All of the songs have the relatable earthly meanings. But the true meaning of this album is based on experiences told by people who have undergone hypnosis for past life regression and were asked to remember the in between stage of death and life (people who have near death experiences often describe the same type of things).
So we start with the physical body dying and the soul detaching from it (DEATH). It then enters a void where it is alone and reflects on the life it just departed (VOID). After this, it enters a tunnel where it begins to hear what's usually referred to as "hymns of the familiar" (TUNNEL VISION). When it reaches the end of the tunnel, it is greeted and welcomed by its soul family (other souls that often reincarnate together and interact with each other on Earth) referred to as "the homecoming" (FAERIE SOIREÉ). The soul then gets bathed in a shower of gem-coloured light that cleanses it of all its earthly traumas and reverts it to pure love (LIGHT SHOWER). In this otherworld, the souls are all perfectly connected and interconnected, to the point that they don't communicate with words (SPIDER WEB). The souls also attend a sort of "school" where they review their past lives to see areas they still need to evolve and work on, and they review different earthly conflicts that they can pick and choose from to experience during their next incarnation to help them evolve in areas they want to work on (LEECHES - EVIL). Once they have decided on the conflicts in their next life time, and discussed with other souls what parts they will play together and how they will interact in the lifetime, they are sent to the womb of the mother they chose where they are fused with the fetus and a "veil" is put on the soul so that it forgets planning the lifetime and forgets its past lives, as the knowledge of these things would make existence on earth much more difficult (WOMB).

I think The Contortionist is about doing “backbends” in a relationship. Sort of forcing yourself to go to drastic lengths in a relationship, for someone who wouldn’t do the same for you. “I pushed myself into a box while you held out a gun”

You're right, but the song can apply to multiple things, not just romantic relationships. According to Melanie, "This song is about bending over backwards for someone who doesn't accept you the way you are." This can also be like bending over backwards to fit in the mold of a certain version of yourself that isn't how you really are, just so society and the environment around you will accept you only in that mold. This song can also very much apply to masking. She uses a contortionist as a metaphor, hence the title, because they actually bend over backwards literally.

The kind of interlude at the ending of Nymphology was going to be a separate song called "Amulet" but Melanie said that it was getting really hard to plan the whole song out and write lyrics for the full song so it had to be merged with another song.
No amulet is actually produced by her partner verde, the music segment your talking about is the one on faerie soiree

Actually she said that Amulet (which is really written by Verde) was supposed to be a whole song but it was hard figuring out the rest of the song so she merged it with nymphology. She heard the beat of faerie soiree by mistake in the studio and she was just so inspired by the vibe that she wrote the whole song. Amulet wasn’t built to be a whole song one day

I feel like the bleed from nymphology into evil is like trying to calmly explain how you feel to someone (nymphology) and the other person saying your feelings are invalid or what you saying isn't true, so you just end up snapping and sticking up for yourself and going all in on them (evil). Like calm explanation leading into finally snapping and telling your truth! I also love seeing all the different interpretations of each song by all the different people reacting to the album. Seeing everyone relate each song to maybe something they have been through which could also mean something else to a totally different person.

Light Shower isn't about intimate sex , it's about the light that cleanses the soul , freeing it of it's trauma from the past life when it passes on translated into a romantic song about someone who cleanses you .
it has multiple meanings so it can be about both, plus let people interpret music the way they relate to it

Leeches is about the people who feed off of artists and other famous people by putting allegation upon them...
the people who cause drama so as to demean someone and get attention and gains through the artists or the person they've targeted.
Battle of The Larynx is sort of a reply to all those people or "Leeches" in Melanie's life. She tells them to stop battling with her larynx (or throat) and using all of their words for a quick buck. They are sort of like "Clout Chasers" in a way lol.
I was surprised seeing how much you were delving into the lyrics, and you got the meaning behind them very well! I loved this video and reaction the most out of everyone I've watched so far! :)
Womb is a empowerment song to me It's like a recap or a recall of all the experiences of Crybaby past life regression and another new experience of rebirth going through shit and trauma and finding power within your past and building your cells and formulating to unlock different pieses of a puzzle.
