    Hello friends, it’s Conor here! In my journey as an IFS-trained life coach, one theme consistently emerges in sessions: feelings of worthlessness. Many express thoughts like "I am worthless," "I am not good enough," or "I hate myself."

    I have a question about when you're having a "down day"... how do we find a balance between cheering ourselves up (using tactics like positive affirmations, or self care to feel better) versus really listening to the parts who feel anxious/sad/lonely etc. For me there is a strong part that just wants to "raise my vibration" and feels it's pointless to ruminate. but am I just keeping those negative feelings in exile? thank you :)

    hey do you recommend a career as a therapist in order to do this type of work or can coaching as a somatic experiencing practitioner be just as good? Can you please share your journey towards this career path and how you leaned toward coaching vs becoming a therapist? I’m struggling to choose a path to do this work! thank you for your videos
