Fun fact of why mirage tube is like that, in the anime it's a spell so it can set off Yubel's "Spell Chronicle" card, that way she can use it to search super poly on her next turn. Literally just an anime contrivance, but it was also arguably better in the anime, because instead of burning for a flat 1000 damage, it burned for the damage of the monster being attacked, like a reverse Magical Cylinder. Get it? Magic Cylinder, Mirage Tube?
The manga hero archetypes were done so dirty compared to everyone else, I swear. Between the Masked Hero line up having none of its main deck monsters added to the game and forcing them to be grouped with Elemental Heroes, who can only access a handful of them without relying on monsters completely outclassed by other monsters, and many of the Vision Hero monsters needing to use damage in an archetype that has very low attack point monsters and no archetypal way to induce self-burn to activate sub-par abilities that can only be activated during the main phase and are all once per turn, its a miracle they managed to get strong cards like Acid and Vyon. Its also ludicrous how they gave Dark Law, a vanilla in the manga, such good control ability, but nerfed Minimum Ray's pop-effect so deeply into the ground that he's currently resting on tectonic plates. And don't even get me started on how Vyon, the Vision Hero monster who's main objective is to fetch polymerization so they can fuse, can't search the Vision Hero fusion spell. Also, when are we getting a Flamewingman retrain, Konami!? You gave one to friggin Phoenix Enforcer, but not the guy he's based on!?
@@pn2294 Yeah, and one of those times was an iconic duel from GX, wielded by a popular character from that show. Cosmic Blazar Dragon only appeared as a small, barely eligible image that lasted for about a second in the anime, and look what happened.

I think hero city 2 is in the artwork of planet pollution virus which is an alien card. That got me thinking did the aliens attack and drive out the elemental heros which lead to them finding new members and unlocking new fusions?
@@gizzach977 I like to imagine the Xtra and vision heroes united the destiny and elemental heros to fight back against the aliens at some point. I mean if you look at the xtra heros and vision heros they can use any hero monster as fusion material which does support that.
On elemental hero ocean, if you have honest neos in hand, you can use it for your opponents turn (gets up to 4000 attack) and then add honest neos back next standby, since you used neos on your opponents turn, you can activate it again on whatever you want, whether that's a fusion of just ocean again (4000 isn't bad)
2:01:35 - Judai used Honest with Neos twice actually. Once when he faced Trueman for the third time, and again against Fujiwara. Three times if we count the Season 4 opening.
Destiny Mirage is a Destiny HERO version of a card called Elemental Mirage, which works the same way but for Elemental HEROs only. You might be thinking "What are you talking about, no card like that was in this video and I've never heard of it." Yeah, that's because it was an anime only card, and even appeared in the Bonds Beyond Time 5Ds movie. It pisses me off to no end that they printed a Destiny HERO version of this before printing the original Elemental HERO version considering Destiny HEROs were already ripping off their Elemental counterparts with multiple other cards.
I would love a retrain of all the vanilla Elemental HERO's (+ wildheart and bladedge) to have the effects of their "signature" Spell/Trap Cards, but still count as their original while in the hand, field or graveyard. For example, Bldedge would have "Edge Hammer" and Wildheart would have "Cyclone Boomerang" buildt into itself (incouding the attack boost). One Exeption I would say has to be Bubbleman, as that would be too many effects in one Monster. I'd say, give him Bubble-Blaster and a way to transform into Neo-Bubbleman-retrain (who comes from the Deck or Hand), who has bubble-Illusion buildt into himself. These retrains would be powerful and could give the true OG HERO's some play
Parallel world lets you go nuts with fusion gate and have materials for later For instance, throw a necroface in your hero deck, use fusion gat with it for an Omni hero, banish cards YOU can get back with hero support, but that your opponent most likely can't (nowadays with thunder dragons maybe, depends on the deck) and if you go far enough, not only do you have a bunch of materials for heros, but you AlSO have plenty of attack boosts for green maju I used to run a hero deck I called "banish heros" that used the card
Now, thunder giant only specifies that IT'S attack must be higher than the TARGET'S original attack, you CAN boost thunder giant and then discard to get rid of higher strength monsters, it just gives thunder giant an easier time because he can boost to discard to get rid of stronger monsters, but if the opponent boosts, all that counts is the original attack of that monster

@@Adalon- Not exactly how it works. I've personally ran into these types of players more often than ya might think. Usually they think a win is free, because their deck is oh-so good, inb4 Destiny HERO decimation. Still always a fun time to this day, might I add. To answer your question, that is not the reason I play HEROES. I started playing HEROES in Duel Links like 5 years ago because I like superheroes, and Fusion Summoning was my favorite method, not because I thought it was competitively viable. I was 11, I didn't even know what decks WERE viable. If HEROES suddenly became meta one day, cool, whatever. I would've still been playing them for years before it did, so therefore, I would still be playing the deck because I like the deck's aesthetic, due to that history, not because it suddenly became good. The fact that it CAN box with other, more viable decks is a bonus, not the one singular reason I play the deck. Sorry if my wording was unclear at all, this was a 7 month-old comment lmao
Completely unrelated, HEROS are surprisingly fun in GOAT. They aren’t good, like they barely pass rogue, but come on you’re fighting chaos soldiers and horrific eyes restrict beasts with shiny heroic crime fighters. It almost plays out like a hero movie. The heroes always start on the back foot, relying on the defensive tank clayman and hero signal to keep your guard up, and Once you get a fusion spell you’re able to turn the tides and defeat the opposing force with thunder giant or flame wingman.
i like how when they covered rampart blaster, they said that your opponent needs to have no monsters in order to attack in def position but in the card art, that effect isnt there.
Rampart blaster's effect says it can attack your opponent in defense position but due to it not having the word directly in it's effect it is considered the same as a basic attack and thus cannot attack if your opponent has a monster
@@TeemoQuintonit's more of a translation clusterfrick. The card is supposed to say that it can attack in defense mode while the opponent has no monsters, but they worded it so badly it sounds like it can always attack directly (and if I remember right it was able to just attack directly all the time in the anime just to make it more confusing)

The fact that it CAN box with other, more viable decks is a bonus, not the one singular reason I play the deck.
Sorry if my wording was unclear at all, this was a 7 month-old comment lmao
i think glowmoss could be useful for stalling.
how many letters do we need to have all 26 letters of heroes
YOU'RE REVEALING ALL THE SECRETS!!
This, online goat is such a great thing to have now cuz it lets me experience the times where some
Of my favorite decks were great
i like how when they covered rampart blaster, they said that your opponent needs to have no monsters in order to attack in def position but in the card art, that effect isnt there.
Rampart blaster's effect says it can attack your opponent in defense position but due to it not having the word directly in it's effect it is considered the same as a basic attack and thus cannot attack if your opponent has a monster
@@jekrasneriteph7736 seems like a stretch to me
@@TeemoQuintonit's more of a translation clusterfrick. The card is supposed to say that it can attack in defense mode while the opponent has no monsters, but they worded it so badly it sounds like it can always attack directly (and if I remember right it was able to just attack directly all the time in the anime just to make it more confusing)
This is a damn masterpiece, absolutely love it
5:49 it makes sense cause Jaden did the exact combo on blade edge in order to avoid using Fusions.
58:19 YES!
Though I will say/wonder if they'll make a Gas Soldier? lol (Would be the proper turn of events for stages of matter) Going beyond that a Plasma Soldier?
Though going back to my "YES!" it would be even cooler if we got a Solidus Soldier. Do it Konami!
We already technically have "Gas Soldier" - Solid and Liquid are Solidman and Liquidman in the OCG, their Airman is our Stratos
@@thegisvods Not quite. Airman goes with his buddies Ocean and Forestman (Woodsman). They're the trinity of the Manga.
The first time I saw Bladedge in the Anime I thought it was simular to Yugi's Dark Magician. Then much later Neos came along and stole his thunder.
That is just a Summoned Skull treatment
I just now realised that bubbleman is batman
Guess it was your destiny to make an omnibus
Nice video just to let you know, in the edgehammer part you accidentally said tribute wildege instead of edge Man/ blade edge
