I don't know if there are studies to support this, but my personal anecdote: I have found that taking calcium, magnesium, and the b vitamins help immensely with the irritability, rage, sensitivity, and panic/anxiety. I didn't notice a change with the calcium/magnesium until I had taken it consistently for a month, but the b vitamins work within 24 hours of taking them. This, again, is just my personal experience after my physician recommended taking Optivite PMT. I am careful not to take over the recommended amounts, but I have found it cheaper to buy just those vitamins than the Optivite PMT, plus the Optivite PMT seemed to make me too keyed up.
It is so hard. I dont have my anger under control. Also i know what to do but in the moment i spiral. Cant stick with all the helpfull things. It is just a disaster
I got no help my boyfriend fight with me this morning and was horrible and Was shouting I hit his face and he battered my arm bruised me left me on the floor screaming 😢
Lots that's helpful here. But I do want to speak out against the idea of surgery to "fix" this. Wow. That's incredibly disturbing. There is a lot out there in terms of traditional medicine to address physiological balances, not just pills or surgeries.
Saved to my "pulling my socks up" playlist, because I'm too overloaded rn, ty.
