One of the things i've always been so fascinated by is whether the demo comes before the shoot with the guys or vice versa. The way they flow narratively is always so seamless. Rachel and the rest of the team are such pros. They make such quality work.
The way she just remembers what the guys do during their cooking and then later prompts the experts to further explain why not to do something one of them clearly did! Ex. Eugene's wet fondant w/ Jonny Cakes

I always love seeing Rachel on the show and getting her unique perspective of working with the Try Guys. I especially liked getting the behind the scenes for how they come up with the creative takes on all the recipes. I always wondered why their ideas were so wild and nothing close to whatever would be traditional with that dish. It makes a lot more sense now that Rachel explained it isn't a cooking contest, it's a tv show.
Frozen Eggo waffles are good for teething toddlers! My mom runs a daycare and there was a period where she had like 4 toddlers and we went through Eggo waffles like nothing 😂
Love Rachel. She’s the heart of Second Try, in my humble (and completely irrelevant) opinion. I appreciate all that she does, and she comes across as a true creative genius the more she reveals, honestly. By the way, Becky NEEDS to do her candy corn idea! Was also gonna comment this! I’ve had strawberry, pineapple, and cinnamon/raisin/pecan ones before. Also incorporating a sweet sauce like dulce de leche or cajeta (goat milk based) is very common too. I’m sure Matt would love all those flavors lol

Sweet tamales! I just remembered those, most restaurants that I go to don't make them. Yearss ago my Spanish teacher's wife came in, and we got to eat her homemade savory and sweet tamales during class which were both so delicious!
Instead of having to toss stuff like bull testicles out no one wants, why not see if Smosh or Mythical Kitchen need/want them? Still frozen waffles are great. We make fresh waffles and put the extras in the freezer, and the kids eat them straight out of the freezer.
