- Hello Enchanted ones! I truly hope you enjoyed this tale of finding Self Love, something I have been struggling with recently and found these great methods which now I long to share with you!

Let's start at the beginning:
Techniques:
📱Having phone on landing really helps to get you out of bed. (I do this every day!)
🧎🏼♀️Simply stretching or yoga helps to calm the mind and can really awaken your blood flow in your body. It helps with energy and circulation.
🍋Hot water with honey and lemon - the solar plexus chakra is linked to our immune system and this is a great beverage to start the day. When we feed our solar plexus chakra honey and lemon it can strengthen and help with our will power
🍯Porridge or breakfast in general will help you to fuel your body for a long day ahead. It will be so thankful for this!
🛏️Making a bed is the simplist most satisfying thing you could ever do in one day. If you don't do anything else it doesn't matter - you have made your bed!
😊Smiling into a mirror - it may sound corny but that's the whole point - it IS corny and you can trick yourself and make your self happy just by seeing yourself smile! Smiling is contagious!
❤️Confidence and glamour magick - making yourself look how you want to feel can make you feel amazing becuase you have done it for YOURSELF!!
🌹🌹 The smell or roses (or any flower for that matter) can be such a natural perfume and when their smell wonders over you will everytime be reminder to take a breather and literally stop and smell the roses!
📜List making - making a list can be so satisfying. But why make it boring with just jobs and chores you aren't looking forward to do. Fill it with activities you can do in-between like play with the cat or dance. It will break the jobs up and help you to stay on track.
🍋Mindful cleaning - take your time and imagine that negativity washing away... More on this next week!
🏃🏼♀️Going for a walk - I think we know by now tbis can be the ULTIMATE cleanser for thoughts that no longer serve us.
🌹A rose steam - do not consume - Place a rose into boiling water and let its fragmented water steam your face and fill you with love
Self Love spell bottle - Place in the bottle items you are drawn to - here are a few examples:
Himalayan Salt
Pink/ Green/ Red/ White items
Crystals:
Rose Quarts, Danbruite, Kunzite, Calcite, Malachite, Moonstone, Citrine
Herbs / Flowers:
Lavender, Rose, Chamomille, Lemon scented herbs
Essential Oils:
Rose, Geranium, Neroli, Ylang ylang, Jasmine, Bergamont

You must Alwyn You must write a book 📖 I would dearly love to have it on hand to loose myself in it when anxiety clusters jump on & invade my mind space . I found it works a charm to ambush them back in there place with positive happenings , though they keep on trying I can be stubborn too 😉😐🫤 some days they win , until I realise then I fight back again . As I much rather be a positive empowering person then to succumb to playing the victim role 🫤💗 so by have those cute lil fae peoples llaced here & there randomly throughout our place it will help remind my husband and I to not take life so seriously 😐. To bring more enchantment into our sanctuary we have worked on making through those dark Covid lockdowns we’ve all endured & possibly scared by 😔😒 thanks to the media . Which is why as soon as my husband heads off to work of a morning SBS music channel gets switched on & that’s where it stays until he arrives home again 😌😉☺️ less stressful that way for me .
This was probably the best self love video I have ever seen. Also I applaud the thought process of your videos, how everything is planned and I can see you put so much work in this. And by that you spread the love to all of us ❤️❤️

Yeees, phones/social media can be great, but they can very easily become addictive and negative - this is such a lovely lyrical illustration of this concept of unplugging and taking care of yourself and reconnecting w nature! I absolutely love it! (esp the part about being late for work because you're on social media - IT ME) Thank you for loving yourself and sharing your struggles and successes with us

It was really good to be reminded how lots of little changes can affect your overall mood. There are things in there that I will remember to do as I go through my day and I'm also going to one big day of trying everything. A really lovely video. I love that you wrote and played the music too.

i just found your channel (love it!) and actually have a recommendation for you. if you ever go to barcelona there is this café which is called "el bosc de les fades" (fairy forest in catalan) and it's exactly how it sounds. you enter and you are in a dark, mysterious but cozy (fake) forest, with lanterns hanging from the trees. they even have a little pond and artificial thunder and lightning. when i was there i just wanted to live there forever, it's my biggest home decor inspiration haha.
