I actually like my k19 its the newer gen3 version and i did take the qd buckle out on my right shoulder so i could get a better cheek wield on my stock, i did take some getting used to because of how think it is but it does work and yes it is super comfortable
@Ammotax the problem is common with alot of other pc's as well my coyote brown under non illuminated ir is still dark in color that is until I put my vampire on it and then it's just a glowing beacon. I wonder if a quick spritz of some fde spray paint might help with that
@Ammotax I heard the rustoleum camo line works good, idk if they have a fde or darker brown to somewhat match my coyote brown but if I can get closer to that og color the better. Ik the darker od green works good, I have that on a rifle rn and it's awesome
I wore a buddies for a ruck, i wanted to try it out. Would not reccomend for 113° in Virginia ft Lee. If i was such a sweater and drank a ton of water, i would have heat cated

Not sure who taught you how to shoot with plates but you don't put the buttstock into your shoulder. It goes into your right chest right below your chin so you can get an instant cheek weld simply by lowering your head. So the straps shouldn't interfere with anything. Also it keeps your plates always facing the front towards they enemy. 99% of shooters open up their chests because their plates are faced toward the 2 o clock.
I volunteered in the IDF and let me just say these are leaps and bounds better then we had available to us 15 years ago. I aquired some of my gear if youd be interested in doing a retro review
I’ve got a K-19. I like it … don’t love it. Been eyeing a Javlin Concepts AJAC for awhile now. I’d love to see some more reviews on those. I also agree the JPC is a goat.
Boils down to personal preference. I don’t think it comes across as heavy as well as the should panels being “too big.” K19 is clearly built for comfort. Full backpack plus mags on and you can tell they put effort into weight distribution. Just my opinion though.
Great video. Noise Gate too aggressive at parts, but i get it if you have time limits for editing. Video Quality 10/10. Practical experience based review 10/10.

+1....I had 2 versions of the K19 - I never could get the back plate bag not to sag ...never going back to a K 19 and I heavily distrust plate carriers from Agilite, no matter of the future releases
@@Ammotax I've seen some not glow and others partly glow. Sometimes it depends on color and material sources. And If yhe material is coated in anything. Just like if you wash gear with any optical brightners, even a NIR compliantuniform will glow after most comercial soaps.
I serve in the Taiwanese army and I am very disappointed with the bulletproof vests and anti-ballistic plates issued by my country. I am very interested in the Israeli K19 vest and want to buy it. Do you recommend it?

The interesting thing about Agilite is that we get to see them grow, learn, invent, and improve. I run a K19 3.0 and I like it. I do.also have a JPC 2.0.
Would you recommend this for active duty personnel? I’ve been researching this carrier because i absolutely despise my IOTV and we have ftx’s coming up in the winter. Lmk your thoughts
The first thing is getting a list of APPROVED PC from your leadership. Then avoid the k-19 too expensive for how 💩 it is plus it probably won’t be on any approved list because it has IR reflectivity issues. Save your money please don’t waste it on this PC

When I was an MP I carried a JPC that being said I didn’t have a full combat load when I wore my JPC and unfortunately, I can’t really give you a good answer because I don’t know your mission. I don’t know your frame. I don’t even know if you’re gonna wear it in conjunction with a battle belt but what I will say is try on other peoples play carriers and in the meantime look into modifying your IOTV Ie swap cumber buns add a placard system if that’s what your wanting and save up because a fully functional PC can run up to $800 plus with aftermarket pouch’s and accessories
I can't speak for the GEN1 but I wear a GEN3 overseas and ZERO complaints.
Have a Gen 3 inbound. Liked the fact that I don’t need to piece it together like defense mechanisms and spiritus

I recently discovered that my K-19 will reflect IR if somebody shines it on me under night vision

I've never seen a guy not eventually upgrade, having slimmer shoulders, and less padding all over the place after that thing feels like heaven.

If you ever upgrade, i highly reccomend defense mechanisms, use cloutac back panel adapters, theyre the same as crye
