@Damien Hanrahan the c3 knight gets taken by the rook which then forks the bishops. Bishop takes c4, knight takes e4, knight takes knight on e4, rook takes e4...forking the bishops. No way to save both of them.

I have a strict protocol when it comes to playing rapid games, I only play 2-4 games, analyze each game directly after regardless of result, therefore no rematches. I shouldn't get into rematches because often i play on emotion and that's always bad. After a break I play again try my best. This way I always play at my best, losses and emotional games are limited. Has been helping me.
