I'm 45 years old and am entering nursing school in the fall. Once I've acquired my BSN, I will be applying to medical school. Am I older? Yes. Will it be hard? Also yes. Am I determined? Hell, yes!❤
Nursing is a noble profession, but if your goal is to be a doctor, why don't you just go directly into med school? You will need physics, chemistry, and organic chemistry classes and prepare for the MCAT. Then there's 4 years of med school and anywhere from 3 to 7 years of residency.
@ChrisSadowski-pp1np med school loves to see clinical experience on the applications submitted to them. I was told growing up BY physicians that they thought RN/BSN programs were excellent clinical experiences for future physicians. I also think the classes would be more hands on and beneficial for MCAT studies. Go for it!!
Hi Dr Rachel I'm almost finishing second year med student and studying abroad I feel weird , exhausted, I don't know I'm trying to do what is the best like always, so whatever I feel so much better when I'm watching your videos and it will remind me what I'm doing and I will achieve what in next three years, so I love you ♥️
I am a pediatric resident doctor in Germany. I finished medical school in Syria and came to Germany to start a new and better life. My ultimate goal is to be the best pediatrician I can be, to complete a specialty in general pediatrics, and then to subspecialize in neonatology and newborn intensive care. Eventually I aim to work as an Oberärztin (equivalent to an Attending in the USA) in Neonatalogy. To achieve that, I need to work hard and improve my language skills as well. Although I speak German well, it's not enough in my eyes, especially for a specialty like pediatrics where communication with worried parents is crucial. So becoming fluent in German is also a goal I’m working toward. Besides my professional goals, I want to improve my hobbies, especially photography. I also have a very humble RUclips channel and I plan to focus on it one day to share my views and my life with others but it's not my priority now, as I'm more focused on work, medicine, and my new life in Germany (I’ve been here for about two years now). I also value freedom and liberty and I want to be more active in this area in the future. Currently, I am expressing my philosophical viewpoints and appreciation of liberty humbly on my Instagram. Love you, Rachel, and I wish you and Patrick all the best.
How beautiful. I think i would've chosen neonatology if I didn't love OB/GYN so much. I'm excited for your journey. And always make time for your hobbies! If you love it, do it. That's what makes you YOU.
I start family medicine residency in 1 WEEK from today (!!!😬), and I think my biggest goals will be to fight the inevitable imposter syndrome that I know will be peaking after nearly 4 months since my last clinical rotation 🙃. Also, prioritizing exercise and sleep (as much as I can). Thank you Rachel for being so real and inspiring, even when I'm sure it's really hard to show up and share in front of a camera every week. We appreciate you, and I also just wanted to say congratulations on Patrick moving in and on starting 2nd year!! woohoo!
Thank you for adding some of your private life to the vlog. I totally understand when you say you like to keep your private life private but I so enjoy seeing you and Patrick together and I love his piano playing at the end. My goal is always just to be a better version of myself each day and that version may not change from day to day but that's okay as long as I remember to love myself like no one else well. Cheers to year #2 of residency!
First, I just want to say that I adore your vlogs, you are so genuine and I truly appreciate that! It is very hard finding anyone online that is real!! So, thank you! ❤ I used to set goals for myself all the time, then I became lazy and my kiddos and husband took priority. Now that I'm 36, almost 37, I have realized that I can still set goals for myself and be a good momma and wife. My goals are to work on being more present when I'm at home with my family - leave work at work (I'm terrible at bringing home thoughts and emotions from throughout my day and I notice that it really affects my family), and to spend more time doing things that make me happy (reading, working out, being outside) and not feeling guilty about it. For the longest time I felt so guilty if I spent time alone because I felt like my kids and husband deserved all of my time and attention. I am a better mom/wife/person when I dedicate even 10 minutes of time to myself each day. I want to increase the amount of time I am getting but for now, I'll take the 10 minutes...
I had to go back and watch this blog when I saw your recent one with Patrick and I was like “what did I miss?” Love seeing you so happy and I love that he can help take care of you and meal prep with you!
I love your videos!! I am a dietitian in a hospital so I do see a lot of medical stuff each day but no desire to be a doctor. I do talk with residents each day so I love these videos as a window into what they may be going through :)
I am so happy for you and Patrick! I love hearing your life updates because we aren't just physicians, residents, or medical students, but just people like anyone else and our personal lives impact our work just as much as vice versa. I admire you so much for your honesty and concrete examples of how you overcome obstacles. It helps me feel less alone in this difficult process of training and also blame myself less for struggling, which reduces the pain if it all so much. Thank you for being such a crucial voice in adovcating for physician wellness and balance. My goals for this month are to finish a paper and start my personal statement for eras. Personally, I want to run a half marathon in a month!
I have never commented before but I love you so much. I have been watching you for years and I rewatch your old videos when I am sad or need motivation to study. You have given me so much confidence in myself and I have just applied to Med School here in Australia for next year. You are my goals and if I do get in I would love to have the courage to document my journey to becoming a doctor like you. keep doing you 🤍
I also enjoy seeing everything click for you, professionally and personally! I love watching your night shift vlogs/routines as a fellow shift worker (meteorology, i will be working nights off and on until i retire). It's like having another friend on shift with me! Hoping for more peaceful nights in your future
I needed to watch this. I've been missing doing RUclips lately and I am definitely with you on the scrolling dilemma. I'll try better with you on that goal!
I LOVE noteworthy for note taking/studying on my iPad. It has so many neat features. I’ve been using through my bachelors and now my master’s program. Noteworthy makes it easy to organize notes by class & semester. Add photos, images, files and take audio notes. Converts writing to text. I just love it. I also use it for mood boards, journaling, and drawing. Congrats on almost becoming a 2nd year. You should be so proud of all you overcame this past year.💛
I just finished Eve a few months ago!! I regularly think back to the facts I learned and the insight it provided. It made me think of you multiple times & I think you will LOVE it.
I am 26 and applying for medical school right now! I'm applying to all three application services, so am in just a little bit of hell rn :) I love the idea of going into OB/GYN or primary care in the future!
I love that you decided the both sides of your life (speaking of medicine and love-life, if we can call them "sides") because I feel like balancing them is one hard and underestimated thing which is also really overwhelming and profound. I would love to become a mom someday and it is becoming something that worries me as I am enterring the medical field... My current goal is make more money aside of medschool to be able to help my parents pay for my studies and get more water into my body :) Love ya byyeee ! Take care !
Just finished my first year of medical school and on break for a few weeks. I have watched your videos for a long time and really appreciate everything you share! You are inspiring and your “study with me” videos kept me company during my first year of studying! My current goal is to get exercise in every day even if it’s just making sure I get my 10K steps because I spent so much time in my desk chair over the past year (same desk chair that you have bc I always look through your Amazon storefront). Thank you for being a light and inspiration! I feel like I have a friend in you. And I’m so happy to see how happy you are! Keep being a light in this world!
Currently applying to medical school and studying for the MCAT! I remember watching you starting medical school when I was in high school and now I just graduated college, so it's kinda like we watched each other grow up lol! But anyways, I just want to say I am so proud of how far you have gotten. I am also a first generation college graduate and will be the first doctor in my family. You inspire so many people including myself. Whenever I am studying and just need a break (before I go crazy) I watch one of your videos and I get right back. You've been a huge motivation and inspiration in my journey! My goal is to also stop scrolling and I deleted Tik Tok until at least I finish the MCAT. Thanks for everything! :)
I just graduated with my masters. Now I start corporate at a big 4 bank in NYC this fall. Short term goal is to finally find accommodation. Hopefully something I can afford lol. Long term goal is to build my confidence. This is my first time away from home in a long time. I want to work on starting close friendships and relationships in general. My older brother has been doing his fellowship interviews. Hopefully he gets the one he wants and moves closer to me. Thanks for the wonderful content as always doc.
So excited for the new era of Rachel! My short term goal is to settle into south Florida when I move there in august and really make it feel like home. My long term goal is to form routines with balance before med school next year.
I love the Polaroid photos of you both!! So excited for you and Patrick on this new journey. Seeing you both pour love and be genuinely happy is so beautiful
Short term goal: Finish upcoming final year of undergrad, take MCAT, get accepted into med school. The academic CV is already on fire! Long term goal: To become Dr. Gregory in Psychiatry. I’m not playing. I am not stopping.
Hi Rachel! I’ve been watching your channel since the beginning! It was around the time when I started working, I’m not in healthcare but it’s been great to see our careers grow for the past 4 years. Just commenting to say hi and that I’m glad you’re feeling better 😊. My goal is to also stop doom scrolling 😅
Also, going to a clinical placement in Australia in haematology and am really excited about getting the most out of this experience since I still have some time left as a medical student in my country
I love hearing about your more domestic life and your updated goals! I definitely took the time to look at my own more closely and update them after this video!
I had some back pain for a couple months and I lost my exercise habit. I'm currently back to 4 days a week for the past 4 weeks, and I'd like to get that number to >= 6 with more walking outside. That will be harder to do since summer is very hot here. But I'm proud of the progress that I've made, and I always make sure I pack gym clothes so that I can go on the way home from work. And I know it takes patience, perseverance, and compassion for myself when I opt out.
"its all making sense" made my eyes teary after seeing u having a hard time balancing everything in previous vlogs...i love the way your so secure about your partner ..hope i meet someone like that... :)
My current goal is to finish my last semester for my undergrad. I am graduating in August with my Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Clinical Track. Then starting my master's in clinical mental health counseling for the fall!!! I am so excited!!!! Watching your fortitude and motivation has helped me tremendously throughout the years. Thank you for all that you do! Keep doing what you do🤩
Hi Rachel :) I am starting my last year of medical school in Germany in November and I also want to be an Obgyn. I always think that its so interesting to see the differences between the US and Germany hospital-wise, for example no one here would wear their own scrubs to hospital, no one here even has their own scrubs :) we all just take the ones the hospital provides and it also gets washed in hospital. Also, residency here is so different, its crazy. Anyways, I am so happy for you that Patrick moved in and I really could feel your happiness through the video :)))) sending you lots of love from Germany! Hannah
Short Term Goal: to pass the last semester of nursing school. I have two exams in the next two weeks, and I not passing. Very stressed but not giving up. Relying on my Faith in God to get me through it without having another breakdown. Love your videos!!
It fills me with so much joy to see you doing well! Congratulations on this exciting, new chapter of your life. I'm twenty-six and have only now decided that I want to pursue a medical education. So far to go and it always seems so daunting but seeing your authentic self show up every week to show not only the positives and negatives but that it does get better and even when it seems a million miles away, we can still do hard things encourages me to try anyways.
Hi Rachel, I love love love your videos:) opening up about mental health and having a partner not in healthcare is super relatable and I love that you share those aspects of your life! I will be going to medical school soon and hope to specialize in Ob/Gyn ❤
LOVE your vlogs! It’s like a breath of fresh air. I am 62 but I am still inspired by you and your goals. Keep doing you and I love the new life content you’re adding. Welcome, Patrick!
You look so happy and that made me happy!!! So glad that Patrick is with you now! Also I actually noticed that your enunciation was really good in this video before you mentioned that goal so you're doing great! :)
I’d recommend using notability on your iPad! I just finished undergrad and am starting med school in the fall and I’ve found that notability is the perfect amount of aesthetic for the perfectionist in me but also minimal and useful for STEM/medical materials. I also know a lot of people love good notes but I found it too complicated! Love your videos so much!
Your talk about not doom scrolling was such a wake-up call! I’m about to start medical school in July and this was such a good reminder that the time we have outside of work and school can be spent well rather than scrolling forever. Thanks for the good reminder💗
Hey Rachel, I'm glad things have become easier for you, it's good to see you thriving! You've inspired me this week to consider my own goals. I'm definitely stealing the less profanity one, but also posture because I've been studying so much, and more working out in general so I can have more energy! I got into a masters program this week that has a linkage to med school, and I want to set myself up for success as much as possible right now. Anyways, I look up to you so much girl and I hope you know that so many of us rooting for you!!!!
Hi Rachel- I have also said I want & need to stop scrolling- I bought a kindle because I love to read & thought maybe having books always available would help me stay off IG! So far it’s definitely helped and I am more relaxed ! Definitely feel like the scrolling contributed to my anxiety and stress levels!
I think trying to improve yourself, while doing an ob/gyn residency which is so time consuming and stressful, needs a lot of discipline and self love! From this video I grabbed some tips for improving yourself day by day and not in an instant! Thank you Rachel and keep doing what you’re doing❤️
Hey!! Ive used both notability and goodnotes, but goodnotes is the best!! You can do so much with it, import, export things very easily and its also very cute. It also has a lot of features for active recall :) sending xoxos from romania, i have my residency exam this year and i hope to get into neurology!
I like notability for the iPad. There’s a free version that is completely sufficient. I used it for my pre-med post-bacc and a colleague used it for PA school and still has all her notes.
Hi rachel!! I just submitted my ambassador and aacomas application! My current goals are to continue working out 5x a week and to submit secondaries within 2 weeks of receiving them!
I just finished step 1/level 1 and am so ready to focus on myself. I hope to organize my home and decorate. Get back to lifting weights more and running longer! Also totally agree scrolling steals so much of my margin and prevents me from processing my life. Not to mention the sleep deprivation and numbing.
Re note-taking apps: having tried out Noteful, Goodnotes, and Notability for general note-taking, I find Notability most consistently works for me (I've used it since 2019). I'm currently an ecology/plant biology grad student, and keep things organized by term/season and then colour-coded by subject or topic within those folders. While I don't necessarily love the changeover to a subscription model for payment, I do really like the drawing tools and handwriting functionalities of the app--useful for making layered figures as well as taking notes. Being able to import and annotate documents is also quite useful. Another app/program I also like for note-taking or more often paper writing is x-mind, which is a "mind-mapping" style software. My usual preference for notes in a class is writing by hand, but sometimes it can be useful to type out ideas in a fixed-layout or free-floating topic tree. And outside of live classes, using mind-maps/webs (which can also include pictures) helps clarify relationships and scales of concepts really well for me.
Currently in medical school and I love using Concepts. It's basically an infinite canvas... great for making mind maps and brain dumping. It's my main form of notes. Tough to look back through and find specific words as there is no "find" function since they are hand written notes. Something to keep in mind. I also bought a giant white board and it's probably my favourite investment. My program is PBL based and has very little didactic learning... so I assume it would be similar self-driven learning that you are currently doing! Any powerpoints/lectures I download into Noteability. Happy studying!
Very long term goal: Become a physician (Teetering between what specialty). I am currently an LPN and I am will be starting BSN classes soon! I love being a nurse and I am so grateful for all of the clinical experience I have and will gain as a nurse. I am starting a new job as a dialysis nurse and I am very excited! I love women's health and pediatrics so I have to see where life takes me. Good for you Rachel!! Keep doing what you're doing!! 💙
Hiii Rachel! I am doing the same thing rn where I’m trying to read books instead of endless scrolling to fill my time. I’m starting med school in July and realized how destroyed my attention span has become from social media. We’re in this together!!
I loved notability throughout med school!! Starting residency in 2 weeks, so my current goal is to find a routine and try to not get overwhelmed by things I don’t know. Also need to stop the scroll!
Omg ❤ thank you, thank you, thank you Your video just gave me motivation to start working out (recently diagnosed as diabetic). The whole issue of scrolling is one of my baddest, losing time and wasting my 🧠 brain habit I have formed that only has negative outcomes for me and addicting; I been trying to find motivation to start reading and loving books again ❤ those are my goals
I’m so happy for all of your success! Also happy that Patrick moved in! You guys are too cute! Keep trucking along through Night Shift. 1st year is almost over! ❤
So happy to see you happy :) As far as reading, my friend and I are reading the Throne of Glass series by Sarah J Maas. HIGHLY recommended! I'll also begin this year as an M1, I've been watching you all throughout undergrad!
Girl you are absolutely glowing. So sorry to hear about l&d floor, hope that gets better. It's really nice to see how smiley your are in this blog though.
Loved this vlog! So motivating for me, I would love to do OT, which is different from medicine, but so cool to see how you balance life! Know you are loved and seen!
Congrats on being almost a 2nd year resident. Short term goal: I'm starting medical school this fall so need to figure out the logistics like where to live. Also, I'm currently trying to establish a good workout routinea. Long term goal: finish med school lol
I've missed you!!! I have been so busy and haven't been on RUclips or social media. But I love this. I'm proud of you! And it feels like friends that have been doing life and we're finally checking in. I've been good! Actually trying to go per diem, for better work life balance. We can manage financially and my 4 and 7 year old actually want to hang out with me:) I also started therapy and Zoloft this month. Goal is to complete 75 hard challenge. Any opinions on it? It was nice to catch up with you 🥰 I started watching your videos every week when I was doing my prereqs for nursing school and you were in your first year of med school. You continue to be an inspiration and high energy person.
Thank you for taking the time to talk about how addictive scrolling is!! I wish more people talked about it and how hard it is to stop, I liked the gambling analogy.
Your spirit is so much lighter -- seriously, you look like you could just cruise a couple of inches above the floor, grass, whatever. It's so great to see. And July 1 you become a "big kid" with the opportunities and challenges of supervising 1st years! Yeah!!! Would you mind listing the brand and screen size of Patrick''s monitor? I'm likely to buy a wide-screen (thinking LG and 34"), but not curved, and whatever his is looks ideal, so it could confirm my research or suggest I keep open to a different brand/size. Have a great new month with the partner (even tho' you're on nights).
The monitor is an Apple Studio Display, 27” and works nicely with Apple products. I had a 32” HP monitor that was excellent as well (which I’m going to put on eBay if you’re interested, it’s quite good!).
I’m currently applying to med school and so helpful to see what residency can be like. Any tips on applying that are maybe obvs but not that obvs? Love your montages btw!
You're evolving....look at you! "It's all making sense!" My short-term goal is to do 1 task a day that makes me feel grounded. My long-term goal is to work on my imposter syndrome and be more confident in myself to become the best physician that I can be. Often times, we are so harsh on ourselves and that doesn't do us any justice when we know that we will make mistakes, because residency (I assume) is supposed to be the next learning experience before we are on our own.
Short term: savor my last full week before residency orientation, create a monthly budget & a realistic workout routine I can maintain during intern year (tips please!) Long term: thrive (survive) in intern year
Hai hai! Aspiring OBGYN here. I’m applying this cycle to med school so I have a lot of short term goals rn. Finish my personal statement by end of June, turn in my primary by end of July, and find a DO to write me a letter by August. I hope in 5 years, I’m where you are now🩷Thank you for showing us the great and hard times that come with this specialty! I’ve had rose colored glasses for a long time, but watching your channel has helped me come to terms with wanting to peruse forward regardless of the obstacles. Thank you🩷🩷🩷
Hey @Akosua411 I am a first year resident (anesthesiology though, not OBGYN). I just want to let you know I'm wishing you the very best this application cycle! OBGYN is such an incredible field and I love your aspirations towards women's health ❤️ See you soon, future Dr.!
My goal right now is to save more money and be able to stand and walk without pain. Being unable to stand for long or walk for more than 10 to 15 minutes has severely impacted my life and my weight. I am waiting on a referral to a pain clinic so I can get cortisone shots in 3 of my facet joints and hopefully have some significant relief. If the shots work then maybe ablation therapy might be an option too and then skies the limit. I just want to get outdoors, walk, exercise and enjoy all the sights and activities going on around me. This will bring me so much happiness and a new found freedom that I have missed so much..
So happy that Patrick moved in with you! Been watching you since day 1 cant believe ur first yr is almost over! Do you have anymore big tests coming up?!
Hey Rachel, keep up the good work. You’re beautiful and amazing and I’m glad you found someone that is perfect for you. I really wanted to know where you got your robe?
What are your current goals? I wanna hear them! They can be short or long-term. 🤗
I either want to be a psychologist or a psychiatrist. In my second year of college ❤
I want to be Sterile Processing Technician. 😊
I want to be either a dermatologist or a cardiologist, And for now I want to Ace my exams
To become a principal or special education supervisor.
Fingers crossed to passing my certification test this summer 🤞🏼
I want to be able to pick myself up and never give up my dream in my premed journey ❤ you are my an inspiration and I hope to follow by your example 😊

My current goal is make more money aside of medschool to be able to help my parents pay for my studies and get more water into my body :)
Love ya byyeee ! Take care !
Goal to stop the scroll - love that! I have screen time limits set up, but I want to challenge myself to get the numbers down even lower.
I loved notability while in PA school! It helped my brain be organized and it was very aesthetically pleasing haha. Definitely recommend it!
I love notability for notes, the easiest to start with & lots of templates!
Do Kaplan for MCAT. You will be competing with people with that high level of prep
Love these. Thank you for sharing!
Thank you !
Short term goal: Finish upcoming final year of undergrad, take MCAT, get accepted into med school. The academic CV is already on fire!
Long term goal: To become Dr. Gregory in Psychiatry.
I’m not playing. I am not stopping.
Hiii, I am also taking the MCAT this summer. Good luck 🌷
I use notability on the iPad to take notes. As always, love the videos Rachel! glad to see you smile and happy.
I love notability for study/note taking!
Keep doing what you do🤩
So so happy for you in this new chapter of your life with your partner!! 🎉😊
Thank you me too 😭
Hi Rachel :) I am starting my last year of medical school in Germany in November and I also want to be an Obgyn.
Love your videos!!
re: 10:55 ive been doing monthly resets with small goals and they have been so nice snd helpful
Happiness looks so good on you! Happy for this new chapter. For notetaking on the ipad, I like "Kilonotes". Its FREE and very aesthetically pleasing.
You guys enjoy life..enjoy each other..thank you for all you do❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Hi Rachel, I love love love your videos:) opening up about mental health and having a partner not in healthcare is super relatable and I love that you share those aspects of your life!
Will be obtaining my bs next year, then my MS, then my MD-phD
I’d recommend using notability on your iPad! I just finished undergrad and am starting med school in the fall and I’ve found that notability is the perfect amount of aesthetic for the perfectionist in me but also minimal and useful for STEM/medical materials. I also know a lot of people love good notes but I found it too complicated! Love your videos so much!
When you know, you know…I love that!❤️
Your talk about not doom scrolling was such a wake-up call! I’m about to start medical school in July and this was such a good reminder that the time we have outside of work and school can be spent well rather than scrolling forever. Thanks for the good reminder💗
Best of luck!!! Exciting!
Long term goal: I am a Nurse and midwife. And my long term goal is to build a strong relationship with Jesus and hopefully make it to heaven 🙏
Amen
Hey Rachel, I'm glad things have become easier for you, it's good to see you thriving! You've inspired me this week to consider my own goals. I'm definitely stealing the less profanity one, but also posture because I've been studying so much, and more working out in general so I can have more energy! I got into a masters program this week that has a linkage to med school, and I want to set myself up for success as much as possible right now. Anyways, I look up to you so much girl and I hope you know that so many of us rooting for you!!!!
which masters program?
I love notability and good notes! Or if you have an outlook email, using one note can be nice too, but for general studying, the other two are better.
I’ve been following you a long time and I’m so happy to see where you are now 😊
Thank you🥹
Re note-taking apps: having tried out Noteful, Goodnotes, and Notability for general note-taking, I find Notability most consistently works for me (I've used it since 2019).
So happy your person is now living with you! And my top goal would be to reduce pop/soda’s and increase my water intake
Applying to med school this year… 😵💫😅 I love your channel so much! Thank you for always being so real about the good and the bad! ❤
You deserve all the good things. I’m so happy for you and Patrick ❤
GOODNOTES!!!!!!!
Girl you are absolutely glowing. So sorry to hear about l&d floor, hope that gets better. It's really nice to see how smiley your are in this blog though.
Loved this vlog! So motivating for me, I would love to do OT, which is different from medicine, but so cool to see how you balance life!
Know you are loved and seen!
notability - the best app ever to take notes on ipad!
Congrats on being almost a 2nd year resident.
Short term goal: I'm starting medical school this fall so need to figure out the logistics like where to live. Also, I'm currently trying to establish a good workout routinea.
Long term goal: finish med school lol
Girl I’m constantly scrolling too and it MUST stop!! Been wanting to get back into reading too and expand the genres I read
Have the same bubblegum pink pair and absolutely obsessed with them!
It was nice to catch up with you 🥰
I started watching your videos every week when I was doing my prereqs for nursing school and you were in your first year of med school. You continue to be an inspiration and high energy person.
I loved this clog, it’s nice to see the “outside of work” every day life side if you!
Thank you for taking the time to talk about how addictive scrolling is!! I wish more people talked about it and how hard it is to stop, I liked the gambling analogy.
I genuinely enjoyed this video! It’s fun seeing well rounded you! ❤
Finding the strength and motivation to finish out my Veterinary school applications strong!
I would love to be done with STEP 2/Level 2 and match OB/GYN already!!!
Keep going and don’t give up. You’re going to get through this I promise. I’m rooting for you!
YOU CAN DO IT! Hooray fellow OB/GYN!
I am watching your video on the treadmill (yay working out) and was smiling so hard listening to you describe your partner :) so happy for you!
It might have already been mentioned, but I love notability for note taking! GoodNotes is also very good (:
I’m currently applying to med school and so helpful to see what residency can be like. Any tips on applying that are maybe obvs but not that obvs? Love your montages btw!
Goodnotes is great for notes!
Love this transition for you and Patrick ❤
Short term: savor my last full week before residency orientation, create a monthly budget & a realistic workout routine I can maintain during intern year (tips please!)
Long term: thrive (survive) in intern year
WOOO!!!! I LOVE THIS. Keep your head up. It's going to be tough, but REMEMBER...IT CAN BE DONE! Put yourself first.
Good notes is perfect for your iPad
I second. I love Goodnotes
Okay okay! I’ll snoop around. Thank you!
I third this! Goodnotes CARRIED me through school!!
I love Goodnotes!!!!
I really like notability! It’s cute! 😊
@@Emily-xu2hl OMG Thank you so much!!! Congrats for matching and good luck starting with your residency program! 🥰💙
Rachel, I love your videos so much!!! I’m in med school, and watching your videos make me feel inspired and motivated❤
So happy that Patrick moved in with you! Been watching you since day 1 cant believe ur first yr is almost over! Do you have anymore big tests coming up?!
Thank you! I’m so happy he’s here.
I have a laparoscopic exam thing this week actually!
Hey Rachel, keep up the good work. You’re beautiful and amazing and I’m glad you found someone that is perfect for you. I really wanted to know where you got your robe?
I LOVED this vlog and I'm so happy for you!!
Thank you so much!!♥️
Those vocals !!!!
😦😦😦😦 no way!!! Just a lil singysing
