Hi Alwyn. I've been looking forward to your latest video so much (I think I binge watched all your older one's last weekend and even been re-watching them after that)! You mentioned waiting for Autumn, and trying to be present in the summer. This is something I'm trying to do too as, as I've got older I find I don't really enjoy the latter part of summer for some reason. I think it's because all the birds go silent after all the hard work of rearing their young. Thank you for your suggestions and crafts. Hi! I've just stumbled across your channel and it was like I was meant to find you! I'm an eclectic witch and today I went to the forest where I live (south of England) and had just the most peaceful, happy time there, and then I find you and I feel like I'm being nudged to learn more about my practice and nature. OMG I just love this. My sis and I used to do similar pieces of art ...pretty dried flowers and leaves and twigs ..,It was so magical and you could almost see the gnomes and faries and elves and goblins flitting in and out the garden playing hide and seek in the tall grass .. there was the simple aster and the resplendent carnation and the beautiful rose in a myraid of colours... not to speak of the fox glove and crimson geraniums and a border of shy pansies of every hue imaginable.tryely we were spoilt for choice.....there was the, marigold and zenia and oh the so delicate peonies whose petals vied with that of the butterflies..... I do still have some of those lovely pieces of pure magic which we created from the bounty of nature. I remember my sister's deft fingers as she lovingly and so artistically arranged the flowers on pre-prepared boards. It fills me with nostalgia and deep sadness because I know those happy summer days will never return. One day in late summer my sister went away without a goodbye. She was spirited away by the serenading fairies, leaving me to nurse my broken heart and cherished memories....

So relaxing! I visit my library fairy many evenings to learn something new about herbs, flowers and other garden plants with which I teach to Master Gardening interns. Sometimes I take these out to one of my porches so that I can savor the scents of my gardens and woodlands. I love your beautiful music! I just made some rose water, which I need to strain and decant tonight. I find working with my roses (and lavender) to be peace enhancing, I used full moon water from the Strawberry Moon. Keep up the soothing videos. Blessed 🐝

yeah, ive made my own smudge sticks it was very theraputic, sadly didnt get to use them as we had a scorching summer that year and a very very soggy winter. the book you researched color and animals symbols would be good, as ive never seen either book. You inspired me to let go of the rage I had and do a daily meditation in nature, which I did frequently starting my wicca journey back in 2019. it's really genuinely helped me so much, i'm less anxious, calmer, more happy and i appreciate nature again, so thankyou for that.

Your garden looks wonderful! Everything has come in so nicely. I don’t grow tomatoes myself but I’ve been watching a lot of gardening videos lately (I’m trying to learn permaculture) and I think those are the healthiest-looking tomato plants I’ve ever seen. That’s a good tip about the sun water as well! I made some on the solstice and it was really powerful, but I don’t know why I didn’t think of making it more often. Thanks for that! 💛
Oh wow thankyou so much Sarah! This is our second year growing tomato plants and we have learnt a few tricks. Luckily the slugs don't go anywhere near them which is great! Tomato-right once a week is also a great help!!! Yes i think its fun to make the most of the long summer days for the whole of summer
My go to is my homemade Kombucha but I have been enjoying pinon pine needle tea since my land is full of pinon pines. Right now I am wire weaving flower agate points. Love your videos.

I envy people who can enjoy summer evenings. In Central Texas, it's sometimes dangerous to be outside at certain times of the day. I've been trying to get out after sunset lately, especially now I have a couple of bird feeders (thank you for the inspiration on that) and the rabbits that live under our tool shed have become more brave and will come and sit near me! Also, I noticed that I watch the same ASMR Artist that you do! lol

I do still have some of those lovely pieces of pure magic which we created from the bounty of nature. I remember my sister's deft fingers as she lovingly and so artistically arranged the flowers on pre-prepared boards. It fills me with nostalgia and deep sadness because I know those happy summer days will never return. One day in late summer my sister went away without a goodbye. She was spirited away by the serenading fairies, leaving me to nurse my broken heart and cherished memories....

So relaxing! I visit my library fairy many evenings to learn something new about herbs, flowers and other garden plants with which I teach to Master Gardening interns. Sometimes I take these out to one of my porches so that I can savor the scents of my gardens and woodlands. I love your beautiful music! I just made some rose water, which I need to strain and decant tonight. I find working with my roses (and lavender) to be peace enhancing, I used full moon water from the Strawberry Moon. Keep up the soothing videos. Blessed 🐝

yeah, ive made my own smudge sticks it was very theraputic, sadly didnt get to use them as we had a scorching summer that year and a very very soggy winter. the book you researched color and animals symbols would be good, as ive never seen either book. You inspired me to let go of the rage I had and do a daily meditation in nature, which I did frequently starting my wicca journey back in 2019. it's really genuinely helped me so much, i'm less anxious, calmer, more happy and i appreciate nature again, so thankyou for that.

Your garden looks wonderful! Everything has come in so nicely. I don’t grow tomatoes myself but I’ve been watching a lot of gardening videos lately (I’m trying to learn permaculture) and I think those are the healthiest-looking tomato plants I’ve ever seen. That’s a good tip about the sun water as well! I made some on the solstice and it was really powerful, but I don’t know why I didn’t think of making it more often. Thanks for that! 💛
Oh wow thankyou so much Sarah! This is our second year growing tomato plants and we have learnt a few tricks. Luckily the slugs don't go anywhere near them which is great! Tomato-right once a week is also a great help!!! Yes i think its fun to make the most of the long summer days for the whole of summer
My go to is my homemade Kombucha but I have been enjoying pinon pine needle tea since my land is full of pinon pines. Right now I am wire weaving flower agate points. Love your videos.

I envy people who can enjoy summer evenings. In Central Texas, it's sometimes dangerous to be outside at certain times of the day. I've been trying to get out after sunset lately, especially now I have a couple of bird feeders (thank you for the inspiration on that) and the rabbits that live under our tool shed have become more brave and will come and sit near me! Also, I noticed that I watch the same ASMR Artist that you do! lol
