Karen Carpenter's voice has always been in my life since I was a little girl. I are up listening to her and I feel she has greatly inspired my own singing. I wanted to pay tribute to her and her incredibly brother Richard by learning some of their songs and putting them together into a medley. Their songs were just some of the best ever recorded so it gives me great honour to be able to do this. Hope you enjoy xx

I have to be honest, when you went from talking to singing, I was blown away! Not sure what I was expecting but your voice did send the Karen Carpenter chill through me 😆

Wow! In Las Vegas there’s a tribute act called Carpenters Once More. I saw videos on RUclips haven’t seen the actual show. It didn’t feel right and I don’t think I want to go to it. That said if it was in that show I think I’d have a way different reaction and would have ordered tickets already. I’m an OG Carpenters fan and you’re the first performer that gave me goosebumps and chills. I see this is three years old and has had limited views. I wish for you more success. No one has Karen’s voice but you gave me that warm fuzzy feeling, again.

@@tashabennettmusichi again, Tasha. Since I heard you, maybe the stars are aligning? There is another, on this side of the Pond. Have you seen/heard Tori Holub? Karen is sending angels to keep her spirit alive here. Her channel is full of mostly Short videos, much more than just Karen/Carpenters. There are a few full length that, well you have to listen to. Search Tori Holub Merry Christmas Darling you will know in 5 seconds. 🙏

How come you don't have views by the millions with a voice like that? You have the pitch, you can hit the lows, and you have the emotional grit from Karen's interpretations - this is very rare. I wish you could re-record this with an actual pianist to bring the full effect. The potential is there. :)

Love your voice. Karens voice was magic. So effortless and pitch perfect. Yours is too. Tip. Practice drumming. It forces you to use both sides of your brain and how to use your non dominant side. Do it for 6 weeks and you'll thank me.

What you need to do is make your words very audible. There are many Karen-Carpenters alive. I want to presume that you are one of them. I will listen to more of your songs and come to a definite conclusion.
