likely never stitch and I'm probably not the only one.
Thanks for liking the glasses! I'm honestly obsessed with them. I was definitely thinking about saving Jellyfish Fields for a Mirabilia or Bella Fillapina mermaid. Off the top of my head the only Mirabilia projects that come to mind are the seasonal queens and the patriotic ladies.
@@TheCrossStitchGuy You're welcome to my Royal Holiday after I finish stitching it. I also have Queen of Peace.
@@stitchinliz That's very nice of you to do! If you'd like I have an email on my profile where we can continue this conversation.
nice glasses!
I think that if you're that unsure about the fabric & not feeling 'deadly' then you should look for something else. You don't seem to be too enthralled with it, and I feel like when you find the perfect fabric you'll know. I'd hate to see you start it and not love it! I love your progress. Working on a single project for 6 days seems to be a great system for you!
Thank you for the comment! I agree with you about the fabric not resonating with me for the Deadly Aquarium. For my other projects I had that "I know" moment when choosing a fabric for them. Hoping I'll reach that point soon so I can start on the Aquarium SAL.
Committing days to a project has been very helpful for me. I honestly think my new system is here to stay....at least for a few months.
On deadly SAL, i would have to wait to see first release for vibe.... unless went with recommended
True, that is something I was wondering as well. How busy will the rest of the pattern look?
I would love to join, but waiting a few more weeks might be a possibility for me.
I love your jellyfish fabric but not for that project...what about Reef or Interstellar from Bestitchme?
Thank you for the recommendations! I love how they look like a kaleidoscope. By the way, I absolutely love BeStitchMe's fabrics.
I have decided that I'm going to save Jellyfish Fields for a future project.
@TheCrossStitchGuy Bestitchme has the best fabric...my favorite! Looking forward to your next video!
Hi yoshi nice to meet you. Love your stitching and your Taylor swift shirts. The glasses look great too !
