Use skill saw for straighter edge stop short and finish with jigsaw on cuts that turn corners. Use two Fosner bits for holes drill half way then switch to smaller bit. This will create the same ledge to countersink mount washers that the professionally made one had so that it will not catch as easily on rocks

chuckercnc sure. It’s 1/2” thick and a 4’x8’ sheet. Johnson Plastic Supply in Evansville, Indiana supplied it for me.

about how much did it cost you in materials to do this skid plate

Wheelin98 I was about $160 total. The sheet of plastic was $130 and the miscellaneous hardware was the rest.
