I have just sat down to try these pork chops and oh my goodness amazing! Even my grandson just asked for another one and he was professing he wasn't going to try them. I had them with roasted brussel sprouts and sweet potatoes with balsamic vinegar and honey and that was delicious as well. Gina you have not fail me yet! This is my 4th recipe of yours I have tried since last Friday! Let God continue to use you and it's wonderful that you continue to give Him glory and praise! Bless you sweetheart!

That's exactly what I wanted to use and now I know I can. Plus our stores don't carry Kellogg cornflake crumbs and while I know I can make them myself (crushing the cereal)..I just don't want to have to...😂

We've also tried this Oven Fried recipe with chicken (with polo seasoning on the chicken with the pepper, garlic pwdr, etc) and we will refrain from the shake n' bakes oven fry types as this is bomb for Oven Fry pork and chicken. The meat is seasoned first which makes the difference along with the ranch and basic corn flake crumbs ... and so tender with the crust, juicy...not dry but just done. Her voice is very hard to listen to it is very annoying. and that oooo wee has to go., but I do for the most part enjoy the videos. she talks too much and way too long and she explains things that are self explanatory, but most of the youtube cooks have that problem.

I agree, my mom always used cornflake crumbs and they made a delicious crust. I’ve never seen ranch dressing used, my mom used mayo. I will have to make this it sounds delicious

I had to giggle when you started making the mac and cheese. When I was growing up, my Mother had standard combinations for meals. With pork chops, we always had Mac and cheese and steamed cabbage. I made it for my family and now my grown children tease me about it, but they still enjoy it! I need to try these pork chops!

Ms Gina I tried these tonight I had Italian bread crumbs and I used the ranch powder and then I dipped into dressing and crumbs so I thought they wouldn’t come out but they did and it was delicious. The next time I’ll spray my rack the bottom crust came off but I readjusted them to make room so I think I have it covered for the next time. Really the Italian crumbs didn’t mess it up.
