Having an auto immune heart disease, guys like Cbum are an inspiration to me. I thought that was it for me with my gym life. Defibrillator pacemaker and heart failure there’s no way I could life a fitness lifestyle again and really work towards putting together my best aesthetics every year but witt fighting back, good doctors and treatment, I’m in remission and on testosterone and been back over a year and in best shape of my life. Ct fletcher and a couple pacemaker guys also show me that we can still be mighty impressive in gym with cardiac issues. I know Cbum has auto immune kidney disease but still inspiring to me

At 66kg almost hit 182kg deadlift with good form. Messed up after I lost balance but hey, we were close. 396lbs in the bag, 4 more to go. Attempt 2 next week wish me luck boys

This is not a channel to get a basis of how to workout, he is 4th Mr.Olympia, you can't train like he does when you are a beginner, even if the workout is shorter.

I feel him. It's been 4 months since I injured my shoulder and I can't train anything except for legs. I really hope to get back on track soon because my upper body now is shit
What did you do? I had shoulder surgery in November, been hitting lower body and cardio hard!
I had elbow surgery a year ago. 6 months of therapy and I got most of my size back in 12 weeks post pt.

He is professional bodybilder and use steroids ,and you are just some random guy who trains in the gym. Just keep it up,work hard and don't put yourself in the same sentace with him.
AAS are highly anabolic (which means building muscle tissue) and also anti-catabolic (which means the brake down of muscle tissue) . So if he keeps his diet on point and does basic compound movements he wouldn’t lose any muscle at all.

i had a minor biceps injury i had 1 week off the gym idk if i should stop training the back and the biceps or what to do, theres no pain its just feel tight to do an elbow extension
