Oh my God, this brings tears to my eyes. Poor little dog. God bless this MAN who rescued him. I have a cat who is 3 years old, and was given to me when I lost my husband to cancer. He was 6 weeks old when he was given to me. I love this little guy so much. I take care of him like he is my Little prince. I cannot imagine how frightened this little dog was lying there , hurt, and all these cars driving so fast around him GOD BLESS HIM .
Any legitimate rescue services that focuses on the animals best interest or with good intentions are the best way to spend your money on. I totally agree that the Angelic people in Hope For Paws organization are the perfect example for that. I hope one day they have the people and resource to go nationwide or even international. They are the best people for this type of work. I hope they are passing their knowledge to the future generation etc.
The greatest part of these videos is the moment when a terrified animal realizes that he’s in the right hands and he’s safe; you can just see them let go and settle in that moment. So amazing.
Hats Off to LAPD, not many people in the world would be escorted by police officers to rescue a sweet little injured dog.... I am SO happy that the gorgeous PD was saved and healed, a donation for Hope For Paws is money well spent..
I am still amazed that I got this super special escort... I didn't think my chances are good - this is a neighborhood that needs every officer it has on the streets. I will email both officers and share the video with them shortly so they can show their kids their dads in action! :-)

I can explain one reason for the Police being willing to help so quickly. PD was a hazard to navigation. If someone saw her and tried to stop, there is a high likelihood of a major collision. If she had moved into the live lane, there would almost certainly be a major collision. Still, kudos and thanks to the Officers for stepping up and making sure PD and Eldad got out of there safely.
Exactly. I would 100% stop for a dog. However, if it was a person, I am more likely to call 911 and keep driving. A few bad apples ruined it for the entire bunch. 😕
Very nice of the police to help rescue this poor girl. I felt like crying happily when I heard them use their sirens and happy that she is safe with a loving family.

At days end that dog would be in my bedroom on a nice comfortable thick warm bed and good food and water and lots of love until he was ok and I started reaching out to people for adoption. People. Good people just don’t do this.
The LAPD and Officers Gray and Nichols deserve big props for their assistance on this. It is heartwarming to see people come together to rescue animals in danger.

The biggest rescue I've ever done was rescuing three kittens out of a shed and two kittens under house but I agree with you 100% 2021 is a new start for all of us
Exactly! We lived in a little house in the forest once, and sadly it is very normal for people to dump animals in forests. We had a cat who had a little cat door, that she could go in and out of, and one day when we came into our living room, there were 3 kittens. They had watched our cat go inside and followed. They were dumped in the forest in the middle of winter without their mom, and searched for a warm place to be. We called our local animal rescue, who came to get them and found them 3 amazing homes. If you see animals in need, don’t hesitate to help them and don’t just stand by. They can’t take care of themselves and they need your help.
After seeing so much awfulness in this world lately, I really needed this. Just warmed my heart. As a fellow animal lover and dog owner thank you for being an incredible person in all you do. ❤

no way the dog ran into the middle of the highway. most humans are garbage, waste of space and waste of time. just oxygen thieves. this doesnt count for people like shown in this video. the rescuer, the cops anyone that helped. the character of a man can be measured by how he treats those that can do nothing for him!
This is the only hero ever to me. The cops were awesome, too. I recently got to assist by putting up a post on FB about a pup who had fallen down a 60 ‘ well with a pump atop it. A woman saw my post, got in touch with Eldad and I got his phone number to the dog’s owner on the ranch up here in Northern California. I got the news that it was a difficult rescue but Eldad had done it. So lovely. 🙏🏼💗🙂
This was heartbreaking and heartwarming at the same time. For people to let her lay there for over 24 hours is repulsive. If 1 person saw her I’m sure others did. I love the end of the video with her little head popping out of the blanket ❤️
I am thankful that I didn't see this happen, because I wouldn't be able to drive by. I would have to do something immediately, otherwise it would eat away at me. Even if I was on my way to a job interview, or to catch a flight. I couldn't leave the dog, without knowing it is out of immediate danger and is getting help.

I agree that it is repulsive to know so many individuals drove by and did zero. I wonder what goes on inside their heads. Do they play a mind trick and selectively ignore/deny the situation exists. Otherwise, what do they tell themselves to feel okay with letting an animal suffer. I don't get it.

With all the negative press that police officers receive these days, this serves as a reminder to us all that 99.9 percent of officers are truly caring and simply put good people. They put themselves in harm's way every single day to protect and serve our communities. And not just humans, but also are furry and feathered friends. They do this work, just like Eldad, Loretta and the HFP crew, because they want to help. They certainly do not do it for the money. May all of the HFP crew, our nations public servants, and all the dedicated rescuers out their have happy, safe and rewarding New Year.
Eldad, just want to say you are truly an angel. Who would risk his life on a freeway to save an injured dog. No one except you. PD is so lucky. She probably got hit by a car with the broken leg, which is the worst thing that can happen to a dog. She would have died sooner or later with all those fast moving cars and must have been nervous as hell. Judging from her hair she's been abandoned for a long time. Bless you. You are truly amazing with a good heart and all you do are true honest work to save poor animals. Truly amazing person.

Although I am a believer I still fail under temptations sometimes but I do not want you all to make the same mistake if you take this path. Jesus gives the opportunity for all of us to be saved through faith by grace. If you confess out loud that Jesus is your Lord and your Savior you can be saved. It is very important to repent of your sins and say your sorry to God and Jesus for all of the sins that you have committed. It is also very important that you ask for forgiveness and obey God and Jesus. Also it is extremely important to be baptized. I highly suggest you read John 3:5-7 and I also highly recommend reading Mark 16:16.

Charles Schulz knew whereof he spoke. If you notice, over the years Snoopy changed shape. That is because there was a long series of black and white beagles to inspire him. I have had 4 beagles over the years, and two of them cast shadows with the same form as Snoopy. The body language and behaviours were accurate, including lying on the ridge of the dog house.
We just lost our cubby after 19 years. We are devastated, I been caring for him he got Picture like humans do and was put on all timers meds and took pain meds three times a day. 4 front teeth so it’s baby food or we would buy chicken breast from the deli and then I would put it to the food processor so he could eat it. Now my baby is gone and I’m so out of it. He was my life and watching this I’m balling.😭
To officers Gray & Nichols A BIG THANK YOU!!! for helping Eldad and little PD. All lives are worth saving including our domestic friends. So happy for this little girl that she was rescued and then had her leg saved by the amazing Dr.Pedraza. I am sure she is just loving her life now

I have two labradoodles and I know what sensitive souls doodles have. She was licking you as if she more cares about you as she cares about herself. So selfless and loving. She is definitely an incredible dog... her whole behavior even before she had pain meds onboard was just incredibly sweet. I am sure she was so relieved to be in my car. Definitely one of the most joyous moments of my life 🥰🥰🥰

It wasn't an easy one to spot (she was pretty well camouflaged), and it was in a dangerous section with no shoulders and of course when it says 65mph, it means 75mph and many times it's more than that. I am just so happy I got called for this one and that I was able to accomplish it with the LAPD and also give them credit for their hard work 💙

Very nice of the police to help rescue this poor girl. I felt like crying happily when I heard them use their sirens and happy that she is safe with a loving family.
When she slowly licked your hand after you got her in the car just melted my heart. What a sweetie. You can see the relief in her eyes. Thank you for all you do to help these animals

At days end that dog would be in my bedroom on a nice comfortable thick warm bed and good food and water and lots of love until he was ok and I started reaching out to people for adoption. People. Good people just don’t do this.

Exactly! We lived in a little house in the forest once, and sadly it is very normal for people to dump animals in forests. We had a cat who had a little cat door, that she could go in and out of, and one day when we came into our living room, there were 3 kittens. They had watched our cat go inside and followed. They were dumped in the forest in the middle of winter without their mom, and searched for a warm place to be. We called our local animal rescue, who came to get them and found them 3 amazing homes. If you see animals in need, don’t hesitate to help them and don’t just stand by. They can’t take care of themselves and they need your help.
If you weren’t an Animal Rescuer, all of these animals you saved, would just be gone. God bless you! ✌️🥺

This is the only hero ever to me. The cops were awesome, too. I recently got to assist by putting up a post on FB about a pup who had fallen down a 60 ‘ well with a pump atop it. A woman saw my post, got in touch with Eldad and I got his phone number to the dog’s owner on the ranch up here in Northern California. I got the news that it was a difficult rescue but Eldad had done it. So lovely. 🙏🏼💗🙂
This was heartbreaking and heartwarming at the same time. For people to let her lay there for over 24 hours is repulsive. If 1 person saw her I’m sure others did. I love the end of the video with her little head popping out of the blanket ❤️
I am thankful that I didn't see this happen, because I wouldn't be able to drive by. I would have to do something immediately, otherwise it would eat away at me.
Even if I was on my way to a job interview, or to catch a flight. I couldn't leave the dog, without knowing it is out of immediate danger and is getting help.

I agree that it is repulsive to know so many individuals drove by and did zero. I wonder what goes on inside their heads. Do they play a mind trick and selectively ignore/deny the situation exists. Otherwise, what do they tell themselves to feel okay with letting an animal suffer. I don't get it.
Since you are a kind hearted animal lover too. I wanted to recommend my other favorite rescue channels: Flatbush Cats, and The Orphan Pet. But beware, some of the episodes will give you the feels.

With all the negative press that police officers receive these days, this serves as a reminder to us all that 99.9 percent of officers are truly caring and simply put good people.
They put themselves in harm's way every single day to protect and serve our communities. And not just humans, but also are furry and feathered friends.
They do this work, just like Eldad, Loretta and the HFP crew, because they want to help. They certainly do not do it for the money.
May all of the HFP crew, our nations public servants, and all the dedicated rescuers out their have happy, safe and rewarding New Year.
Eldad, just want to say you are truly an angel. Who would risk his life on a freeway to save an injured dog. No one except you. PD is so lucky. She probably got hit by a car with the broken leg, which is the worst thing that can happen to a dog. She would have died sooner or later with all those fast moving cars and must have been nervous as hell. Judging from her hair she's been abandoned for a long time. Bless you. You are truly amazing with a good heart and all you do are true honest work to save poor animals. Truly amazing person.

Although I am a believer I still fail under temptations sometimes but I do not want you all to make the same mistake if you take this path. Jesus gives the opportunity for all of us to be saved through faith by grace. If you confess out loud that Jesus is your Lord and your Savior you can be saved. It is very important to repent of your sins and say your sorry to God and Jesus for all of the sins that you have committed. It is also very important that you ask for forgiveness and obey God and Jesus. Also it is extremely important to be baptized. I highly suggest you read John 3:5-7 and I also highly recommend reading Mark 16:16.

Charles Schulz knew whereof he spoke. If you notice, over the years Snoopy changed shape. That is because there was a long series of black and white beagles to inspire him. I have had 4 beagles over the years, and two of them cast shadows with the same form as Snoopy. The body language and behaviours were accurate, including lying on the ridge of the dog house.

We just lost our cubby after 19 years. We are devastated, I been caring for him he got Picture like humans do and was put on all timers meds and took pain meds three times a day. 4 front teeth so it’s baby food or we would buy chicken breast from the deli and then I would put it to the food processor so he could eat it. Now my baby is gone and I’m so out of it. He was my life and watching this I’m balling.😭
So sorry for your loss. I wish the dogs that I've had that passed lived that long...19 beautiful years of love and good memories I bet.

I have two labradoodles and I know what sensitive souls doodles have. She was licking you as if she more cares about you as she cares about herself. So selfless and loving. She is definitely an incredible dog... her whole behavior even before she had pain meds onboard was just incredibly sweet. I am sure she was so relieved to be in my car. Definitely one of the most joyous moments of my life 🥰🥰🥰

It wasn't an easy one to spot (she was pretty well camouflaged), and it was in a dangerous section with no shoulders and of course when it says 65mph, it means 75mph and many times it's more than that. I am just so happy I got called for this one and that I was able to accomplish it with the LAPD and also give them credit for their hard work 💙
