This video is clear and precise in instructions, your execution of this project seems flawless and the price point can't be beat( a paper clip). Thank you!

SO artistic what little girl wouldn't love to wear one of these ! & to color & fill in the wings with nail polish would be add more beauty [ saw that tutorial 2 days ago,] the lady just touched one side of the wire with a filled nail polish brush & pulled it over to the other side of the wire & walla it looks to have a colored glass center! thank you for this excellent tutorial Babs.

Nice wire-working. Really well done tutorial. TFS!
Wondering why you didn't use jewelry quality wire. But I can imagine using the colored (not vinyl coated) paper clips for this project. Cheaper than buying spools of heavier gauge wire in a lot of colors.

Many thanks for this nice and elegant design. Just a little warning; most paperclips are made in nickel plated steel and about 10% of the population is allergic to nickel, but a lot of other wires can be sused.

This is amazing! What type of metal are paperclips made of? I'm guessing the chain does not tarnish. I'd like to make chains for my jewelry projects, can I use your links to make chains? I will give you credit for the design.

+Joy Menis You can use enameled wire. The very soft aluminium ones give excellent results.

I've tried about 10 of these to no avail. Your paper clips must be softer wire than mine. I use wire in making jewelry and my clips don't bend as easily as yours. And I'm not a weak person. LOL It would help if you would slow up a bit and let us focus on where your pliers are. Great work though!

    • @botofashionbrand9994

You have to use 20 gage wire. it is pretty hard i made a beautiful one muself takes a few tweaks and a few tries..but am pretty satisfied. I would recomend using silver plated its softer ..there is also sterling silver super soft wires which can be used but i think that would deform the pieces.. its my next try..so cant tell you for sure. hope this helped :)
