I like the fact that the detachable keyboard can also be used wirelessly since it has a Bluetooth protocol inside it. It's just a shame that this tablet lacks Thunderbolt port, or else it'd be in my list.
If you don't see the need to use Thunderbolt port, this is a great alternative to the Surface Pro 9. As long as it's a Windows tablet in the first place, I couldn't really care less about the aesthetics. After all, it uses the same 15W Alder Lake CPU as Microsoft's.
I always foudn this form factor very appealing. However, after using a couple of them... I don't think they are as practical as one would think. I find a clamshell 2 in 1 convertible to be the most versatile/practical
Actually I'm looking for duel booting capabilities of Ubuntu 22.04 for this tablet. Although I know there is some limitation for touch capability for Ubuntu 22.04. It's might be acceptable at least I able to run Ubuntu 22.04 on my tablet for my professional needs. It would be appreciable: if you have enough time would you please make an another video for duel booting performance with Ubuntu 22.04 🙏
i can't find the way to make the keyboard working if not attached to the display. is there any setting to change? in the bluethoot setting page it shows paired but there is not the little green dot to show that is connected. any advise?
The UHD graphics in this i3 12th gen is running at 64eu (execution unit) which is three times better than the UHD 620. The higher end Iris XE i5(80eu) and i7(96eu)
Please dont give Wrong Information, i am using Lenove Duet 5i now, if u open full bright, Watch RUclips, browser, Do some microsoft office work, the Battery only can Lasting 4 Hours. not 9 Hours... dont Lie Other Consumer Please
Every Ideapad Duet 5i has keyboard freeze issue. It is not response both keyboard and touchpad when you put it on your lap while the keyboard and the main device hang straight down at >45 degree. I am disappointed with Lenovo Thailand for their warranty. Lenovo want to refund me and deduct monthly about 35% off from the cost of the device start by the time I have purchased which I lost more money than I actually bought the machine. so ridiculous...So bad. Thus, finally I have to keep my Lenovo with pain.
There are 7 screws in the back that you remove. Pop open the screen and replace the SSD. No adhesive involved so it's actually easy to do. Ssd size is 2242

does the duet 5i come with the palm rejection feature, as I want to use it for note taking
I wish these Duets would have a GPS chip (or mobile capability which would include it) to use it on the go for mapping and things like that.
Thanks for the review.
May I know could I upgrade the RAM?
Why are these so impossible to find? Can't find a single one anywhere.

QOTD: Do you like a clamshell laptop or a 2-in-1 form factor?
I like 2 in one form factor but the price to performance ratio is not that good on them

Hi. How is this device running using autocad? Can we install window software using exe. format?
why completely disregard the Lenovo Miix line and coming with a new lineup? they could have continued with the Miix lineup
I'm looking for detachable keyboard something like that, just too bad that the spec is too low. Can we use Nvidia GPU there?
Are the bezels big?

Can the Duet 5i playback a 4k video from a USB device? I tried it on the Chromebook Duet 5 but it can't.

I'm excited to buy one of this. But afraid it's not worth the penny. This device not cheap. My 2nd option of choice is hp envy 13 (2022) model
Is it 10inch
Try the i7 1gb ram variant....

If only they would have kept the OLED screen..
That keyboard being included further shows how greedy, apple-wannabe microsoft wants to be
I actually prefer IPS LCD over OLED all day. OLED cost more to repair and always have high tendency for screen burn-in.
