I felt so bad for you Tim, sweltering in the heat & humidity. Time for a cold shower and hydrating with plain water. Thank you, Tim, for showing us affordable eats with the Locals. Time for some Imodium. Take care & God bless you, my friend. Stay safe!!
Tim your editing is getting really good 👍. Also, love these series of Vietnam. Hopefully, you can travel to more countries as your channel grows. ❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you so much Tim for an amazing video in a super hot weather. I'll go to Vietnam in August for 3 weeks, from the south, Saigon all the way to Hanoi. I've been watching most of your videos. And will try all the buffets that you have been to in VN. Thanks again!!!
Wow, Tim! You were suffering in the heat but you still managed to make a great video as always. I was getting a little queasy from the heat and the frog legs. You are a walking miracle! haha Cheers!
I do like that kind of eating re cook your own protein etc - but it looks so humid and hot - and such hard work. Good on you for doing this Tim. Maybe I'm a bit posh but not 'my deal'. x
Sure love this video. Thanks for sharing this video, Tim! It always inspires people, I'm gonna have to start planning my next trip here, LOL... God bless! 🤩
Wow! Such an adventurous buffet experience! Fighting with the bbq pit and the hot pot under such a hot weather…. Plus the frog leg with skin, chicken feet, moving crabs, unknown shell fish.…. Definitely needs a lot of efforts and hard works! Tim, you are such a buffet hero! If I were there, I would probably just stick on the fruit and desserts…. Salute 🫡
It was certainly quite the adventurous experience! Very warm and hot from the weather in vietnam. It was interesting because there were many things I wasn't able to film.. a lot of the frog legs were still moving 😬😉
That food looks great Tim. Lol at the bacteria comment of the food “ if they can survive the heat, they deserve to live “. Thanks for another great video.
Hi Tim, awesome video. I went to a similar buffet in Vietnam and there was so much loud music. How did you knock down the music for this buffet. I had to scrap my episode because the music was so loud.
Razor clams are so cute, i was at the beach last week and found some shells from them on the sand. I can't imagine how hot it was there, you were drenched. the blue crab was so pretty.
@TimLeeLetsGo Mr Lee you really know how to enjoy buffet. the razor snails and seafood are the best. Grilled squall meat are one of the best!!! Do not eat the frog unless they well prepared with ginger or lemongrass or chili pepper to get rid of the strong smell.
Some of the food was a bit “exotic” for my palate but you venture forth and give it a try for your viewers. Seems the heat is a huge factor there but you conquered your discomfort to bring us another wonderful video. I hope you returned to an air conditioned hotel room, some lovely sparkling water and a cool shower! Thanks for bringing us along. 👍🏻🌹👍🏻
Hi Tim, we really enjoyed your series on Vietnam. We, 7 of us, will be taking a cruise to Asia including Hong Kong, Nha Trang, Singapore and Keelung. I love the idea of using a college tour group while were there. Do you know if there are similar college student tour group at any of these locations? If so, how much do they charge and how can I contact them? Thank you.
Stay cool! By the way, I must warn you. It’s not the cleanest place, and it is more for those that are adventurous. A lot of the seafood is live so it’s not for the faint of heart.
Just a word of advice....i was on a Royal Carribbean cruise passing by Ho Chi Minh City 5 yrs ago and ordered a durian milkshake from a popular busy restaurant...it got me food poisoned....so be careful out there when you visit the city its water and ice not as clean as USA. Got a good one day rest in my cabin and luckily survived!!! :)
Tim, Great Buffet. Grill them chicken feet. Really tasty with a slight char. I like frog legs Cooked without skin or breading. Your 'adventure' with this Buffet was one of joy and wonderment of this food. I believe that You really enjoyed it, I think. I envy you your dining experiences in far flung places. By the by, like so many of us you are a bit loquacious. 😎 Best
Hi tim great as always must I must admit it seemed like a struggle cooking your own food while looking so hot and sweaty and you were washing that beer down seem like every chance you got lol I just felt sorry for you in that heat. Thanks for sharing
Wow - a grill and a hot pot. I like frog legs but never had chicken feet or quail. I describe frog legs as chicken that's been sitting in the water for a while. Maybe if you had also grilled the chicken feet, might have been better. What was the green sauce? Cilantro? Chilie? I've seen it before in this series. Stay cool Tim!
Looks very hot and humid - the warm cans of beers must be frustrating; I don’t think that piece of ice at 19:50 - even if it is large - would be enough to cool down that warm can of beer
at 17:19 - wow, i have never ever seen raw skin on freshly cut frog legs before, or eel squirming around on a plate either, wow! my hubby would run full speed out of this place, lol
You looked like you were in a sauna. You’re hilarious when you don’t like something. Good to see you. You were practicing safety with your food and bag. LOL
Besides Japan and Hong Kong, many restaurants in South East Asia don't have enough air conditioning to lower the price. For example, in Singapore's hawker food centers, you must get used to the heat while having sizzling hot soup. The locals are used to it like the cook behind a hot stove at 98F degrees.
For sure .. The details of the restaurant is in the video description. Just a heads up that this is a street side type buffet… so it may not be the most cleanest of places. A few people who went commented that it was a concern for them …
A big thank you to Ridge for sponsoring this video! When traveling or at home, having a slim, minimalist wallet that keeps your important information and data safe and secure is a must!

You should of taken off your grey shirt if you were too hot. No need to wear two shirts in 98F degrees.
what a great trip? how long you been in Asia? first video ever.
The address plz
Tim, please tell us a similar ud8 buffet version in Hanoi.
leavingfor Hanoi in November
Thank you
All that seafood for $8... amazing. Thanks for bringing us along 😊
And the 50 cents a beer was certainly nice as well 😋
good luck and stay safe.
Tim, thank you for toughing out the weather to give us great content! High temperatures and humidity makes it feel like a sauna.

I was surprised to find such a great program they have there for tours... great people and would highly recommend 🙂
Foods raw or cooked?
$8 is a great deal for all the seafoods.. can't go wrong... best to have it during winter time.. cheers!

They need to put a fan next to you. This man is jeopardizing his life for us to see him eat!! 👍
Wow, Tim! You were suffering in the heat but you still managed to make a great video as always. I was getting a little queasy from the heat and the frog legs. You are a walking miracle! haha Cheers!
Excellent video bro, can't wait to go back to Vietnam, My Favorite, Vietnamese, Shushi, Indian, with real spice level not watered down.

Razor clams are so cute, i was at the beach last week and found some shells from them on the sand. I can't imagine how hot it was there, you were drenched. the blue crab was so pretty.
It was so hot and humid there 🥵. Really impressed how the other people coped with the heat🙂
I've been to tropical and humid countries. Best thing to bring is a small towel to wick sweat away and maybe a hat too. Great food.
It's so nice to watch you and again.
Looks sweaty and tasty lol 😅 thanks for the video!
It was so hot and humid 🥵
Tim! Omg the hot humid heat is too much to enjoy the food.

I’m leaving for Vietnam next week! Will definitely visthis place. Thanks
Stay cool! By the way, I must warn you. It’s not the cleanest place, and it is more for those that are adventurous. A lot of the seafood is live so it’s not for the faint of heart.
Goodness it must be Hella hot..... I'm going in December so it should be cooler I hope
its still only showing 360 vs hd, so its splotchy but after 2 hours, you would think that it would be hd.. still, looks so yummy
What an experience. I don't think it would be for me though, the heat and humidity would finish me off before I got started on the food.
Frogs legs are DELICIOUS I had them in France back in the 1990's when I was in the Army!! I was scared at first, but the first taste was excellent...🥰
Like chicken 😂

Thanks Tim for another Delicious Video. Looks like you're getting a tan. I'd stay away from the chicken feet and live food. Stay Safe. 🐔
Becoming a big fan of urs Tim..love from India❤
"How do you pick? How do you pick?"
[Woman picks up crab with her fingers]
Brilliant 😂😂😂
I kept thinking the straw in your beer was going into your eye! Haha. Take that silly plastic straw out next time! 🤣
Those are the dangers of drinking in a foreign country 😂
@@TimLeeLetsGo 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Good video greetings from Indonesia 🇮🇩🙏🏽
Warmest greetings from my hometown of Vancouver Canada 😀
also, why have layers on when its so hot out. just my thoughts.
Tim, no concern with drinking the water/ice? Thank you for the great content.

Yeah, I mentioned grilling the chicken feet too. Only time I had frogs legs they were steamed. I'd eat them again in a minute.
You are my inspiration 🙏🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️❤️
I'm,curious when is the temperature cooler?
Is S. E. Asia hot and humid most of the year?

Finally I see your HCM city food.
This is hilarious. No, I don't eat outside unless it's under 70F (21C) I'm in Texas and the heat is no joke!
You are a brave man to eat some of the items on that buffet.
Looks very hot and humid - the warm cans of beers must be frustrating; I don’t think that piece of ice at 19:50 - even if it is large - would be enough to cool down that warm can of beer
Looks good 👍
xin hoi dia diem la o dau...may i ask where's this seafood buffet located at? thank you!

Your sweating like crazy Tim. It must be super hot out there in beautiful Vietnam 🇻🇳
Hi Tim
Hello 👋
I can't wait!
Going to pass on that heat. My goodness 😅 but thank you for showing us!
It was extremely hot and luckily the beers helped😉
Tim, you looked like you were melting. Thanks for all your great videos.
It was so hot and humid even at night 🥵😉
(Tim dripping with sweat from the humidity) "well a nice boiling hotpot and piping hot chicken wings should help"
It was crazy warm and humid... I never had so many beers during dinner (while filming)😉
9:47 - me again, they pulled the claws off or tucked them in with the rubber band, it appears so the crabs are safe to pick up.
Heyyyyy Tim!!! 👋🏾👌🏾♥️
How do you book volunteer tour guy in việt nam
Cheers to you.
Tim, you threw back those beers. 😂
❤ho chi minh saigon😊
Dang dude... 2 shirts 👕 in saigon? You're brave 😂😂😂

@@jasonlucas2328 I would smell like bacon cooking being overweight. LOL
Unbelievably hot and humid inside the restaurant 😂😅😅😅
No way I could enjoy eating in the heat, but the food did look good. 😊
Tim is sweating his butt off.
I think because he wore double layer top
Hi Tim can you please tell me what’s name of the place?
