    is it possible to get rid of mtd fully? im so hopeless

      It just takes a bit of time, find a routine that works for u n stick with it while actively looking for new ways to improve, it’s def possible I’ve say I came a long way from chronic mtd

    But there s many techniques.
    I have not found one , yet
