Oh wonderful. I was fortunate enough to sample the real deal when i was dating a Vietnamese man. Fabulous cook. We'd shop at the Vietnamese grocer..he'd cook and his sister would spend all day cooking Vietnamese dishes. Treasured memories...yum.
Aloha Tim, I've been binge watching your videos which always make me hungry! Mahalo nui loa for taking us on your journey with you! AWESOME ADVENTURES WITH YOU, Tim! Aloha!
Wow you did it again. Seeing you guys eating Vietnamese street food making me and family mouth watering. Looks so good and succulent. We really want to see this place near future. @TimLeeLetsGo 👏👏👏
A wonderful food tour. So interesting to see the different choices and the foods the culture enjoys most. I always enjoy traveling and “eating” vicariously with you. 👍🏻🌹👍🏻
I need someone like Chau to guide me and family to tour around the culinary spots in Vietnam!! She's lovely and insightful. Can you share her platform where she offers her service? Nice vlog video, script, and audio quality, Tim. Keep it up. :)
I've been binge watching your videos and just came across this one. Absolutely love it! You look like you're having the time of your life! More please!
Amazing Travel awesome Tim ! Delicious Banh Xeo ! The Street Food is just so delicious & I love the display so plentiful !!! It is Humid in Vietnam is it summertime ??? Wow the lobster is just yummy goodness !!! She is adorable your food guide what a fun tour !

Fun video riding on a scooter with your food tour guide. That's the best way to enjoy street food. Thanks, Tim and God bless you on all your foodie adventures. Thanks again for taking us along. Now, I need to get something to eat. Wish I had some lichees! 😋👍👍
Thank you, Tim, for your help in getting to know Hanoi better. It's a bustling city where people have a love for life and hope for a better future. I'm considering the possibility of remote work in Hanoi.
This is such a fantastic Vietnamese street food video Tim, every5hung looks fantastic, I love watching the vendors cook the meals. Thank you for sharing as always
The food looked wonderful. The preparation sophisticated. Jao was great. Trying Balut still doesn’t seem to have won you over but such a trooper. Thank you. I must say I prefer your style of presention over Mike Chen and Mark Weins. So glad you’re doing this.
Hi Tim...glad you enjoyed yourself...unfortunately I don't eat Vietnamese cuisine and many other cuisines...just glad to see you enjoying all the different type of cuisines along your food adventures 🤗...safe travels and God Bless 😘🤗💕
When I was a kid, I couldn't eat bahn xeo with all the veggies. As an adult, I think the veggies add so much flavor and texture to the bahn xeo that it's a must.
Vietnamese street food is much better both in taste & price than the ones in restaurants. Next time I'll ask my cousins to take me to eat street food instead. Chau looks a little bit like my daughter-in-law. She's so cute like her. Thanks for your nice video.
Thank you Tim for a wonderful collection of food reports from Vietnam. I just wish we could get a wider variety of Vietnamese dishes in the restaurants in Canada. I have been to Vietnam twice, once travelling from North to South for 30 days, enjoying the food tremendously. I even had a woman make a little fire beside me on a beach, to cook fresh fish for my lunch. Four course dinners in Hoi An with a view of the river. I love all of your buffet adventures. Carol in Ottawa
Oh great! I am so glad you booked the food tour. Its so much fun. I don't remember if the butter coffee place is in Saigon or HoChiMin city but its worth a visit. Quaint French influenced building.
I agree this is one of your better videos. Very interesting food and Chau seemed really good at showing the variety of different foods. How much can you expect to pay for a food tour in Saigon? Please leave info on your tour guide.

That sounds like an awesome time to visit Vietnam! I am a bit reticent to recommend a tour as it’s really the luck of the draw on who you get. I went through my hotel to recommend some good local food tours, and it worked out.
This looks like the trip of a lifetime. So good to see a familiar face. I hope you are well. I have fallen and broken my ankle in 6 places and my back. Just wanted to put this out into the universe. I am in desperate need of a foldable motorized wheelchair. It would make the rest of my life 100 times easier. Without one I will have to stay homebound. No more going for food for me without one. Thanks for listening. Much love and God bless. 💙🙏
it all looks so good...well except :) ...when I ever i hear someone talking about balut it reminds me of my great uncle he was from the Philippines and when ever we went to their house for BBQs or some celebration or another he would be in the back yard with some of his pals (gambling) or in the garage with some of his pals (gambling) trying to convince the various little kids there to try balut from the spread they were working on ..he never did get me to try it
Banh Xeo makes a good start with different kinds of leaves. Then moves to the skewers. The hatched 🥚 looks more delicious with the source on. I did not expect lobster is one of the street food. That makes the whole food tour a luxury one. I see a lot of Lychee in the market recently. May be I can add some into my dessert 🍮 to make my own special one.😅
