Okay!!! Barbara!! You go girl!!! I’m about to search for comfrey cuttings!!! You have helped me start my 1st backyard garden!!!❤ I have gotten educated in every video you have posted. “THANK YOU FOR YOUR KNOWLEDGE”❤
I just found your DIY Insect Repellent and this card popped up. So glad i clicked and watched. Loving your energy and content. Thank you for all you do
Hey Barbara. I was able to germinate my comfrey seeds in hydroponics and so far it’s a nice healthy plant. I transplanted it out into soil 2 weeks ago and it’s doing great.thanks for sharing the process. Have an amazing blessed day ❤😊
@@AGardenersJourneyHomestead it took about 10 days for it to germinate. I waited for it to get established with strong roots and leaves before I transplanted it.
How nice of you to show us how to make it! Thsnk you! Also, I didn't know you sold sourdough starter! I just may buy that from you because I failed miserably trying to get one going.
Great job! I have never meet someone that loves and uses Comfrey as much as me LOL! I use it all the time especially bug bites, burns, and bruises. It is so so wonderful. And taking a root cutting is super simple. Let me know if you want any help. I'm so proud of you!
Thank you for this video! I have comfrey I basically have used it as fertilizer and my hens get in and love it🤦🏽♀️ thanks again I’m going to rewatch and try this!! Love it❤️
I lean toward coconut oil for My salves (also to help solidify at room temp for texture), but shea is a really good idea for the topical reasons you mentioned. I just like to keep My medicinal treatments at food-grade for safe ingestion if I need to use it that way, for some reason... I also use a homegrown essential herb oil for smell, ANNND because I'm Team WasteNotWantNot, I ALSO have multiple uses for the leftover pulp of most of My tinctures too! One of My GardenBaes sent Me comfrey years back, but I put Mine in a pot too because I know how invasive they are:. I just COULDN'T put it in the ground KNOWing GOOD&WELL I'm not finna fyte with no 20ft deep ROOTS if I decide I don't want it in a particular spot.. I'm having a hard ENOUGH time wrestling with this rhubarb that is stalking Me and REFUSING to leave the property, lolol: Needless to say, I lost the comfrey, but I have several other healing plants for the same uses as comfrey, so it's all good. I'm SO HAPPY FOR YOUUUUUUUUU.... (Also, I'm prepping a'lil package for you and you can just use the return address to send those 'lil sweet smoky peppers you got from your doc). ANOTHER amazing video -- AS PER USUAL.
How do you use your pulp? I was thinking and wondering what could I do with it! Thanks and out note in it about the peppers so I know it is you and what I am supposed to send.
I have a neurological pain disorder called Complex Regional Pain Syndrome. It's rated as the highest pain known to man and it never goes away. It's also causing a lot of other issues like Ankylosing Spondylitis and Inflammatory back disease. I'm very curious to see if this would help with that. Thank you for sharing!

I love making a good salve. Also a little note that Russian Bocking 14 comfrey seeds are sterile.
Ok thanks. But I can take a root cutting correct?
@@AGardenersJourneyHomesteadyes ma’am you can. It’s very easy, I purchased one cutting and after it grew, separated it into three.
I can't find Comfrey seeds anywhere for the last year.
