    Wow! Such an adventurous buffet experience! Fighting with the bbq pit and the hot pot under such a hot weather…. Plus the frog leg with skin, chicken feet, moving crabs, unknown shell fish.…. Definitely needs a lot of efforts and hard works! Tim, you are such a buffet hero! If I were there, I would probably just stick on the fruit and desserts…. Salute 🫡

      It was certainly quite the adventurous experience! Very warm and hot from the weather in vietnam. It was interesting because there were many things I wasn't able to film.. a lot of the frog legs were still moving 😬😉

    I do like that kind of eating re cook your own protein etc - but it looks so humid and hot - and such hard work. Good on you for doing this Tim. Maybe I'm a bit posh but not 'my deal'. x

    Razor clams are so cute, i was at the beach last week and found some shells from them on the sand. I can't imagine how hot it was there, you were drenched. the blue crab was so pretty.

    I've been to tropical and humid countries. Best thing to bring is a small towel to wick sweat away and maybe a hat too. Great food.

    Some of the food was a bit “exotic” for my palate but you venture forth and give it a try for your viewers. Seems the heat is a huge factor there but you conquered your discomfort to bring us another wonderful video. I hope you returned to an air conditioned hotel room, some lovely sparkling water and a cool shower! Thanks for bringing us along. 👍🏻🌹👍🏻

    @TimLeeLetsGo Mr Lee you really know how to enjoy buffet. the razor snails and seafood are the best. Grilled squall meat are one of the best!!! Do not eat the frog unless they well prepared with ginger or lemongrass or chili pepper to get rid of the strong smell.

      Stay cool! By the way, I must warn you. It’s not the cleanest place, and it is more for those that are adventurous. A lot of the seafood is live so it’s not for the faint of heart.

    Just a word of advice....i was on a Royal Carribbean cruise passing by Ho Chi Minh City 5 yrs ago and ordered a durian milkshake from a popular busy restaurant...it got me food poisoned....so be careful out there when you visit the city its water and ice not as clean as USA. Got a good one day rest in my cabin and luckily survived!!! :)

    Wow - a grill and a hot pot. I like frog legs but never had chicken feet or quail. I describe frog legs as chicken that's been sitting in the water for a while. Maybe if you had also grilled the chicken feet, might have been better. What was the green sauce? Cilantro? Chilie? I've seen it before in this series. Stay cool Tim!

    Tim, Great Buffet. Grill them chicken feet. Really tasty with a slight char. I like frog legs Cooked without skin or breading. Your 'adventure' with this Buffet was one of joy and wonderment of this food. I believe that You really enjoyed it, I think. I envy you your dining experiences in far flung places. By the by, like so many of us you are a bit loquacious. 😎 Best

      Yeah, I mentioned grilling the chicken feet too. Only time I had frogs legs they were steamed. I'd eat them again in a minute.

    Hi Tim, we really enjoyed your series on Vietnam. We, 7 of us, will be taking a cruise to Asia including Hong Kong, Nha Trang, Singapore and Keelung.     Looks hot and humid over there. I would worry about the buffet being in that hot environment (both raw and cooked items). To be honest, I think it would be hard to enjoy eating when it is so hot and humid. Interesting how the locals are used to the heat. The buffet and price point looks great though! How much was each can of beer?

      Besides Japan and Hong Kong, many restaurants in South East Asia don't have enough air conditioning to lower the price. For example, in Singapore's hawker food centers, you must get used to the heat while having sizzling hot soup. The locals are used to it like the cook behind a hot stove at 98F degrees.
