Hook a trailer to all of them with the same weight. Take them on the same hill and collect egt, coolant, and boost readings over the pull. Then swap to a ported head and do all the same test. Then a bench pump and repeat all the same tests. And if you would want to also throw a towing compound set on top of the aggressor turbos I think that would also be great info and a great video.

Todd, thanks a lot for the sale. I finally pulled the trigger on a 60/64 for my 05 Fummins today. I'm super excited about lower EGTs, less smoke and more power!
Maybe for egt testing you should pick an rpm say 2300 and apply a steady load like 350hp and see what charger can pull that same load same speed the coolest. I think that best represents what you typically see pulling a heavy trailer up a grade normally you are just running a small rpm window of maybe 200rpm on the highway. I think you should test the s300g too. I think it would spool about like the 60-64 but have durability like the s300 and the lower egts of the 62. Big drawback to it is the 57wheel is awesome for 450 and down but at 500 it is pretty well tapped out. That is what I have found after doing extensive testing of h1c,hx35,hx40,s300g and sxe300 turbos. This of course applies only to 5.9 trucks. Add cubes like a 6.7 and the 62 is far more favorable. Also why didn't you test the 60-67 Super 9?
They said they can sim a grade and very the tow rig weight with the dyno when I ran my 91.5. I hope the new Mustang software update retains this functionality, this is the test most need for nontrack use proper turbo sizing choice.

@@pddofficial I should clarify for the masses. The turbo is working great. It's just a little oversized for my power level. Mainly it will lower the boost and increase the drive pressure across the board. This will of course allow the bigger chargers to behave better and likely make some more power and on the small chargers it will aid spoolup but probably not power because the turbos already can't flow enough air.
