Yeah! I tried many times to shoot and forgot Product Showcase activated and I was out of focus. But it makes sense :) Glad you like it. I am curious to see your adapted rig :D Thank you!
This was the first camera that I had in mind when I started my RUclips channel, however I picked something else. Such a great toy for beginners if paired with a Sigma 16/1.4.
Hey! Yeah, to start RUclips with this camera and a Sigma 16mm f1.4, it's wow! And if you create talking head videos, it is the ultimate setup if we want to balance the quality with the price :) What camera did you pick? Thank you!
I’m gonna go with a classic old school RCA cable for 480p-like video streaming, Since I’m not like one of those who like 2160p video streaming. I didn’t hate 4K in general but I think 480p-like video quality combined with 1080p can make a difference. (It felt right to me sometimes) And I only have my camcorder with me, and this is what I can really do when it comes to making a streaming setup, even though I wasn’t into live streaming for 6 years now.
Hi gabriel. Why not simply use te ‘ ACPW20 ‘ Sony adaptator plugged into the wall to have unlimited power ? Does it will more produce overheating then ? Thanks you.
Hey! As I said in the video, with a dummy connected to the wall you will not have overheating. That is the original dummy and it’s perfect but it's a little bit pricy 😁 But is the best :)
Thanks for the informative video. I am curious if it is necessary using a dummy battery. Is it possible using the USB Input to charge while recording? 🤔
Hey! If the dummy is made to replace the NP FW50 yes. I have used it like this for years and it works perfectly. It's important to check on the manufacturer if it’s compatible. If you talk about the dummy from Smallrig and the adaptor plate, yes, it's ok. You can read the instructions on the Smallrig website.
Dummy batteries for ZV-E10 plugged into a wall outlet are typically 8.0V or 8.4V. Even a fully charged genuine Sony NP-FW50 battery is actually 8.4V when measured with a multimeter, as the battery discharges the voltage gradually drops. So there is no need to worry about damage at voltages up to 8.4V. The ZV-E10 is built to handle it. 7.4V is safely within the tolerance range.
@@GabrielVIP You are welcome. Your videos played a significant role in my decision to bought the ZV-E10 for creating educational talking head videos that I'm planning to make. :) Thank you greatly for your useful content 🙏
Hey! So, you connect the cable to the camera and the capture card and it’s working just if you bend it? Looks like the cable has a problem or I don’t understand exactly the situation.
@@GabrielVIP Yup that's the situation. Connected to my capture. Only Outputs Signal if I bend the cable inwards coz it's pretty short.. Was wondering maybe I need a slightly longer Micro HDMI (in) to Out Cable or a Clamp.
Could you comment here or in a future video about the benefits of USB vs HDMI streaming including HDMI plugged into your computer vs. the Elgato camera link device?
Hey! It's simple. If you use the USB cable you will have a low resolution, just 720p, and the framerate is pretty low. If you use an HDMI and a capture card like CamLink 4K you can stream with great resolutions, FHD, or even 4K, and great framerate. Basically, the quality increases significantly.
Please correct me, if I am wrong, but it is not possible to stream the audio (like XLR mics) from the Zoom F3 to be used during the streaming/sharing on the PC/MacOS? (or is it?)
Hey! You can use the F3 as an audio Interface and stream with it perfectly. But! You can’t connect speakers to it. You can monitor the sound with headphones and stream perfectly but just the microphones. Is not like a Rodecaster where you have a lot of channels and processing. If you want just a mic, you can do it perfectly.
I believe there is no point of buying a camera in 2024 for youtube studio. Camera and then purchasing seperate lens, accessories cost alot more than iphone 16 pro max. highly reliable, great battery life easy to setup. I agree we can not stream 4k from iphone but reality is no camera can stream 4k high quality without full HDMI. iphone can be used as a phone, as a camera and as a productivity tool as well so buying camera for building your channel on youtube is no way cost effective solution yet.
Hey! It depends on what's more important for you. I shoot a lot with my phone, and it was always a pain. Low memory and run out of battery, I need to keep it in plane mode, I don't have a flip screen, and the from-facing camera is garbage... For me is much easier to shoo with the camera but if you are happy with your phone that's perfect. The most important thing is to achieve great results :)

Great video Gabriel...I'm using a dummy battery and have never had any problems, almost 2 years later....👍
Thank you! Yeah, many creators don’t even want to try and see how easy the life can be with a dummy battery :)

Hey! As I mentioned in the video. If you use the USB to charge the camera it will overheat super fast. A dummy battery is always useful :)
Thank you!
@@GabrielVIP Ohhh, I am sorry didn't see it. It's too early in Germany 😂 Thanks again for the explanation ✌️

I have a Problem with my Small Rig HDMI adapter cable, where I have to bend it for it to output signal,
