you what i start doing lasso when i was white belt as well my friend, this was the only guard i could play without getting smash much haha once i learn this control i was very well successful with my guard, so keep doing pay attention on your grips, try to keep those 4 points of connections,( both sleep and feet on the hips) BIG OSS there is a lot videos about lasso here tyr to watch will help you BIG OSS

hey brother just good drills please I do lots but im an old bjj person so it is crazy since to me... it is arm bar, sweep, Kimora, Americana, rear naked choke. 33 years of mostly just doing that. Then in start of class shrimping. but scoots. rolling. Then just drill arm drags takedowns and throws. I need way more games for the kids. Then more drills to help my students thanks brother
