As long as we have people from the belt between Delhi and Punjab ruling India, corruption will persist. Putting a Gujju at the helm is the reason for our ease of doing business and economy is greatly improving. Who rules you is what you get when it comes to the country's future. Put a Gujju at helm and you get good economy. Put a South Indian at the helm and you might get devolution and education.
Sadly putting Punjabis at the top means just hedonism and corruption, economy focused just on Punjab and this weird Aman ki Asha ka Tamasha about being buddy buddy with Pakistan. This was what dragged India down all these decades. Punjabis just cannot accept that the other side is now a literal enemy nation and is dragging the rest of the country down with them in their pursuit of pan Punjabism.
