Started my workout with this and ended with a 30 minute endurance run 🏃♀️ This 💯 warmed my body up and got me pumped so, definitely saving this one to start my day off to again. I’m finally hitting that mile mark in 10 minutes but, I’m onto my next goal now. It feels so exhilarating as I keep reaching my own personal goals🌼

Wow!!! this is hard for a person with short legs lol..ive been working at my speed for awhile and have to strap myself with a jump rope in order to not fly off! But after a few weeks ive have gotten the speed but still have the rope on to keep me on the treadmill!! Great workout!!
FYI! I love your content, youre a great cardio coach. Most of my runs have been 2 miles… once in awhile it’s 3 or 5 miles. thank you so much for making it fun on the treadmill ❤️🙌🏿.
Wow!! I know for those who are experienced this is a nice warm up but i barely finished 😅 and I didn’t always go to the max run but I did keep moving by jogging. My goal is to work on this specific workout two or three times a week for the next month
