If you are serious about saving some money and re growing your produce, this video will get you started using a fantastic hydroponic gardening method. The Kratky Method (noncirculating passive hydroponics) is the best and easiest way to grow anything. I promise you will not kill your plant and you will be able to add produce to your garden from food you bought at the store and can re use forever. Thank you for all this. Im a newbie virgin watching alot of videos & you have been by far the best informational help & I really appreciate you taking the first time newbie’s perspective because so many people advertise for first timers but somehow forget we dont even know the basics like even the language you guys are talking. Half the time I watch videos or read sites im looking up your gardening lingo.
And even the only one to say anything about the algae in this cracky meth i mean kratky method and needing it in a dark container nobody has said that super helpful thank you. You really do a good job taking that I don’t know crap Nothing perspective for us and that’s very helpful.

I was smitten when I read your message! thank you so much for being the change! I cannot wait to get to the islands to begin growing there. My large dream is to build out shipping container gardens from Honolulu port, to install behind grocery stores or even for public use. I can't believe how pervasive the water issue is on Maui and how ridiculous it is that ALL the islands export their produce to the mainland. The supply and demand chain as so broken. Let's do this!

Hi, I'm a beginner and put my plants in ice cream containers. After a week, there is a film on top of the water. I used organic fertiliser. Does this mean this is algae? The roots aren't white. Also, do I have to check the pH. Thanks in advance.

For sure! If you have a water softener that will help significantly to remove contaminates and buildup. hope this helps! happy growing.
