Thank you for the comment, it’s appreciated. I chose this for a few reasons. Firstly I already had Aqara cameras and have had a brilliant experience with them. I also use the Aqara sensors. Secondly it is compatible with HomeKit and HomeKit Secure Video. This alone would have been enough as the offering in the UK for HomeKit doorbells is frankly abysmal. Next, the doorbell ties in with the camera’s & compliments the smart home I have in place (Apple TV’s & HomePod Mini’s as hubs) which means security & privacy above and beyond nearly every other company. Lastly because I love new tech and research endlessly before I purchase.
