I tried the recipe with half blueberry and half raspberry it is soooo tasty!! Not too sweet and the lemon juice and yogurt really makes the cake taste so fresh!! I failed few times and found out some tricky area that will easily lead to failure, some tips for you: 1. When you soften the cream cheese, it is so difficult to just soften it by room temperature, i need to microwave for 10 seconds few rounds to get that smooth consistency 2. Gelatin!!!! better to use gelatin sheet, and dont microwave it, it is so difficult to control. I cut it into small pieces and soak in COLD water one by one. And take it out, and place that gelatin bowl in a bowl with hot water to melt it. When you do it right, it will look watery without CRUMBS! When it is ready, pour QUICKLY to your cheesecake batter and mix QUICKLY. 3. The berries puree between cheesecake batter. Must spread it out very evenly, if you do a big drop in a single area, when you slice your cake, it is like there is a giant water layer between the 2 cheesecake layer, and the top of the cake may fall off. 4. The berries topping! Once you add the gelatin, pour it QUICKLY!!!!! in the CENTRE!!! or else the layer will not look as tidy. Step 5: Take your gelatin out, put the gelatin bowl in a bowl with hot water. DONT put your gelatin directly in hot water. This part is soooo important, it determines whether your cake will fail or not. I dont recommend using microwave, because it is quite difficult to control the gelatin consistency. Step 6: Quickly pour the melted gelatin in cheesecake batter and mix quickly Step 7: Fold in the whipping cream in your cheesecake batter slowly Step 8: Pour half of your cheesecake batter in the mold Step 9: Pour the berries puree in the mold. Better if you spread it evenly around the whole cake, I found that if you do it like me which is spread all around the centre, it will be difficult when you slice the cake as if there is a watery layer in the middle so the top of the cake may separate / fall off easily Step 10: Pour the rest of the batter to cover up the berries puree Step 11: Put in freezer for 30 mins 4. Berries Topping 🍓100g Berries Puree 🥛 50g Whipping cream 🍮 2g Gelatin Sheet 👀 What you need to do: Step 1: Pour the cream (no need to whip it) in the puree Step 2: Melt the gelatin (like before) and pour in the puree mixture Step 3: Pour to the mold. Best to directly pour from the middle then the layer will appear smoother Step 4: Freeze 3-4 hours, and take the cake out (use warm tower to wrap it to let it get off easier, you can also user hair dryer LOL) Step 5: Decorate with fresh berries! (my favourite part)

Tried this just today and it was a big hit! Baked cheesecakes tends make me feel full with a few bites, but with this one...it's light in the mouth and the sweetness is perfect. The lemon juice was a great contrast with the sweetness and creaminess. It's perfect! The only thing that was dissappointing was that I Didn't expect it to be a small cake. I tried this recipe but I used gelatin sheet instead, 3 sheets for the main part and 1 sheet for the top layer and it was amazing! Pretty color and taste were just delish! I used fresh blueberries and 250 cream cheese. It turned out the cake weighed almost 3 pounds while I used just 6-inch mold, pretty heavy but I managed to finish the cake by myself anyway.
I just made this today and it was amazing!!!! Easier than I thought too. Mt mold size was a bit larger though so it was a little shorter. I will make it agaim for sure. Cant wait to try more recipes. I made a cheesecake similar to this but I used graham crackers and butter. Oreos are interesting. That's definitely only a one slice a person type of cake hahah Looks beautiful, mine didnt look nearly as good. I'll try this recipe!

Chesca Hemwin most of the world uses grams and litres, it’s more accurate than cups. You can always convert it but it’s probably better to get a scale.
I tried this and it was BOMB ! It tasted like heaven, not too sweet. I used powdered gelatin bc thats what I could find and wasn't too pleased with how it turned out in the cake-- it got all clumpy. Other than than, the cake was real creamy real good.

I just made this today and it was amazing!!!! Easier than I thought too. Mt mold size was a bit larger though so it was a little shorter. I will make it agaim for sure. Cant wait to try more recipes. So far I've made this one, the honeycomb cheesecake, and the peach mouse cake. All came out amazingly
did u use a gelatin sheet? I don’t have easy accessibility to one so I’m thinking of going with basic gelatin powder, I was wondering what you think. Do u think using the powder will make the cake a fail? 👀

@@hiii_alex Claro, pero entré en duda porque los arándanos en lata ya pasaron por un proceso de endulzamiento, entonces no sé si agregarle menos azúcar. De igual manera no creo obtener la misma consistencia que la del video.

제 첫 베이킹이였던 블루베리 치즈케잌! 작년에 만들었지만 늦게라도 댓글 달아용~ 블루베리 퓌레랑 치즈케잌이 섞이는 바람에 뜻밖에 그라데이션을 만들고 위에 블루베리 젤리 같은건 못만들었지만 맛은 정말 최고였습니다💕 너무 맛있어서 몇번 더 만들어 먹었습니다~! 지인들도 다 너무 좋아해주시고 제 인생 첫 베이킹(?) 굉장히 만족스러웠어용
블루베리 색깔 이뻐요!😀 안에 퓌레도 넣어서 허전 하지도 않고 좋네요♡
정말 잘랐을때 흐르는 퓌레가 촉촉함도 더해주고 허전하지도 않아 좋더라구요~😊

PhineaBlue the ring using is key to make them. Called a cake ring that's how they get look even use it to cut thin sheets if cake then stack back into the ring and place cheese cake filling and set in the fridge.
Try to make it 2-3 times then one day may be your cake will look better than this. All d bst😊
The gelatin really helps making it look so pretty. Too bad gelatin (is disgusting and) not suitable for vegetarians. I would like to see a video using agar agar or another substitute 🤷🏻♀️

This is for 15cm pan but I have a 23cm pan ...I just doubled the ingredients..

Chesca Hemwin most of the world uses grams and litres, it’s more accurate than cups. You can always convert it but it’s probably better to get a scale.
I tried this and it was BOMB ! It tasted like heaven, not too sweet. I used powdered gelatin bc thats what I could find and wasn't too pleased with how it turned out in the cake-- it got all clumpy. Other than than, the cake was real creamy real good.
