This prefab house also has several different options and is built as a hud manufactured home! The manufacturer for this house is Bravo Homes. The model for this home is the “Ruby.” This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 2,200 square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

This one is a keeper!!!
Very unique layout in this house where each room is sectioned off. I like the light cabinets with the dark countertops in the kitchen and the brick over the oven. The pantry is a good size, but the shelves should extend to the middle wall. Nice walk-in closets in the guest bedrooms. That porch is fabulous with the sink and fireplace. 😍 The master closet is almost as big as the bedroom! 😮 Beautiful master bath! 🥰 I thought for sure this house would cost at least $250k!

Wow! That is an awesome house! I'd add a few windows ,remove the tub in the master bath( we wouldn't use it ) and definitely add the back porch/living area. Then I would screen it in. I'd add a small deck to attach the back door to the outdoor living area. So I could either go on the back porch or take my clothes to the clothes line.
I really like this one even though the kitchen sink isn't in front of the window. Very nice house.

I think the kitchen is wonderful. The closet in the kitchen is probably a pantry don’t you think? I’m not sure if it needs a 3rd bathroom because of that 4th bedroom. But, it seems odd that there is only 2.
Chance?? I love the way that this house 🏠🏡 looks!! It's more than just a mobile home 🏠🏡, it's a beautiful place to stay!! The Kitchen is wide open and spacious!! The Living Room, The Dining Room, The Family and Laundry Room are very comfortable!! That Kitchen is very appealing!! But The Patio is to die for!! Just Awesome!! It's a great home!! Thank You for sharing this with us!!

This is the best one I’ve seen in a while. Oh if I had the $$$.
I prefer the furnace have a door on it, but this one is definitely a winner!
The only thing I would change would be the flooring. Not a fan of it but the house is beautiful!
The firefly deck is a game changer. Also, I like that the hot water heater access isn't in the master.

You weren't kidding about being impressed by the estimated price point. The only thing that could make this better is 9ft ceilings inside, but their use of the 8ft is well done and doesn't seem to low in the video.

Hello Chance! Good video! I love the fact that this house is Not a Wide-open floorplan as usual. I have never really liked them that way; my mother was the same - we use to watch these videos together when she was alive (I sure miss her), and the not liking wide-open floorplans we Always agreed on.
#1) It's a very nice Living Room. I would have carpet in here. Also, we'd change the electric fireplace to a wood-burning one if possible, and if not, a gas fireplace.
#2) That Porch off the Living Room - I LOVE it! We'd go for that in a heartbeat. Only two things I'd change, I would move the steps to the front, maybe by the "kitchen" area; the steps are in the way where they are. The other thing I'd change us I would have the entire porch enclosed so we could use it year round without worrying about the cold,the heat, or Bugs!
#3) In the Kitchen and Dining Room. The Microwave is in a perfect location for once. The Pantry is not very big, but there is one in the house (we'd make a bigger one in garage). But the storage closet that is in the kitchen would have to be used as part of the Master Bathroom (see #6). That Island...it would have to be cut down to half the size and wheels put on it. I'm not sure I can even leave that small a one in there. Because to have room to put Grandma's China Cabinet against the wall in the dining room, I would have to put a smaller table in there and Move the Table Closer to the kitchen area. A place for Grandma's China Cabinet is a MUST for me, and a deal breaker if there's not one!
#4) The first Guest Bedroom: 3/4's of it would be turned into my Music/Studio Room, soundproofed and enclosed; the other 1/4 would be turned into my Office Room, with carpet in this area. The second, bigger, Guest Bedroom next to this one would be my Library Room, with a small carpeted sitting area. The third Guest Bedroom across from these two, and the Guest Bathroom, would be left as is. That's a very nice guest bathroom! I like it a lot!
#5) The Utility Room. I also like this laundry room. I do believe there's a place for an Upright Freezer in there too. And the Water Heater is in there. The Furnace is right there in the hallway next to the utility room, so that's okay too. I would have the porch, but move those steps (as I said up in #2) and put a Garage at that door! But I think I would go with your idea and put a door to that porch from the garage. After all, that porch would form that side of the wall for the garage!
#6) The Master Bedroom is nearly too big for us - nearly. We'd have carpet in here. I love that the Master Closet is in the bedroom, not the bathroom! That Closet is very big too. I might even have carpet put in there, and maybe a bench to sit on to get dressed in there, over there under that window maybe. The Master Bathroom. I actually like most of this bathroom, but... I would have to exchange that nice tub for a Handicapped Tub. The Shower needs a door and bench. The Vanity I would extend a little further toward the shower - I know it can't go very much further, but there's not enough counter top space the way it is, not with 2 sinks. Can always go with just one sink right in the middle I guess. The Commode area is not wide enough for someone like me. There's a Linen Cabinet next to the vanity, so the storage closet isn't really needed. So...I would combine the commode area with the storage closet area in the bathroom, And the Storage Closet just off the kitchen. Then I'd move the Commode to where I would have Plenty of room to sit without hitting walls! Then if there's room left, and there should be a tad left anyway, I might put in a very small storage area.
#7) We'd have porches all around the house, some enclosed and some just covered, but mostly enclosed. What can I say, we love porches!
Anyway Chance, as I said, a very good video and a super nice house - even though there is always things I need to change! And you were right. I could hear Grayden a little bit, but that was entirely okay! He's sooooo cute! Like his brother, Cullen. God bless all of you!

Love the home. Finally a laundry room big enough for chest freezer. Don't necessarily need main closet that large but could. Deal with it. Put together very well.

I love the deck. Wouldn't change much about this one. I love it.
Like it! Need to rearrange the kitchen so that when you come in the slider from deck, you don't have to walk all the way around the wall into the kitchen. Then maybe you could get rid of the deck kitchenette to put something smaller (bar, BBQ, hammock, hot tub) or make that corner into a catio. Screen it to keep mosquitos out or even put in windows to sit out there during storms. Like that master closet & soaker tub.

This home is DEFINITELY a contender for the top homes for 2023! That master bedroom closet is my dream closet! Plenty of storage, amazing use of space and that beautiful back porch paradise! I love the outdoor patio with firplace,love the entry with coat and shoes off.love the living room,oh my gosh i love the kitchen,yes i would put a patio extention to the bavk door to the utility room,i like the white indoor windos and dark on outside no one can look or watch you on the inside,in the high desert where its windy and dusty i would not put the tv there,i really love this home design.❤❤thanks chance,love the suze of the main bedroom and bath,and the big closet.
That's so cool!! And way less expensive than I was expecting. The only thing I would change is the fireplace and the counter tops. I would want a wood burning one, and the wood looking counter tops.

Wassup Chance?! This home is perfect for me, that pantry you were dancing in would make a great closet seeing it's by the living room, and the closet by the dining room table would make a great pantry.
Beautiful home, the only thing I would do differently is take a few feet from the closet or bedroom and have a power room. Especially with at least 3 kids plus adults in the home.

I love that outdoor space! Great entry area. I think I would like long shelves in the pantry instead of those short side ones. Very nice kitchen with great storage. Bedrooms are large and the closets are surprising. That master closet is unreal! This was a great one, Chance!

This house could shine and scream luxury with just a few upgrades. Take a bit of that master closet for a pantry and a pet peve of mine in so many of these high end sectionals have beautiful master baths BUT no bonus features these baths need whirlpool tub, then a multi jet shower. Then this home would be a 9.0 put in another dish washer on the other side of the sink to take care of dish capacity. I mean you have this huge fridge you got to be preportional.then it would be a 10. Nice job showing

Beautiful home! I love how the rooms are all separate and not one huge space. The rooms are all great sizes. I love the bathroom setup with the door to the commode and shower/tub. I like where the fridge is located. It's closer to the "work area" of the kitchen. That outdoor space is amazing! Master bedroom is huge and OMGosh that closet 😮! That could easily be another bedroom lol. The price is fantastic for this large home.
The only thing I don't like is that the master bedroom door is in the kitchen. That was kinda dumb.
Yeah, I've lived in single sides like that, but you always know where your kids are! They always go off to the kitchen for something to eat! Just saying 😅
